We're looking for an Oracle Integration Cloud Consultant who can own enterprise integration work end to end â discovery, architecture, implementation, migration, and production support. This isn't a "follow the ticket" role: you'll independently design and build production-grade OIC integrations connecting Oracle applications with ecommerce, ERP, CRM, finance, and supply chain platforms. Design and build integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud, including Oracle and third-party adapter configuration
Develop scheduled, event-driven, batch, and API-based integrations
Create data mappings, transformations, validations, and orchestration workflows
Integrate Oracle applications with ecommerce, ERP, CRM, finance, and supply chain platforms
Implement error handling, retries, monitoring, logging, and alerting
Define data contracts and technical documentation
Troubleshoot integration and connectivity issues across environments
Support deployments across development, testing, and production
Evaluate integration architectures, platform costs, and alternative approaches
Collaborate directly with application, infrastructure, and business teams
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud, preferably OIC 3

Lead SAP master data transformation programs and migrations, owning technical architecture decisions, cutover sequencing, and cross-functional coordination across delivery teams.
Headquarters: Remote
URL: https://www.toptal.com/
We're looking for a Technical Program Manager to lead complex SAP master data transformation programs â spanning S/4HANA migrations, master data governance, and cross-domain data architecture. This isn't a role for someone who manages timelines from the sidelines: you'll need real technical depth in SAP MDG and master data design to make credible calls, sequence cutovers, and serve as the authoritative technical voice across delivery, functional, and platform teams. If you can pair program leadership with hands-on SAP architecture fluency, this role gives you ownership over both the "how" and the "when."
Own program-level planning and sequencing for SAP master data initiatives, including migration cutover timing, dependency mapping, and freeze procedures
Serve as the authoritative technical advisor across delivery, functional, and platform teams on master data architecture decisions
Define and oversee the target-state data model across master data domains (e.g., Customer/Business Partner, Material, Vendor, Finance)
Lead design conversations on conversion strategy, hierarchy/classification structures, and golden-record/system-of-record rules
Set technical standards for data model extensions, custom fields, and governance workflows (e.g., SAP MDG, BRF+, change request design)
Own the mock-load cadence, defect triage process, and reconciliation framework, ensuring data integrity through migration
Coordinate cross-functional teams to manage risk, resolve blockers, and keep migration programs on schedule and in scope
Provide architectural review for new integrations and downstream distribution patterns touching master data
Maintain transparent stakeholder communication, including status reporting, milestone tracking, and translating technical complexity for business audiences
10+ years of experience in SAP master data architecture, data architecture, or technical program management within SAP environments
Experience with at least one full lifecycle S/4HANA implementation or ECC to S/4 conversion, ideally including Business Partner conversion
Hands-on technical depth in SAP MDG or equivalent master data governance tooling
Strong understanding of data modeling, hierarchy/classification design, and migration methodology (e.g., SAP Migration Cockpit, LSMW)
Familiarity with integration patterns such as ALE/IDoc, DRF/SOA, OData/REST APIs
Proven ability to manage program-level risk, scope, budget, and cross-functional coordination
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for business stakeholders
SAP Certified Application Associate â Master Data Governance, S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement, or Finance
PMP or other project/program management certification
TOGAF 9 or 10
CDMP (Certified Data Management Professional)
Experience with data quality tools such as SAP Information Steward, Syniti, Stibo, Collibra, or Informatica MDM
Real technical ownership: Lead architecture decisions, not just status meetings
High-stakes scope: Own outcomes that determine the integrity of an entire S/4HANA master data landscape
Cross-functional influence: Serve as the technical anchor across delivery, functional, and platform teams
Depth and breadth: Combine program leadership with deep, hands-on SAP expertise

Senior manager owns end-to-end program operations for a new growth initiative, building teams, processes, and commercial products from pilot to nationwide launch.
Growth Operations Senior Manager
About Parkade
Parkade is a B2B2C SaaS platform that modernizes private parking for apartments, mixed-use, and offices. We help buildings move away from the headaches of stickers, hang tags, and spreadsheets to a fully automated, self-serve app for parking management, enforcement, and customer service.
We have carved out a highly differentiated position in a massive PropTech market, our customers love us (98% lifetime retention), and we closed a successful Series A funding round with a proven sales process.
Weâre a lean, high-impact team where your work is visible, your ideas matter, and thereâs real room to shape how things get done.
The Role
This is a rare opportunity to get in on the ground floor of something big. Growth Ops is Parkadeâs newest team tackling initiatives that improve customer outcomes, expand our service offerings, and facilitate strategic projects.
The first undertaking will be to stand-up our Parkade Patroller Network (PPN), a program that facilitates enforcement at our customersâ lots. The PPN includes local professionals who help implement Parkadeâs services locally.
As the first Senior Manager of Growth Ops, youâll own this program, taking it from seed to launch. That means operationalizing whatâs already in motion, formalizing it into a standard product, and building the team, tools, and processes to take it nationwide. From there, youâll take on the next big initiative as new growth opportunities are identified.
Youâll report directly to the VP of Operations and work cross-functionally across our internal and external stakeholders to create and launch flagship services that our customers love.
This is not a âmaintain the status quoâ role. You thrive on autonomy, you default to action, and you see a half-built process and think, âI know exactly what to do with this.â If building tiger teams excites you, keep reading.
What Youâll Do
End to End Program Management
Take the reins of a program thatâs already generating real momentum and drive it from pilot to market.
Operationalize the current testing phase into a repeatable, reliable program with documented processes and clear performance standards.
Act as the connective tissue between third-party partners, internal stakeholders, and customers.
Build the Business
Formalize initiatives into commercially viable products that are piloted, packaged, and sold to new and existing customers.
Partner with Sales and Customer Success to define the value proposition, pricing model, and go-to-market approach.
Create the reporting infrastructure, goal-tracking frameworks, and dashboards needed to demonstrate program performance and ROI.
Design the Team & the Tools
Define the roles, responsibilities, and workflows needed to staff and scale the program with a path to hiring as we grow.
Build automations and low-code workflows to streamline the experience for partners and local contractors.
Develop training materials, onboarding resources, and SOPs that enable new patrollers and partners to ramp fast and perform consistently.
Keep Expanding the Footprint
Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities, networks, and service expansions that grow the offering.
Stay curious about whatâs next from new verticals to new enforcement models, and new technology to bring those ideas to the table proactively.
What Weâre Looking For
5+ years of program, implementations, or operations management experience.
A track record of taking something from idea to MVP to a scalable service. This means youâve been part of building a messy, early-stage program and have made it work.
Comfort operating as a solo builder with the ability to hire and lead a team as the program grows.
A can-do attitude ready to roll up your sleeves and help the VP of Operations scale this program.
Working knowledge of SQL and experience with low-code platforms (Retool, Airtable, etc.) to build dashboards and operational tools without waiting on engineering
Fluency with AI tools and AI-enabled workflows. Youâre not just aware of them, you actually use them to work smarter.
Strong communicator who can manage relationships with third-party contractors and partners while also keeping internal stakeholders aligned.
Flexibility to be available outside standard hours when program needs arise (evenings, weekends). Enforcement doesnât always happen 9 to 5 and may affect your non-business-hours schedule.
Nice to Haves
Experience in parking, property technology, or a related field in an operations environment
Background in launching a program as a standalone product or revenue-generating service
Experience with contractor or gig-economy workforce management
Comfortable building pitch materials or sales collateral to support a go-to-market motion

Our Culture
We are a group of trusting and inclusive individuals, who encourage, are creative and want to make a difference in the world. We do not take ourselves too seriously and we love to tell a story. We innovate, work hard and take risks but at the forefront is a joint mission to be part of groundbreaking research to ultimately advance and develop science to support those most in need.
What we do
The process of conducting clinical research is incredibly expensive and time consuming, limiting our efforts to find answers to the worldâs most important medical challenges. uMed is a clinical research network fit for the 21st century, underpinned by cutting edge technology that connects patients, electronic health data and research groups across the world. Our rapidly growing network covers 90 GP sites in the UK representing over 2,000,000 patients with our first US healthcare system joining us this year bringing a further 5M patients. uMed was founded by an NHS doctor, supported by a world class board and backed by London and US based venture capital.
Life at uMed
No matter what an organisation is trying to achieve, success or failure is inextricably linked to the people within it. For a young company, there is no redundancy, so this relationship is turned up to eleven.
