Support Seasonal Customer Service Representative - 2026 (Eastern Region) at Minted

Handle inbound customer inquiries across phone, email, chat, and social media while resolving order and product issues for a design marketplace.

Junior Remote Posted about 4 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Must reside in the following states to be considered for a Seasonal Role:

AR, AZ, CO, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, KS, LA, ME, MN, MO, MT, NC, NJ, NV, OK, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI

Please note: This is a remote seasonal role, starting in September through December 2026. Do you thrive in a fast-paced, lively atmosphere?  Do you love working with people, solving problems, and providing exceptional service? If so, read on!

The Role:

Minted is a premium design marketplace for stationery, art, and home, sourcing creative content from independent artists around the globe. We lead with design and empower our customers to bring their unique vision to life during important life moments. Our Customer Service team is at the heart of the experience for our customers. Because of the unique, customized nature of many of our products, our customers look to us for help pre- and post-order, both during the shopping journey and after their order has been placed.

Our CSRs serve an especially important role in delivering elevated, nuanced solutions to sometimes complex problems, due to the handcrafted nature of our products and production processes. Reporting to a Team Supervisor, you should be skilled at navigating multiple web-based tools at once while warmly engaging with customers. We are open 7 days a week, and team members should expect to receive a set schedule that will include some evenings and weekends.

You Will:

  • Handle phone, email, live chat, and social media interactions with a high degree of ownership and warmth.

  • Resolve unique customer concerns, custom product inquiries, and fulfillment challenges promptly and professionally without relying on a rigid script.

  • Leverage detailed internal knowledge base to augment your service approach: you don’t have to know everything about design, photos, and printing, but you’ll need to be great at using documented knowledge alongside your natural, elevated service skills to help find answers to customer questions and deliver great experiences.

  • Manage multi-system workflows by cross-referencing order information, checking custom design files, verifying inventory tools, and processing order adaptations on the fly.

  • Document customer interactions thoroughly and accurately within Salesforce or other advanced CRM platforms while adhering to data policies.

  • Identify operational errors or platform friction points and share proactive insights with Customer Service leadership to improve the broader customer journey.

  • Maintain a high bar: deliver consistently strong quality in every interaction, while having accountability for being available for customers when they need us through efficient time management and proactive communication with leadership.

You Are:

  • A thoughtful problem-solver who enjoys helping people through unique situations where there isn’t always a “right” answer or a script to follow.

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable moving between different tools like our CRM and order databases while keeping a steady, helpful pace.

  • A fast learner who can quickly internalize evolving technical workflows, product customization rules, and platform updates, translating feedback immediately into improved queue performance.

  • Exceptionally patient, empathetic, and resilient, with the emotional intelligence required to deliver a warm, premium, and personalized brand experience to customers managing time-sensitive holiday timelines.

  • Highly digitally dynamic and capable of actively navigating, cross-referencing, and updating a multi-platform tool stack (CRM, internal order management databases, artist design files, and knowledge bases) simultaneously under real-time pacing constraints.

  • Open to a set schedule within our operating hours, including weekends. We’ll ask for this flexibility from you, and in return, we’ll give you a set schedule you can count on.

You Have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

  • Experience working with high-end customers, with accountability for fully owning and solving customer problems, sometimes requiring extra problem-solving, research, or creative thinking. You set the bar when it comes to winning customers over by solving problems with a genuine and authentic approach.

  • Experience handling inbound contact volume; familiarity with how contact queues work, keeping yourself available for inbound contacts, able to move between contacts quickly once one is wrapped up, etc

  • Experience with design-related work and fulfillment: photo printing, design files, etc

  • An interest and aptitude for design- or technical-related issues and problems is a plus

  • Excellent written communication skills, showing the ability to write structured, custom, and professional responses without relying on canned templates.

  • High attention to detail, strong organizational habits, and the cognitive stamina to context-switch between separate browser tabs and platforms continuously without losing accuracy.

  • Experience using omni-channel CRM platforms like SF, ZD…etc. Experience using older technologies that may not be intuitive - able to learn new and new-to-you technologies quickly and easily

Ecosystem & Background Alignment:

Given that this role requires CSRs to focus on building genuine connections and solving unique, unscripted problems, we look for candidates whose professional backgrounds naturally align with this dynamic environment:

  • Problem Solving & Adaptability: Our omni-channel queue moves quickly, and you will seamlessly transition between phone, email, and live chat workflows depending on seasonal business needs. This role is built for individuals coming from fast-paced e-commerce or customer-facing app support that requires deep problem-solving or research work to solve customer problems with a high degree of empathy and who love day-to-day variety rather than slower-paced administrative tracking.

  • Multi-System Navigation: While resolving a single customer inquiry, you will actively navigate, cross-reference, and update multiple web-based platforms at once—from checking custom artist design files and holiday production schedules to updating order tracking tools and our CRM. Being naturally tech-savvy and comfortable managing several systems and screens simultaneously is a core part of the daily workflow.

  • Unscripted Personal Connection: We lead with authentic human empathy and do not rely on rigid conversation scripts. We look for agile communicators who can work confidently without a strict manual and who want to bring their own unique, warm voice to every single customer interaction as they research customer issues, find unique solutions to problems, and navigate difficult conversations or situations.

About Minted:

Artists shape culture. They spark conversation, create connection, and bring beauty into the world. Minted is where they come together to reach further. Our marketplace empowers a thriving community of independent artists to sell and scale their work. We nurture self-expression, cultivate community, and bring the best in visual art to a global audience.

We’re building a new way to discover the world’s best creative talent. We’re here for the emerging talent ready to take off, the local favorites ready to grow, and the established artists ready to dream bigger.

At Minted, our people don’t just believe in the power of art–we live it. We have our finger on the pulse of what’s new and now. We’re obsessed with great design, art, and interiors. We’re in galleries, at fairs, and constantly finding inspiration online. We seek undiscovered talent that deserves to stand up and stand out. We connect with artists that have something to say, and we collaborate to amplify their work.  The Minted community’s art, stationery, and textiles products have reached over 75 million homes worldwide.

Our marketplace brings the best in independent design to consumers everywhere. We recognize the challenges independent artists face, and we leverage our resources to level the playing field and create a platform that gives artists the freedom to develop their craft and grow their business.

We are headquartered in San Francisco, CA and currently employ 350+ full-time employees, plus additional temporary workers during the holiday season. We have raised over $300M from top-tier investors including Benchmark Capital, T. Rowe Price, Permira, Ridge Ventures, Technology Crossover Ventures, and Norwest Venture Partners.  Angel investors include Marissa Mayer, Jeremy Stoppelman, Julia & Kevin Hartz, Yishan Wong, and more.

Minted is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to inclusion and diversity. We welcome people of different backgrounds, experiences, abilities and perspectives and will consider all qualified applicants for employment in accordance with all state, local, and federal laws. Minted participates in the E-verify program.

How Our Process Works:

Minted uses technology and innovative practices to bring unique, best-selling design to market at scale. Using its crowdsourcing technology, consumers are empowered to vote for the designs they love and want to see sold, ensuring that Minted always sells continuously fresh and trend-forward product. The winning designs are manufactured by Minted, enabling artists from around the world to share and sell their work while letting Minted do the rest. Since launch in 2007, the company has expanded to serve consumers in new categories including wall art, textiles, digital content and home decor, as well as serve major retailers and consumer products brands with data-backed design through licensing and wholesale partnerships.

We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans. At Supporting Cast, we believe in the magic of podcasting.

With a deep expertise in delivering private audio for major public subscriptions like NPR, SiriusXM, and The Rest Is History, Supporting Cast also brings podcasting inside leading companies to create informed, engaged, and delighted teams.

Top companies use podcasting to meet their teams where they are: inside their favorite podcast apps. Major remote and hybrid employers use podcasts to make their leadership’s voices available to employees with a tap of a button. We balance that delightful employee listening experience with the security that our clients demand: We’re SOC 2 Certified and use SSO to let employees ( only employees) hear these important messages.

The Client Success Manager will work with internal communication leaders inside these innovative companies to make sure their podcasts and internal communication programs are the best in the world. This is a new role, and you will be the first person on this team. That will give you a lot of flexibility and opportunity at Supporting Cast to define and expand this function.

You’ll guide new partners through onboarding, help them launch, and support their ongoing content. Along the way, you’ll gain unique insight into the role that private audio can play at top employers around the world. You’ll report to the GM of Internal Podcasting.

What You’ll Do

  • Onboard internal podcasters: You’ll guide them through setting up our software, recommended communication strategies, and how to drive podcast adoption.
  • Proactively consult with clients: You’ll drive employee audience adoption, share best practices, and inspire creative approaches to their pods and their internal communication.
  • Become work besties with our clients: Internal communication is all about building trust, and you’ll become a trusted colleague and adviser to our clients.
  • Create and improve support resources: You’ll work on FAQs, guides, and templates to help scale self-serve resources to make our clients’ lives easier.

Must Haves

  • 1–3 years in customer success, account management, or employee engagement communications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Passion for the employee experience and pride in making our partners feel supported
  • A problem-solving mindset: resourceful, curious, and relentless on our clients’ behalf
  • A passion for the future of work: You want to make work more human and fundamentally better for employees
  • Comfort with remote work and common productivity tools (our stack: Google Suite, Slack, and Notion)
  • An interest in using A.I. tools to help scale a fast-growing company
  • A love for podcasts—you get why this makes so much sense for distributed teams

Nice To Haves

  • Experience as customer success at a SaaS tool for HR or internal communications
  • Experience doing multi-channel internal comms either in-house or at an agency
  • Work experience at hybrid or remote companies with 1,000+ employees
  • Experience expanding accounts to other functions of an organization

$70,000 - $80,000 a year

Support Senior Customer Support Engineer (Tier 3), Customer Escalations at Tailscale

Owns complex technical escalations from intake through resolution, investigating bugs and creating engineering handoff packages while partnering across support and engineering teams.

Senior Remote Posted 3 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About Tailscale

Tailscale is building the new Internet by delivering software that makes it easy to securely interconnect people and their devices, no matter where they are. From hobbyists to multinational corporations, teams of every size use Tailscale each day to protect their networks, share access to internal tools, and more. We’re building a future for the Internet that’s easy, sensible, and safe, like it used to be. Founded in 2019 and fully distributed, we’re backed by Accel, CRV, Insight, Heavybit, and Uncork Capital.

Job Description

If you’re passionate about solving complex technical problems and helping build trust between customers and engineering, this is the role for you. We’re seeking a motivated Senior Customer Support Engineer (Tier 3), Customer Escalations to join our Escalation Engineering team. You’ll take ownership of our most complex, ambiguous customer escalations, solving issues where the root cause is not always obvious. You will work these issues to resolution or alternatively a fully-documented handoff that engineering can act on without delay.

As a Senior Customer Support Engineer (Tier 3), Customer Escalations, you’ll partner closely with Support and Product/Engineering to close the gap between “customer has described a problem” and “engineering has what it needs to fix it.” This role reports directly to the Customer Escalations Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own high-severity, post-sales technical escalations from intake through resolution or engineering handoff. This includes deep-dive investigations and reproduction of difficult-to-isolate bugs.
  • Get on calls with customers, pull logs, and communicate with the customer about leading theories
  • Build engineering handoff packages that require minimal follow-up questions: reproducible case, log evidence (timestamps, node IDs), version matrix, impact scope, what’s already been ruled out, and a proposed engineering team to own the fix.
  • File and track issues for confirmed bugs, keeping the ticket/issue link intact so engineering retains full customer context.
  • Monitor for patterns across escalations to catch recurring or systemic issues early; translate what you learn into product improvements, tooling, and runbooks that raise the technical bar for the whole Support org.
  • Partner with Support, CSE, and Product/Eng, while staying within this team’s scope

What We Are Looking For

  • 4+ years in a technical support or escalation role at a SaaS or infrastructure company, with demonstrated ownership of escalated/enterprise-tier accounts.
  • A genuine problem-solver who gets energy from untangling hard, ambiguous technical issues
  • Comfortable owning a live, high-stakes customer call: staying calm, building trust, and communicating clearly with a frustrated or technical customer under pressure.
  • Hands-on networking experience in production or homelab environments: TCP/IP, routing, DNS, firewalls, NAT, VPNs, load balancers.
  • Deep familiarity with overlay networking concepts — WireGuard, UDP hole punching, STUN — and comparable VPN/networking products.
  • Code-level debugging capability: can read Go source, reason about goroutines/locks/channels, read pprof CPU/heap profiles, and understand network interface semantics.
  • Comfortable with infrastructure concepts: cloud IaaS, CI/CD pipelines, containerized applications, and Kubernetes debugging.
  • Strong systems administration skills as well as troubleshooting across Linux, macOS, and Windows.
  • Track record of independently building reproducible test cases and clear, evidence-backed bug reports engineering can act on directly.
  • Strong technical storytelling: able to distill highly technical, ambiguous issues into clear narratives for both engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Investigative mindset; curious to analyze root cause, and evaluate all options to get customers to the best solution
  • Proficiency with programming/scripting in Go, Python, JSON
  • Experience with packet-level analysis

As a company, we strive to maintain fair and equitable compensation practices within our team across all roles and all levels. Tailscale’s compensation package includes base salary, equity, and comprehensive benefits. The salary range displayed on each job posting represents the target range for a new hire’s base salary. Individual offers may vary based on experience and skill set.

UK Pay Range

£90,850—£113,760 GBP

Support Practice Success Manager at Moxie

Serves as strategic partner to aesthetic practices, advising on operations, business strategy, and product adoption while advocating internally for client needs.

Mid Remote Posted 3 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

At Moxie, we empower ambitious aesthetic entrepreneurs to build profitable, independent practices—without burnout, overwhelm, or guesswork. In just a few years, we’ve grown from an idea to a global, remote-first team now supporting 700+ practices nationwide.

Our purpose is simple: to unlock sustainable success for aesthetic entrepreneurs, at every stage of their journey.

Practice Success Manager

About the Role

We’re looking for a Practice Success Manager (PSM) to be the trusted, strategic partner to a portfolio of independent aesthetic practices—the linchpin between what Moxie builds and how practices actually put it to work.

Client-facing, you’ll advise practices on everything from grand openings to product selection, cross-selling, and P&L optimization. Internally, you’ll be your practices’ best advocate, partnering with teams from Engineering to Marketing to deliver value every day and help shape our long-term offering.

This role is focused on strategic partnership, driving product adoption, and exercising sound judgment to identify and escalate complex issues. You’ll help practices maximize the value of Moxie by coaching them on business strategy, proactively identifying opportunities and risks, and partnering cross-functionally to resolve higher-impact challenges.

You’ll join a skilled team, go through a robust onboarding, and take on your own book of business as practices complete onboarding. We already have strong tools and templates in place—success in this role is about helping practices apply them effectively. There’s no shortage of demand for Moxie, so expect plenty of room to stretch as we grow.

This role is a strong fit if you love the aesthetics industry, understand what it takes to run a successful practice, and want to help others build businesses that support their life and work goals.

Our objectives for the role

  • Own the relationship with each of your ~50 practices from launch through growth and management — coaching, advising, and connecting them to all of Moxie’s tools.

  • Enable the successful launch and opening of new practices each month.

  • Build and manage a customized journey for every practice in your book of business.

  • Advise practices through key operational decisions: staff hiring, device purchases, and pharmaceutical account management.

  • Provide sales training on AOV, price shopping, and consultations to drive consistent month-over-month revenue growth.

  • Help drive customer growth for practices through paid marketing, membership programs, or strategic promotions.

  • Be the trusted, main point of contact and strategic advisor for each nurse-entrepreneur.

  • Run Monthly Business Reviews so practices understand how their business is performing and where the opportunities are.

  • Drive consistent growth toward each practice’s projected annualized revenue goals.

  • Optimize pricing and expenses across your book to maintain healthy profit margins.

We’re looking for:

  • Several years of real, first-hand experience in the aesthetics, beauty, or wellness industry, with a clear understanding of how it serves customers well.

  • Experience building, managing, or optimizing MedSpa businesses — as an owner, operator, franchisee, District/Area Manager, Operations Director, or similar. You likely already have a point of view on what a good P&L looks like.

  • An ownership mindset: action-oriented, no task too small, and committed to making things right.

  • Strong service and coaching skills — empathetic, positive, and able to communicate in a way that helps practices succeed.

  • Solid business acumen and a grasp of how to run an aesthetics business well.

Why Join Us?

  • Above all, we’re in this to empower small business owners to own and grow their businesses. If you succeed, med spas stay the opportunity for independent owner-operators, rather than being dominated by a handful of large chains.

  • We have a lot left to build, but the market feedback tells us we’re writing the early chapters of a real success story — and that growth creates opportunity.

  • The chance to manage a sizable book of business, apply and learn management lessons, and see your practices genuinely thrive.

  • Remote work environment with the ability to work from anywhere.

  • Competitive salary and stock, plus generous health, dental, and vision coverage.

At Moxie, we believe in creating a workplace where everyone feels valued, trusted, and included. Our team lives by our values: act as owners, give more than we take, move with speed and care, and simplify and learn every day.

We welcome people of all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives to apply. If you require any accommodations to fully participate in the interview process, please let us know, we’re happy to assist.

Support Senior Customer Support Engineer (Tier 3), Customer Escalations at Tailscale

Senior support engineer investigates and resolves complex technical escalations, reproduces bugs, and creates detailed handoffs for engineering teams.

About Karbon

Karbon is the global leader in AI-powered practice management software for accounting firms. We provide an award-winning cloud platform that helps tens of thousands of accounting professionals work more efficiently and collaboratively every day. With customers in 40 countries, we have grown into a globally distributed team across the US, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, the United Kingdom, and the Philippines. We are well-funded, ranked #1 on G2, growing rapidly, and have a people-first culture that is recognized with Great Place To Work® certification and on Fortune magazine’s Best Small Workplaces™ List.

About the Role

We’re hiring a Digital Customer Success Lead. This is a builder role. You will design and operate the digital-first success motion for our SMB segment. This includes automated lifecycle journeys, scalable adoption programs, and AI-powered interventions. This is a hands-on role at a company that moves fast - expect to build, measure, iterate, and own outcomes.

  • Design and own the full digital customer journey for the SMB segment, from onboarding through renewal - automated touchpoints, milestone triggers, adoption nudges, and health-based interventions.
  • Build and manage lifecycle email and in-app campaigns that drive product adoption and surface value at the right moments, using behavioral and health score signals.
  • Identify the leading indicators of retention in this segment and create proactive playbooks that engage our customers.
  • Leverage AI tools to automate outreach, personalize communication at scale, and improve the efficiency of the digital CS motion.
  • Instrument everything — define the metrics, track what’s working, and report clearly on program performance and segment health.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Implementation to align messaging, timing, and channel strategy for SMB customers.
  • Build and run scalable webinar programs that educate customers and deepen product adoption across our customer base.

About You!

  • 3–6 years in customer success, with time spent building or running a scaled digital or tech-touch CS program with measurable outcomes.
  • Demonstrated experience designing automated customer lifecycle journeys - you’ve built one before and can build one again.
  • Comfort working with customer health data, usage signals, and segmentation to drive program design decisions.
  • Strong written communication skills — you write crisp, effective copy for customer-facing journeys and internal documentation.
  • AI-first mindset — you’ve used AI tooling in your CS workflows (automated outreach, smart triggers, analysis, or similar), have proven outcomes, and you stay current on what’s emerging.
  • Operational rigor — you set up measurement before you launch programs, not after.
  • Collaborative, low-ego, and comfortable building in ambiguous environments.
  • Bias for action — you move from insight to hypothesis to test quickly, synthesize what you learn, and iterate without waiting for perfect conditions.
  • Strong cross-functional instincts — you understand how to stay aligned with Marketing, Product, and other partners, keep projects moving, and give and receive feedback effectively at every level.

Bonus Points if you have:

  • Experience in B2B SaaS serving SMB customers.
  • Experience managing offshore team members.
  • Background in accounting, professional services software, or fintech.

Why Work at Karbon?

  • Gain global experience across the USA, Australia, New Zealand, UK, Canada and the Philippines
  • Excellent benefits package including:
    • Paid Flexible Time Off with an encouraged 3 weeks use per year
    • Company paid medical for you and eligible spouse/partner and dependents
    • Company paid dental and vision and eligible spouse/partner and dependents
    • Fully company funded short and long term disability
    • Fully company paid life insurance
    • 401(k) with company matching
    • Flexible Spending Account
    • Up to 8 weeks paid parental leave
    • Work-from-home stipend
  • Work with (and learn from) an experienced, high-performing team
  • A collaborative, team-oriented culture that embraces diversity, invests in development and provides consistent feedback
  • Be part of a fast-growing company that firmly believes in promoting high performers from within

Support Customer Support Engineer at Tailscale

Tier 2 Support Engineer diagnosing complex technical issues, managing customer tickets, and mentoring junior support staff while maintaining SLA targets.

Mid Remote Posted 4 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About Tailscale

Tailscale is building the new Internet by delivering software that makes it easy to securely interconnect people and their devices, no matter where they are. From hobbyists to multinational corporations, teams of every size use Tailscale each day to protect their networks, share access to internal tools, and more. We’re building a future for the Internet that’s easy, sensible, and safe, like it used to be. Founded in 2019 and fully distributed, we’re backed by Accel, CRV, Insight, Heavybit, and Uncork Capital.

Job Description

If you’re passionate about solving technical issues and providing high-quality support to a diverse community of users, this is the role for you. We’re seeking a motivated Support Engineer (Tier 2) to join our growing team of support professionals. You will serve as the face of the company for teams and companies using Tailscale, handling a broad range of tickets that will help flex your technical muscles.

As a Tier 2 engineer, you’ll be part of a distributed team focused on delivering excellent support to our customers and proactively solving friction by partnering with our broader CX team and Product/Eng. This role reports directly to the Support Team Lead and will play a key role in our journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary escalation point for technically complex tickets raised by paying customers, taking full ownership through to resolution.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot advanced Tailscale-specific issues like ACL misconfigurations, subnet routing/exit node configurations, and integration with identity providers (e.g. Okta, Azure AD).
  • Manage a ticket queue with a consistent focus on SLA adherence, ensuring timely first responses and resolutions.
  • Drive positive user outcomes and maintain high CSAT scores by providing clear, helpful, and accurate technical guidance.
  • Balance a high volume of daily ticket replies while maintaining the technical depth required to troubleshoot complex networking issues.
  • Partner cross-functionally to identify recurring friction points and advocate for improvements to the user experience.
  • Own escalations of technically complex tickets from Tier 1, including those originating from free-tier users, ensuring issues beyond Tier 1’s scope are resolved efficiently and thoroughly.
  • Mentor and support Tier 1 colleagues through ticket reviews, escalation guidance, and documentation contributions.

What We Are Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience in a technical support role within a SaaS company, with demonstrated experience handling escalated or enterprise-tier accounts.
  • Hands-on familiarity with Tailscale or comparable networking/VPN products (i.e. WireGuard, traditional VPNs) strongly preferred.
  • Display a natural tinkerer’s mindset and a deep curiosity for how things work, likely demonstrated through personal projects, homelabs, or open-source contributions.
  • Strong working knowledge of networking fundamentals - TCP/IP, DNS, subnetting, firewalls, NAT traversal, and routing - with the ability to apply this knowledge to real-world troubleshooting scenarios.
  • Show proficiency in troubleshooting across multiple operating systems such as macOS, Windows, Linux, and mobile platforms.
  • Experience working with identity providers and SSO integrations (e.g. Okta, Google Workspace, Azure AD) as they relate to device or user authentication.
  • Basic experience troubleshooting Kubernetes environments, including familiarity with pod networking, namespaces, and common CLI tools such as kubectl.
  • Familiarity with log analysis and CLI-based diagnostic tools to independently investigate issues before escalating.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts with empathy and clarity.
  • Familiarity with Jira and Slack to manage internal workflows and collaborate effectively across distributed teams
  • Maintain a proactive approach to learning new technologies and staying current with evolving infra tools.

£76,630—£95,590 GBP

Frequently cited statistics show that people who identify with historically marginalized groups are likely to apply to jobs only if they meet 100% of the qualifications. We encourage you to help us break that statistic!

What We Offer

  • An inclusive, flexible environment where you can be your authentic self. We recognize the impact of diverse voices and backgrounds on the growth of our people, product, and company. And that flexibility in how and when you work empowers our team to integrate work and life.
  • A competitive total compensation package. This includes a base salary, an equity incentive plan and variable commission (for quota-based roles).
  • Comprehensive group benefits with no waiting period. Take advantage of coverage for health, vision, dental, and more for you and your family!
  • Remote first company—most of our teams work fully remotely. Enjoy a change of scenery wherever you can get wifi, participate in virtual and in-person social events, and leverage our corporate co-working program to visit WeWork (or other similar spaces near you). Some roles require in-office collaboration depending on team needs, which will be clearly noted in the job description.
  • Employer-funded retirement contributions. Tailscale will match your retirement contributions dollar-for-dollar, up to a maximum annual employer contribution equal to 0.75% of your eligible compensation.
  • Connect with other Tailscalars IRL. Attend our annual company retreat, participate in team off-sites, and collaborate in person with teammates across Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Singapore. We support intentional in-person connection through team travel and distributed collaboration.
  • Support for your personal and professional development. Grow your career thoughtfully with $1500 USD annually for professional development, or take advantage of mentorship, coaching, and internal promotion opportunities.
  • Paid time off and a healthy work-life integration. Our flexible, paid time off program supports you for any situation life throws your way, whether moving homes or travelling the world!
  • A build-your-own home office setup. You choose your own company-owned laptop (Mac or PC), receive a monthly home internet reimbursement, and $500 USD to customize your workstation to make it your own.
  • Paid parental leave program. We care about your life outside of work and encourage new parents to take advantage of parental leave top-ups (20 weeks for birthing parents, 16 weeks for non-birthing parents).

Tailscale is committed to providing an accessible and inclusive hiring process. If you require an accommodation at any stage of the recruitment process or related to any aspect of this role, please contact your recruiter.

Our hiring process uses AI-assisted tools to help screen and assess candidates. All hiring decisions are made by people.
