  • Manage store operational resources, including the Store Operations Manual, operational communications, calendars, and tools that support consistent execution across the retail fleet.
  • Evaluate and implement operational processes, systems, and technologies that improve efficiency, scalability, and business performance.
  • Lead cross-functional projects, build strong partnerships across departments, and provide operational reporting and recommendations that support strategic planning and company growth.

Engineer Forward Deployed Engineer at Istari Digital

Embedded software engineer who writes code, builds integrations, and solves technical problems directly within customer aerospace/defense organizations.

Mid Onsite Posted 1 day ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

The Role

Istari’s software doesn’t just get handed off, it gets deployed into some of the most complex engineering environments in aerospace and defense.  As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you’ll be embedded directly inside our customer organizations, operating as part of their team while remaining tightly connected to Istari’s product and engineering core.

This is not a support role.  You are a builder.  You’ll write real code, architect integrations, and solve hard problems that emerge at the intersection of digital engineering workflows and mission-critical operations.  The challenges you’ll tackle require the instincts of a strong software engineer and the adaptability of someone who thrives in unstructured environments.  Challenges like connecting CAD, CFD, FEM pipelines to Istari’s platform; unlocking cross-discipline and cross-clearance collaboration; enabling organizations to actually use the tools in which they’ve invested.

You’ll work alongside Istari Program Managers who are embedded in the same customer environments.  They carry the program context and stakeholder relationships while you own the technical execution.  Together, you operate as a unit capable of handling almost anything a customer throws at you.  The best Forward Deployed Engineers make our product smarter, not just our customers happier.

Core Responsibilities:

Onsite Technical Delivery

  • Embed with customer engineering teams to understand their workflows, data environments, and technical constraints

  • Architect and build software solutions that integrate Istari’s platform into existing digital engineering ecosystems (CAD, CFD, FEM, simulation pipelines, and related toolchains)

  • Serve as the primary technical interface for the customer – not just answering questions, but proactively identifying where our software can drive more value

Software Development

  • Develop, test, and maintain integrations and workflow solutions following modern software engineering practices

  • Write clean, maintainable code that can be productized or reused across customer deployments

  • Contribute to internal tooling and documentation that scales your knowledge across the team

Feedback Loop to Product

  • Translate field experience into actionable product insights — you are one of Istari’s clearest signals on what customers actually need

  • Participate in internal engineering reviews, architecture discussions, and roadmap planning

  • Help develop proposals and technical approaches for new customer opportunities

Required Qualifications:

Required

  • Strong software engineering fundamentals — you write production-quality code and can defend your architectural decisions

  • Hands-on experience with digital engineering toolchains: CAD, CFD, FEM, or related simulation and modeling environments

  • Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments without a lot of hand-holding

  • Ability to work on-site with customers in a U.S. defense or aerospace context (clearance eligibility required; active clearance a strong plus)

  • U.S. citizenship required

Preferred

  • Experience integrating engineering software into larger data or workflow platforms

  • Background in aerospace, defense, or other systems-engineering-heavy industries

  • Exposure to Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) or digital thread / digital twin concepts

  • Exposure to or direct experience with advanced CAD, CFD, or FEM tools

Why This Role?

The engineers who do this job well become some of the most technically well-rounded people in the industry. You’ll see how large, complex organizations actually work – not just the happy path. You’ll build things that get used immediately. And because you’re reporting into Istari’s Customer Success org (not a sales or account team), your career trajectory stays technical.  You’ll also have the Istari team behind you: regular syncs, access to internal engineering resources, and a clear path to influence the product you’re deploying.

About Istari Digital

Istari is a digital engineering software company building open, scalable infrastructure for engineering data. Our platform lets customers simply and securely integrate engineering models across disciplines, organizations, and security levels – whether they’re designing prototypes, performing virtual testing, or training AI and autonomy for complex systems.

Product Product Manager, Analytics | Bengaluru, IN at Degreed

Owns analytics and reporting strategy for enterprise learning platform, defining dashboarding experiences and translating customer data needs into product roadmaps.

Mid Onsite Posted 3 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Degreed is the leading enterprise learning system for workforce transformation, bringing together everything people need to learn and advance: courses, videos, articles, projects, and real-world skill insights, matched to individual roles, skills, and goals.

For businesses, Degreed builds the infrastructure for a culture of learning that attracts, develops, and retains top talent, driving performance at scale. Named to Fast Company’s World’s Most Innovative Companies of 2026 — alongside Google, Nvidia, and Adidas — Degreed is recognized for its AI-driven approach to closing the human readiness gap and turning learning ambition into measurable impact.

We believe learning is the key to unlocking opportunity, and our mission is to discover, empower, and celebrate the next generation of global expertise. Join us in shaping the future of learning and workforce development!

About the Role

We’re looking for a Product Manager to own the analytics strategy for the Degreed platform, including the reporting and dashboarding experiences our customers rely on to prove the value of learning and skill development inside their organizations.

You’ll define what “good analytics” means for Degreed’s product: what admins and learners need to see, how they need to see it, and how our in-product reporting and dashboards evolve as customer expectations for data and insight keep rising. You’ll partner closely with data engineering, data science, design, and other product teams to turn raw platform data into trusted, actionable insight that customers use to make real workforce decisions.

This is a high-visibility role. Analytics is one of the clearest ways customers see the value of Degreed, so the strategy you set and the roadmap you drive will directly shape how the market perceives our platform’s maturity and impact.

Key Skills

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focused on analytics, reporting, BI, or data products.
  • Proven ability to set and communicate a product strategy for analytics or reporting capabilities, not just ship individual features.
  • Strong grasp of data modeling concepts and comfort working directly with data engineers and data scientists on schema, metrics definitions, and data pipelines.
  • Experience with embedded analytics or BI tooling (GoodData a plus) and the tradeoffs between build, buy, and embed.
  • Ability to translate ambiguous customer and stakeholder needs (from CHROs, L&D leaders, and platform admins) into clear requirements and well-scoped roadmap bets.
  • Comfort defining and governing metrics: naming conventions, calculation logic, and data definitions that stay consistent across dashboards and reports.
  • Strong data literacy: able to read a dataset, sanity-check a query, and know when a dashboard number looks wrong before a customer does.
  • Experience partnering with design on data visualization best practices, not just feature layout.
  • Track record of prioritizing a roadmap against competing demands from sales, customer success, engineering, and executive stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain analytics tradeoffs to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to leverage AI tools and technologies relevant to the role, such as using AI-assisted analysis to explore usage data, draft requirements, or accelerate dashboard prototyping.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience in HR tech, learning tech, or another people-analytics adjacent space
  • Familiarity with SQL and the ability to write or debug queries independently

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the analytics strategy for the Degreed product, including the roadmap for in-product reporting and dashboarding capabilities.
  • Define the metrics, dashboards, and reporting experiences that help admins and learners understand skill growth, engagement, and program impact.
  • Partner with data engineering and data science to ensure the underlying data model, pipelines, and metric definitions can support current and future reporting needs.
  • Work with design to create clear, trustworthy, and actionable data visualizations rather than just charts on a page.
  • Gather and synthesize input from customers, sales, and customer success to identify the analytics gaps that matter most to the market.
  • Define and maintain a consistent set of metric definitions and governance standards so numbers mean the same thing across every dashboard and report.
  • Write clear requirements, prioritize the analytics backlog, and work with engineering to ship reporting features that are accurate, performant, and easy to use.
  • Measure the adoption and impact of analytics features you ship, and use that data to inform the next iteration of the roadmap.

Compensation

We are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.

Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, depth of experience, certifications, specific work location, and internal equity.

What this role involves

About Us

At Cloudflare, we are on a mission to help build a better Internet. Today the company runs one of the world’s largest networks that powers millions of websites and other Internet properties for customers ranging from individual bloggers to SMBs to Fortune 500 companies. Cloudflare protects and accelerates any Internet application online without adding hardware, installing software, or changing a line of code. Internet properties powered by Cloudflare all have web traffic routed through its intelligent global network, which gets smarter with every request. As a result, they see significant improvement in performance and a decrease in spam and other attacks. Cloudflare was named to Entrepreneur Magazine’s Top Company Cultures list and ranked among the World’s Most Innovative Companies by Fast Company.

At Cloudflare, we’re not looking for people who wait for a polished roadmap; we’re looking for the builders who see the cracks in the Internet that everyone else has simply learned to live with. We value candidates who have the instinct to spot a “normalized” problem and the AI-native curiosity to create a solution using the latest tools. Our culture is built on iteration, leveraging AI to ship faster today to make it better tomorrow, while ensuring that every improvement, no matter how small, is shared across the team to lift everyone up. If you’re the type of person who values curiosity over bureaucracy, and that AI is a partner in solving tough problems to keep the Internet moving forward, you’ll fit right in.

Available Locations: Lisbon, Portugal

About the Role

Cloudflare is a system spanning the globe, on a mission to make the internet safer and more powerful everyday. To help fulfill this mission, we are seeking a talented REACT Analyst / Consultant to join us in growing our Cloudforce One REACT organization. In this role, you will be instrumental in building a proactive and threat intelligence-driven approach to protecting Cloudflare and its customers from sophisticated and evolving threat actors.

As a REACT Consultant, you will respond to customer security incidents across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. This position requires an innovative, self-starting, and detail-oriented problem solver with a passion for analyzing, tracking, and triaging malicious activity. You will engage with customers at all levels—including Executive, VP, Director, and engineering levels—serving an integral role alongside forensic analysts, threat researchers, detection engineers, and malware analysts to detect, isolate, and mitigate threats.

Key Responsibilities

1. Incident Response & Active Edge Mitigation

  • Active Edge Mitigation: Execute immediate defensive maneuvers at the Cloudflare edge to protect customer availability. This includes deploying custom WAF rules, implementing L3/L4 DDoS shunning, and performing real-time traffic filtering to neutralize attacks before they reach the customer’s origin.
  • Support Full IR Lifecycle Management: Support and execute the end-to-end incident response process for clients (investigation, containment, remediation, and recovery). Review technical deliverables and coordinate sessions with customer stakeholders to ensure high-quality service and resolution.
  • Incident Remediation: Build a strong understanding of targeted attacks to create and execute customized tactical and strategic remediation plans for compromised organizations.

2. Direct Customer Containment & Threat Isolation

  • Ransomware & BEC: Identify and isolate infected hosts, revoke compromised sessions/identities, and stop data exfiltration within the customer’s infrastructure.
  • Insider Threats & Nation-State Attacks: Track unauthorized lateral movement, identify sophisticated persistent backdoors, correlate threat actor activity across the environment, and execute containment to preserve evidence while neutralizing the adversary.

3. Forensics, Engineering & AI Analysis

  • Forensic Evidence & Chain of Custody: Conduct initial evidence preservation (logs, volatile memory, disk images) within customer environments according to forensic standards to support legal, regulatory, or insurance requirements.
  • Crisis Solution Development: Create and enhance client-facing Crisis & Incident Response solutions based on industry standards (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS). Advance customer cyber readiness by identifying opportunities for process optimization in monitoring, detection, and response.
  • AI-Leveraged Analysis: Utilize AI-powered security platforms to synthesize massive telemetry sets, automate log summarization, and accelerate the identification of emerging threat patterns during active customer engagements.
  • Technical Documentation & Reporting: Prepare high-fidelity incident reports, forensic findings, and client communications. Maintain rigorous standards for clarity and accuracy to ensure customer executives and engineers understand both the threat and the resolution.

Desirable Skills, Knowledge, and Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, a related technical field, or equivalent training/practical experience.
  • Experience: 3+ years of overall experience in cybersecurity, including 2+ years of dedicated Incident Response / Digital Forensics experience, and 1+ years in a customer-facing role.
  • OS & Cloud Environments: In-depth understanding of Windows operating systems and general knowledge of Unix, Linux, and Mac environments. Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, O365, Google Cloud, Cloudflare) and cloud IR methodologies.
  • Network Forensic Analysis: Strong technical knowledge of common network protocols and design patterns (TCP/IP, HTTPS, FTP, SFTP, SSH, RDP, CIFS/SMB, NFS). Experience with network analysis tools like Bro/Zeek or Suricata, and analyzing associated network logs.
  • Industry Standards: Solid understanding of MITRE ATT&CK and NIST Cyber Security Frameworks.
  • Communications: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to establish relationships and clearly explain tasks, guidance, and complex technical findings to executive and technical clients.

Bonus Points

  • Proficient in Python or Golang, capable of writing modular code or simple scripts that can be installed on a remote system.
  • Proficient with Yara and writing rules to detect similar malware samples.
  • Understanding of source code, hex, binary, regular expressions, data correlation, and analysis (such as network flow and system logs).
  • Practical malware analysis experience with static, dynamic, and automated techniques, including the ability to reverse engineer various file formats and analyze complex samples.
  • Reverse engineering experience with APT malware with an understanding of common infection vectors, infrastructure enumeration, malware attribution, and current evasion tactics.
  • Familiarity with bash command-line executables to conduct static analysis and investigate Indicators of Compromise (IOCs).

Compensation

Engineer Embedded Software Engineer, Tech Lead at Astera Labs

Develops embedded C firmware for high-speed connectivity devices, manages hardware bring-up, and writes test automation scripts for data center infrastructure products.

Mid Onsite Posted 5 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Astera Labs (NASDAQ: ALAB) provides rack-scale AI infrastructure through purpose-built connectivity solutions. By collaborating with hyperscalers and ecosystem partners, Astera Labs enables organizations to unlock the full potential of modern AI. Astera Labs’ Intelligent Connectivity Platform integrates CXL®, Ethernet, NVLink, PCIe®, and UALink™ semiconductor-based technologies with the company’s COSMOS software suite to unify diverse components into cohesive, flexible systems that deliver end-to-end scale-up, and scale-out connectivity. The company’s custom connectivity solutions business complements its standards-based portfolio, enabling customers to deploy tailored architectures to meet their unique infrastructure requirements. Discover more at www.asteralabs.com.

Role Overview

Our analog and Ethernet connectivity products sit in the critical signal path of optical modules, copper interconnects, and high-speed networking infrastructure. Across both product lines, the firmware controlling these devices drives adaptive behaviour, calibration sequences, link management, and real-time performance, and it ends up deployed in data centers around the world. This is the kind of work where what you write actually matters.

You’ll be part of a small Ottawa-based team working directly alongside senior engineers on firmware development, hardware bring-up, test automation, and day-to-day project tracking. You won’t be handed a narrow slice of work and left alone. You’ll be involved across the board, getting exposure to how analog and Ethernet connectivity products go from silicon to production.

This is a startup, and that means things move quickly and the work doesn’t always fit neatly into a job description. If that sounds like your kind of environment, keep reading.

Level is negotiable based on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Firmware Development

    • Write and modify embedded C firmware for analog and Ethernet connectivity devices, including register configuration, state machines, calibration sequences, and control loops

    • Work on low-level hardware bring-up and debug alongside senior firmware engineers

    • Contribute to features spanning analog control such as gain settings and equalization parameters, as well as Ethernet link management, SERDES configuration, and diagnostics

    • Help maintain and improve the firmware codebase with clean, reviewable code

  • Test Automation and Validation

    • Write Python scripts to automate test flows, collect and analyze data, and help make the team faster

    • Work with validation teams remotely to develop and execute test plans across a range of operating conditions and corner cases

    • Help build out CI infrastructure and automated test tooling as the team grows

    • Contribute to characterizing firmware behaviour across analog and Ethernet configurations, link states, and failure modes

  • Project and Process Contributions

    • Keep Jira tickets up to date, track your own work, and flag blockers early

    • Participate in code reviews and architecture discussions

    • Communicate clearly with teammates across firmware, silicon design, and applications

Basic Qualifications

  • BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field

  • 2 to 5 years of experience writing embedded C/C++ firmware on real hardware

  • Comfort working at the hardware/software boundary: reading datasheets, poking registers, interpreting hardware behaviour from software

  • Familiarity with Linux development tools: gcc/clang, make, bash, gdb, and git

  • Some experience with Python scripting, whether for test automation, data analysis, or general utility scripts

  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude; you’ll be working closely with a small team and need to keep everyone in the loop

  • A genuine interest in digging into hard problems and the persistence to see them through

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with Ethernet at the system or device level: Layer 1 PHY, SERDES, retimers, gearboxes, NICs, or related devices

  • Exposure to analog or mixed-signal systems: ADC/DAC interfaces, calibration techniques, signal conditioning

  • Understanding of signal integrity concepts: equalization, jitter, eye diagrams, or link margin

  • Experience with Jira or similar tools for issue tracking and project management

  • Background with RTOS, device drivers, or bare-metal firmware on microcontrollers

  • Familiarity with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, BERTs, logic analyzers or similar

  • Prior internship or co-op experience in a semiconductor or networking hardware company

Base salary range is CAD 140,000 to CAD 180,000 depending on experience, level, and business need. This role is eligible for discretionary bonus, incentives and benefits.

We know that creativity and innovation happen more often when teams include diverse ideas, backgrounds, and experiences, and we actively encourage everyone with relevant experience to apply, including people of color, LGBTQ+ and non-binary people, veterans, parents, and individuals with disabilities.
