What this role involves

Our ServiceNow AI platform brings together any AI, any data, and any workflow— helping 85% of the Fortune 500® work smarter, faster, and better. We’re building an AI-native culture where technology and talent are unstoppable together. And we’re just getting started.

Join us to put AI to work for people.

Job Description

We are looking for a Director for Life Sciences Go-To-Market focused primarily on pharmaceutical accounts with secondary depth in MedTech, covering accounts that span both.

This is a hybrid role. It combines pharma operating credibility across drug development, clinical operations, manufacturing and quality, and commercial functions with enough platform depth to turn that credibility into repeatable GTM motions, solution positioning, and field-ready plays. It is neither a pure industry-advisor role nor a pure platform-seller role.

The Director reports to the Global Head of Life Sciences GTM and works alongside a team that already carries deep pharma and MedTech technical credibility. This role’s job is to convert that credibility into scalable GTM motions, not to duplicate it.

How you’ll spend your time

Time allocation follows the Global Industries GTM operating model.

  • 60% customer-facing: executive engagement, EBC delivery, pipeline creation, and priority account progression. Within this, roughly 70% is pipeline creation and 30% is pipeline progression in priority accounts.

  • 20% industry strategy and product collaboration: partnering with account executives and GTM partners on account-level strategy and bringing market signal into product roadmap conversations.

  • 20% field enablement and business reporting: building field-ready plays and assets and tracking pipeline created and influenced against goals.

This role is most active as a door opener and trusted advisor through the point of technical win. In NowSell terms, that means primary ownership at account planning and discovery, active support through technical validation on strategic accounts with an established senior relationship and largely stepping back once the deal reaches commercial and close, where the account team leads and this role re-engages only as needed with the relationship contact.

Areas of responsibility

1. Executive presence and pipeline creation

Be a credible senior voice with pharma executives in Executive Business Center engagements, industry forums, and executive roundtables, connecting ServiceNow’s platform to what pharma leaders are accountable for: R&D velocity, regulatory readiness, manufacturing quality, and commercial execution. Extend into MedTech conversations on accounts that span both. Pipeline created and influenced through this work is measured on in-quarter NNACV.

2. Pipeline progression and deal support

Partner with account executives to progress pipeline: form relationships with key buying-center executives, sharpen the business case, and shorten deal cycles by bringing pharma industry expertise into account strategy, particularly on accounts with senior stakeholder complexity that call for an objective, practitioner-level voice.

3. Industry logic behind platform demonstrations

Ensure the business case and clinical or operational logic behind demos and proof-of-concept work is sound and lands with executives, by working with solution consultants across clinical trial operations, pharmacovigilance, manufacturing quality, and commercial CRM. Building and running demos is Solution Consultant territory; this role owns the credibility of the story behind them.

4. Product and partner input

Bring market signals, executive feedback, and deal-level patterns into ServiceNow’s product roadmap for pharma, particularly for net-new solutions with no off-the-shelf play yet. Support the pharma partner motion with strategic SIs and technology partners at the solution and co-sell level. Partner-aligned roles own program management, deal registration, and ISV certification.

5. Scalable plays and business reporting

Turn pharma market dynamics, win/loss patterns, and voice-of-customer signal into field-ready plays, positioning, and competitive tools that sellers can run without this role in the room. If a play still requires this Director to work, it isn’t finished. Track pipeline created and influenced against goals and use that analysis to direct effort where it moves the number.

Qualifications

Must have

  • 12+ years working at the intersection of life sciences and enterprise technology, with a track record of turning sector knowledge into commercial outcomes. Depth should weight toward pharma, with working familiarity in MedTech. This experience can come from direct employment inside a pharma or biotech company in a role touching enterprise technology, from time at a vendor or systems integrator serving the pharma or biotech market (Accenture, Deloitte, EY, or equivalent), or from a combination of both. What matters is the ability to connect a pharma operational problem to what an enterprise platform actually does at the workflow level, not which side of the table it was learned on.
  • Demonstrated executive presence: a track record of leading, not supporting, high-stakes conversations with senior pharma or biotech executives, and the credibility to own the narrative in an Executive Business Center or equivalent forum.
  • Commercial GTM experience: a track record of building pipeline, shaping account strategy, and driving measurable revenue outcomes in a GTM, sales overlay, or business development capacity. Quota-carrying experience is a plus, not a requirement. What is required is evidence of commercial impact, not narrative-only involvement.

Nice to have

  • Traditional strategy consulting experience (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or equivalent) serving the pharma or biotech sector. This adds credibility on top of the must-haves above; it does not substitute for them.
  • Established presence in the pharma or biotech sector through industry events, associations, or thought leadership. Track record of industry keynotes or similar public speaking engagements.
  • Experience shaping product roadmap or solution strategy with product teams, ideally in life sciences.

Design Web Designer & Webflow Developer at Flex

Design and build marketing pages and web experiences in Webflow while leveraging AI tools to accelerate design and development workflows.

Mid Hybrid Posted 1 day ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Flex is a growth-stage, NYC headquartered FinTech company that is creating the best rent payment experience. It’s hard to believe that it’s 2026 and paying rent on time is expensive, inflexible, and difficult. We’re here to change that! Flex enables our users to pay rent throughout the month on a schedule that better fits their finances and budget. Our mission is to empower as many renters as possible with flexibility over their most significant recurring expense. After deliberately keeping a stealth profile as we built up unprecedented investor support and an enthusiastic user base, we are looking for motivated individuals to help us keep our mission growing. Will you be a part of the team?

We’re looking for a hybrid designer and Webflow developer to help bring a new brand to life across our website. This role is for someone who can both design page experiences and build them in Webflow—owning work end to end rather than handing it off.

You’ll partner closely with our creative director, existing Webflow developer, content team, and PM to move the rebrand forward quickly. Design and implementation will happen in parallel rather than as separate, sequential phases.

We’re also looking for someone who works in an AI-native way—using AI, LLMs, coding assistants, agents, and workflow automation to accelerate design, page creation, development, content operations, and QA while maintaining a high bar for quality and brand consistency.

What you’ll do

Design

  • Design high-fidelity, on-brand page layouts, components, and templates that bring our new brand direction to the web
  • Extend a small set of bespoke “hero” pages designed by our brand agency into a consistent, scalable system across the broader site
  • Design a range of marketing pages, from interactive and motion-rich experiences to simpler, templatized pages
  • Contribute to a reusable component and module library so design decisions propagate consistently across pages
  • Apply strong visual, responsive, accessible, and conversion-focused design principles

Build

  • Build and launch net-new pages, templates, components, and modules in Webflow
  • Create scalable Webflow systems using reusable components, variables, CMS collections, and responsive patterns
  • Translate Figma designs—your own and others’—into clean, high-fidelity Webflow builds
  • Implement interactions, animations, and custom HTML, CSS, or JavaScript when needed
  • Reskin and migrate existing pages while ensuring they remain easy for nontechnical partners to maintain

Use AI and automation

  • Use AI and coding assistants to accelerate design exploration, content structuring, page creation, component development, custom code, and debugging
  • Build or configure AI agents and workflow automations for CMS preparation, content transformation, metadata generation, page auditing, link validation, and QA
  • Identify repetitive processes that can become reliable, reusable AI-assisted workflows while critically reviewing output for accuracy, accessibility, originality, and brand quality

Ship & collaborate

  • Design, implement, test, and prepare pages for launch without unnecessary handoffs
  • Collaborate closely with the creative director, existing Webflow developer, content, marketing, and PM
  • QA across devices, browsers, and responsive breakpoints
  • Ensure strong performance, accessibility, SEO fundamentals, analytics readiness, redirects, and launch quality
  • Document key components, CMS structures, custom code, automations, and publishing workflows

What we’re looking for

  • Strong design and Webflow development capabilities in one skill set, with a portfolio showing excellent visual and brand design alongside shipped, high-quality Webflow builds
  • Speed—the ability to move quickly and ship high-quality work in a fast-moving environment with shifting inputs, priorities, and timelines
  • A strong eye for systems, with experience creating scalable page templates, reusable components, module libraries, and CMS structures (e.g. shared templates with swappable color sets and content modules)
  • Strong understanding of HTML and CSS, comfort using JavaScript or custom code when needed, and the ability to implement high-fidelity builds from Figma
  • Strong hands-on experience with Webflow CMS, responsive behavior, reusable components, variables, and Webflow Interactions (IX2), including motion and interactive page elements
  • Demonstrated professional experience using AI and LLM tools, including building or configuring AI agents and workflow automations for design, development, content, or QA workflows
  • Strong attention to detail across responsive behavior, accessibility, QA, performance, SEO fundamentals, and design consistency
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented, with the ability to communicate clearly, maintain momentum, and design and ship in parallel

Nice to have

  • Experience with GSAP, APIs, webhooks, or custom integrations
  • Experience with analytics, experimentation, or conversion optimization
  • Experience with major rebrands, content migrations, localization, or multi-product websites

Contract details

  • Hours: Full time, 40 hours a week
  • Duration: 3 month, with strong likelihood of extension or conversion with positive performance

Life at Flex

We understand that it takes a diverse team of highly intelligent, curious, determined, empathetic, and self aware people to grow a successful company. Our HQ is located in New York City, but we have employees located throughout the US, Australia, Canada and South America. We are growing quickly, but deliberately, with a focus on building an inclusive culture. Our dynamic team has incredible perspectives to share, just as we know you do, and we take great pride in being an equal opportunity workplace.

Project Management Program Manager at Tanium

Owns end-to-end program management for product development portfolios, coordinating cross-functional teams from ideation through go-to-market launch.

Mid Hybrid Posted 1 day ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

The Basics

Tanium is actively seeking a Program Manager to own the program management of product development activities – from ideation through go-to-market – for their assigned portfolio, partnering closely with portfolio product leaders within the CTO’s organization. This is a build role, not a maintain role. You will contribute to the design, implementation, and iterationofprogram management processes for a spec-driven & AI-first product development organization. The ideal candidate has a strong program/project management foundation, sharp judgment under ambiguity, and the confidence to drive cross-functional teams, including senior stakeholders, to decisions and deadlines. You will represent the Product Organization in collaboration with Engineering, UX, Enablement, and Marketing to usher products through the development lifecycle. A successful candidate is a self-starter who builds forward motion with incomplete information rather than waiting on full clarity.

This position follows the Company’s hybrid schedule which currently requires employees to work in the office at one of the following locations a minimum of three days per week: Addison, TX; Bellevue, WA; Durham, NC; Emeryville, CA; or Reston, VA.

What you’ll do

  • Coordinate the spec-driven product launch process end-to-end – from ideation to delivery – for a product portfolio area. Building and continuously surfacing efficiencies to the process itself as you run it
  • Manage multiple concurrent workstreams across different stakeholders and different stages simultaneously, keeping each moving without waiting for perfect alignment before acting
  • Set timelines, hold cross-functional partners accountable to them, and communicate product readiness to leadership – including when that means pushing back on scope creep or slipping deadlines
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams – subject matter experts, UX, Engineering, Enablement, Legal, and Marketing – driving them toward decisions rather than simply coordinating meetings
  • Develop first-draft materials for product enablement and marketing, working from directional input rather than a finished brief
  • Act as a proxy to the Product Managers whose portfolios you manage, representing their priorities and making calls in their absence

We’re looking for someone with

  •  Education

    • BA or equivalent experience
  • Experience

    • 3+ years in program or project management, ideally having built or significantly matured a process rather than only operating within an existing one
    • Demonstrated ability to manage several concurrent, cross-stage workstreams without losing precision on any one of them
    • Comfort operating in ambiguity– able to take a partial set of facts, make a reasonable call, and produce something concrete for others to react to, rather than gathering exhaustive requirements before starting
    • A track record of driving timelines and holding stakeholdersaccountable
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills and aptitude in leveragingcutting edge technologies –including AI tools - to drive greater efficiencies
    • Outstanding oral and written communication skills, including comfort delivering to executive audiences
    • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to identify and correct errors
    • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a hybrid work environment

What this role involves

About Tekmetric

Tekmetric is the all-in-one, cloud-based platform helping auto repair shops run smarter, grow faster, and serve customers better.

Built by a shop owner and shaped by the needs of the industry, Tekmetric brings together innovation, real-world experience, and a thriving community to help shops thrive - not just survive. From running a shop, to securing payments to engaging customers, our platform simplifies operations so shop owners can focus on what really matters: delivering exceptional service, earning trust, and growing sustainably.

Officially founded in Houston in 2017, Tekmetric has grown from a single shop’s vision to the industry’s leading solution - all by staying true to our values of transparency, integrity, innovation, and a service-first mindset.

But we’re not just building software. We’re building a movement. We’re empowering repair shops to rise above the daily grind, create meaningful connections with their customers, and lead the industry forward - one interaction at a time.

Come build with us. Join the journey. Shape the future of auto repair.

Working the Tekmetric Way

At Tekmetric, we’re building a culture where winning matters - not for ego, but because when our customers win, we win together.

We move fast, stay curious, and take full ownership of our results — no excuses, no finger-pointing. If you thrive in ambiguity, take initiative, and view honest feedback as fuel for growth, you’ll feel right at home here.

We’re direct but respectful, ambitious yet grounded, and collaborative at every level. Everyone leads through impact and is encouraged to speak up, share ideas, and challenge assumptions (even your manager’s). This is a place for builders, not bystanders.

Success here takes focus, follow-through, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves — but if you’re driven by meaningful work and real results, it’s deeply rewarding. You’ll join a team that cares about the work, supports one another, and takes smart risks to achieve bold goals. Be yourself, stay mission-focused, and you’ll thrive. If that energizes you, we can’t wait to meet you.

At Tekmetric, great work happens anywhere, but great teams are built through intentional connection. We offer hybrid and remote work models based on your proximity to our office hubs. Because we value in-person collaboration, travel is an expected part of every role. We come together several times a year for team and company-wide offsites to align on goals and strengthen relationships. Attendance at these events is expected and fully supported.

Support Technical Solution Consultant at WorkBoard

Technical Solution Consultant bridges pre-sales and post-sales, building demo environments, configuring enterprise integrations, and ensuring customer go-live success.

Mid Hybrid Posted 1 day ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Hybrid role - Sofia, Bulgaria

About WorkBoard

WorkBoard is the pioneer in AI-driven strategy execution solutions, empowering enterprises to align, measure, and achieve their most important outcomes. With our platform, organizations can operationalize strategy in real time, foster alignment across teams, and accelerate growth. Our customers include some of the world’s most innovative companies across technology, financial services, healthcare, and more.

We’re backed by top-tier investors and led by a diverse, mission-driven team that’s passionate about redefining how organizations execute strategy at scale. At WorkBoard, you’ll have the opportunity to join a fast-growing, category-defining company where your work directly impacts how leaders shape the future.

The Opportunity

WorkBoardAI’s Customer Success team is expanding in Sofia, and this is a chance to be a part of the customer facing technical engine of that team. You will sit at the intersection of pre-sales and customer deployment — standing up demo environments that win deals, wiring enterprise integrations that accelerate go-live, and owning the provisioning and API work that makes our platform stick in complex enterprise environments. The technical work you do will translate directly into customer outcomes and revenue, and you will have real exposure to senior stakeholders at global enterprises from day one.

The Role

As a Technical Solution Consultant in Sofia, you will span pre- and post-sales, working closely with Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and Implementation specialists. In pre-sales, you are the technical proof that moves deals forward. In post-sales, you ensure customers go live fast, integrate deeply, and reach adoption milestones ahead of schedule.

You bring an AI-first mindset and familiarity with Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and OKR platforms. You know how to translate technical depth into business value — and you are as comfortable presenting to a CTO as you are debugging an API integration at midnight before a go-live.

What We’re Looking For

  • You have 3–5+ years in a technical customer-facing role: solutions engineering, implementation engineering, technical account management, or similar.

  • You have hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, SSO/SAML, SCIM, and enterprise integration patterns — and you can configure, test, and troubleshoot them yourself.

  • You are AI-first: you use AI tools actively in your daily workflow and can advise customers on where AI fits their operating model.

  • Familiarity with OKR, SPM, or strategy execution platforms is a strong advantage — you understand how enterprises set and track their most important priorities.

  • You are fluent in English and based in Sofia, available to come into the office 2 days a week.

  • Experience supporting enterprise SaaS deployments in mid-market and large accounts is a plus.

You’ll Be Skilled and Super Effective At

  • Standing up and customizing demo instances quickly — showcasing WorkBoardAI’s full depth to prospects in a way that maps to their specific use case.

  • Configuring SSO, SCIM, bulk imports, and permission structures across complex enterprise identity environments.

  • Designing and building integrations with systems like Workday, Jira, Salesforce, and BambooHR.

  • Writing and maintaining API-based solutions that extend platform capability for demanding customer environments.

  • Navigating enterprise IT and security teams with confidence, and translating their requirements into a workable implementation plan.

  • Turning patterns you see across customer deployments into repeatable playbooks the whole team can use.

What You’ll Achieve

Within one month, you’ll:

  • Become a daily user of WorkBoardAI and develop a deep understanding of the platform’s AI, OKR, and integration capabilities.

  • Shadow demo walkthroughs and technical evaluations with the sales team to understand how we win.

  • Meet key customers — including accounts like Infobip, Renault Group, and AstraZeneca — and understand their integration and provisioning setups.

  • Get to know the customer-facing and product teams across Sofia, the US, and India, and understand how the pre- and post-sales motion fits together.

  • Deliver your first demo to a WorkBoardAI teammate with confidence.

Within three months, you’ll:

  • Own demo instance creation end-to-end for at least 5 prospective customers, with demos tailored to their personas and use cases.

  • Complete your first SSO/SCIM provisioning setups independently on 5+ enterprise accounts.

  • Support 5+ integration projects (Workday, Jira, or similar), from requirements to go-live.

  • Be the go-to technical resource for the Sofia CS&S pod — AEs and CSMs know to loop you in early.

  • Have action plans in place to hit your Key Results for the first half of the year.

Within six months, you’ll:

  • Maintain a portfolio of configured demo environments that the sales team relies on for every major deal.

  • Own the provisioning and integration runbook for the team — a living document that makes every future deployment faster.

  • Independently manage technical relationships with 10+ enterprise customers, with a track record of on-time, high-quality go-lives.

  • Be contributing product feedback to the WorkBoardAI product team based on patterns you’ve identified across customer implementations.

  • Have established yourself as a trusted technical advisor to at least 5 senior customer stakeholders

The Team

You will be joining a matrixed CS&S team that is focused on igniting and delivering value quickly to our buyers. We operate across Sofia, the US, and India, and we are in growth mode. We are a passionate, no-ego group that falls in love with our customers and is fully dedicated to their success.

Design Web Designer & Webflow Developer at Flex

Design and build high-fidelity marketing pages and components in Webflow while leveraging AI tools to accelerate the design and development workflow.

Project Management Program Manager at Tanium

Program Manager owns product development lifecycle management from ideation to launch, coordinates cross-functional teams, and drives process improvements for assigned product portfolios.
