What this role involves

Here at Scout Motors, we’re carrying forward the heritage of one of the most iconic American vehicles in history. A vehicle dating back to 1960. One that forged the path for future generations of rugged SUVs and trucks and will do so once again.

But Scout is more than just a brand, it’s a legacy steeped in a culture of exploration, caretaking, and hard work.

The Scout brand is all about respect. Respect for the past and the future by taking an iconic American brand that hasn’t been around for a while, electrifying it, digitizing it, and loading it with American innovation. Respect for communities by creating a company that stands for its people and its customers. Respect for both work and play, with vehicles that are equally at home at a camp site, a job site, or on a Tuesday commute. And respect for our customers by developing two powertrains that meet their requirements — an all-electric powertrain as well as the Harvesterℱ range extender powertrain which includes a built-in gas-powered generator with an estimated 500 miles of combined range.

At Scout Motors, we empower our talented, inclusive, and entrepreneurial teams to innovate. What makes a Scout employee? Someone who is a visionary and a leader, who seeks new paths and shares lessons learned. A knowledgeable doer who collaborates across the company to build better. A go-getter with unrivaled passion.

Join us at Scout Motors and be part of shaping the future of transportation. If you’re ready to drive change and make history, apply now!

Scout Motors is building its Integrated Business Planning (IBP) capability from the ground up. We have a working proof-of-concept for our Integrated Business Planning planning tool, but the production-grade platform - the one that will run our executive planning forum and coordinate demand, supply, capacity, constraints, scenarios, and decisions as we scale to volume production - still needs to be built. That is this role.

As Integrated Business Planning Product Manager, you will own the product vision, roadmap, and prioritization for this platform. IT owns delivery and the technical backbone and you will be IT closest partner, defining the requirements, planning logic, user experience, and decisions the system must support. You will sit at the intersection of business planning, supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, finance, and technology, and you will be accountable for one outcome above all: making the platform the single, trusted source of truth for Scout’s integrated business planning decisions.

The core of the product is a single, integrated planning artifact: demand outlook, production plan, procurement and supplier constraints, capacity and inventory implications, financial impacts, scenarios, risks, decisions, and actions. Defining that artifact well so it reflects the real planning process and drives high-quality tradeoff decisions in the executive forum is the heart of the role.

What you’ll do

Become part of an iconic brand that is set to revolutionize the electric pick-up truck & rugged SUV marketplace by achieving the following:

  • Product vision and roadmap. Set the direction for the Integrated Business Planning platform, convey that vision to the build team, and translate business requirements into a sequenced roadmap of product features. Make the hard calls on what to build first, what to defer, and what not to build at all.
  • The core planning artifact. Define and evolve the integrated view at the center of the executive planning forum: demand outlook, production plan, procurement and supplier constraints, capacity and inventory implications, financial impact, scenarios, decisions, and actions, so it mirrors how Scout actually plans and decides.
  • Backlog refinement and acceptance criteria. Own backlog refinement end to end: write clear user stories, keep acceptance criteria testable and tied to IBP value delivery, and validate delivered features and enhancements against those criteria so they support end-to-end IBP execution.
  • Partnership with the build team. Translate planning logic into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Work together with IT and data teams on architecture, data flows, integrations, reporting logic, user access, testing, and support model. They deliver; you own the what and the why, and you hold the quality bar on the result.
  • Stakeholder discovery and alignment. Sit between the product/dev team and the IBP and business functions—Production, Procurement, Supply Chain, Commercial, and Finance—to align priorities and timelines, surface the inputs, assumptions, constraints, and outputs the process actually needs, and reconcile competing priorities into a coherent product. Involve the right stakeholders in the decisions that shape it.
  • Trust and governance. Build the governance that makes outputs credible: data quality, master data and planning assumptions, scenario logic, change control, and version management. If users do not trust the numbers, nothing else matters.
  • Decision-ready outputs. Shape dashboards, reports, and executive views that let leadership see demand-supply gaps, tradeoffs, risks, and required decisions at a glance—and act on them in the forum.
  • Adoption and continuous improvement. Drive the platform from “a tool that exists” to “the source of truth the executive forum runs on” through training, iteration, feedback loops, and relentless attention to whether people actually use it to decide.

Location & Travel Expectations:

  • This role may be based out of the Scout Motors corporate headquarters in Charlotte, NC.
  • This role requires 4-5 days per week in the office, with regular in-person meetings and events.
  • Applicants should expect that the role will require the ability to convene with Scout colleagues in person and travel to participate in events on behalf of the company from time to time.

What you’ll bring

We expect all Scout employees to have integrity, curiosity, resourcefulness, and strive to exhibit a positive attitude, as well as a growth mindset. You’ll be comfortable with change and flexible in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You’ll take a collaborative approach to achieve ambitious goals. Here’s what else you’ll bring:

  • 12+ years in product ownership / product management, supply chain / operations planning, S&OP / Integrated Business Planning, business systems, or a related analytical or transformation role—ideally including ownership of a product or platform, not just delivery of one.
  • Real S&OP / Integrated Business Planning fluency. You understand demand and supply planning, capacity and procurement constraints, inventory and financial implications, scenario planning, and how executive decision forums actually run—and you can hold your own with the functional experts who live in each of these.
  • A product mindset. You think in outcomes and tradeoffs, prioritize ruthlessly, say no well, and own the result rather than the activity. You are comfortable owning the what and why while a delivery team owns the how.
  • Agile delivery fluency. Experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager on software products, skilled in backlog management, sprint planning, and agile delivery for complex, data-driven products. Experience leading an agile team, plus strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
  • Data and KPI literacy. Familiarity with the data flows and KPIs critical to supply chain efficiency (e.g., forecast accuracy, inventory levels, service levels), and comfort with large data sets, planning assumptions, scenario models, dashboards, and performance metrics. You turn ambiguity into clear process flows, decision frameworks, and executive-ready outputs.
  • Digital platform experience. Experience managing a digital product across areas such as data management, APIs, integration, and monitoring, spanning the entire S&OP/IBP process in a multi-team, multi-channel environment. Knowledge of how planning tools (e.g., APS, ERP, or custom solutions) enable S&OP execution.
  • Cross-functional leadership without formal authority. You build trust, create alignment across functions with competing priorities, and drive progress through credibility rather than mandate.
  • Sharp communication. You synthesize complexity, document decisions clearly, and move fluently between senior leaders and technical teams.
  • Education and bonus credentials. Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, business, information systems, or operations preferred. Automotive or other complex-manufacturing experience—long-lead procurement, BOM and capacity ramp, supplier allocation, plant constraints—is a strong plus, as is experience with planning systems, ERP, BI platforms, or agile product delivery.

The benefits of joining Scout include the chance to build products and a company from the ground up.  This is a chance to create something new and lasting – with an iconic brand at its foundation.  In addition, Scout provides competitive compensation and benefits to support your physical, mental, and financial wellbeing. Product LawnStarter: Senior Product Manager, Service Delivery

Senior PM leading product strategy and systems for marketplace service delivery, trust, and AI-powered support across customer and service provider sides.

Senior Posted 1 day ago We Work Remotely — Programming
What this role involves

Headquarters: United States
URL: http://lawnstarter.com

About LawnStarter

LawnStarter is the nation's leading on-demand marketplace for lawn care and outdoor services, with over $100M in annual bookings. We're expanding beyond lawn care to become the one-stop shop for all home services — operating across three brands (LawnStarter, Lawn Love, Home Gnome) on a single shared platform.

About Service Delivery at LawnStarter

We make a promise on both sides of the marketplace: customers get a job done well, and Pros get paid fairly for doing it. Service delivery is everything that happens after a customer books — keeping that promise through completion, support, and the moments when things don't go to plan.

This is the hard part of running a marketplace: we broker work we can't directly see, between two parties whose interests sometimes collide. Get it right and people stay for years. Get it wrong and you lose customers, Pros, or both. Trust is the product — and increasingly, the systems that protect it are AI-powered.

Requirements

The Role

This is a broad Senior PM role on the quality, trust, and communication side of service delivery — setting the right expectations on both sides, steering Pros to deliver great work, resolving conflicting interests fairly, and making our AI-powered support genuinely good. You'll work on live, high-scale systems with a mandate to make them better.

Service delivery is a big area with more than one PM in it. You'll work alongside them; your center of gravity is the trust between both sides of the marketplace.

What makes this role different:

  • It's a real area of impact, not a single feature. You'll shape strategy, policy, and the systems behind a whole slice of the post-booking experience — not optimize one screen.
  • It's inherently two-sided. You work for customers and Pros at once, and you're often the one arbitrating between them. Pleasing one side at the other's expense is failure.
  • AI is a core tool, not a side project. Support and outreach already run on AI. You'll push how far that goes — and build the evals that prove it's good before we trust it with more.

Problems to Solve

Getting expectations right before the work ever starts. Most service failures aren't bad work — they're mismatched expectations. The grass grew a tier past what was booked; "deep clean" meant something different to each side; the yard didn't match the photos. You'll make sure what's promised to the Pro matches what the customer actually expects, that those expectations are the right ones for the property and service, and that Pros are steered toward delivering great work. Every mismatch you prevent up front is a conflict you never have to resolve later.

Arbitrating genuinely competing interests. A customer wants a date the Pro can't commit to. The grass is long enough to need a different price tier than booked. The job wasn't what the listing photos suggested. These aren't bad actors — both sides are right from where they sit, and the marketplace has to make a call. You'll build the policies and the (increasingly AI-assisted) decision systems that resolve these fairly and consistently at scale — and make the judgment call yourself when there's no clean answer.

Making AI trustworthy enough to do more — which means evals. Customer-side AI already handles ~34% of support at roughly a penny per message, and Pro-side support is still to be built. Expanding either is gated on one hard, ongoing, technical thing: can we prove the AI resolved a case rather than just closed it? You'll own the eval systems — golden datasets, automated judges, regression detection, human-review sampling — that define what "good" means for an open-ended conversation, gate every change, and catch quality drift before a customer feels it. This is the deep, unglamorous work that makes a slick demo safe to scale.

Messaging that connects both sides — and quietly protects the marketplace. The inbox is how 500K+ customers and 20K+ Pros coordinate across all three brands — and the record we lean on when something goes sideways. It also has to moderate: catching when a relationship is drifting off-platform (disintermediation) or a conversation is heating into conflict. You'll keep communication easy for the legitimate 99% while spotting the patterns that quietly cost us customers, Pros, and revenue.

What Success Looks Like (Year 1)

  • Expectations match on both sides: Pros know exactly what each job requires, customers get what they expected, and fewer jobs go sideways from misalignment in the first place.
  • Competing interests resolve faster and more fairly: A clearer resolution model with measurable consistency — and more of these conflicts prevented up front by better expectation-setting.
  • AI is provably good, and does more: An eval suite gates AI changes so no quality regression ships unseen — and on that foundation, higher resolution on customer support plus a first version of Pro-side AI support live.
  • Messaging connects and protects: Measurable improvement in messaging reliability and engagement, plus working moderation that catches off-platform leakage and conflict early.

Who You Are

AI-native. You use AI daily in your own work, and you have real intuition for how to measure whether an AI experience is actually good — not just whether it shipped. You've built or owned evals, or you're hungry to, because you know that's what separates a trustworthy agent from a demo. This is unlikely to be a good fit if you treat LLM quality as a vibe check or as engineering's problem to figure out.

Comfortable making two-sided calls. You can hold both the customer's and the Pro's interest in your head at once, and you're willing to make the call when they conflict — clearly, and with a rationale you'd defend to either side. This is unlikely to be a good fit if you're a people-pleaser who can't say no, or if you instinctively optimize for one side and forget the other exists.

You design for the right outcome up front. You're not satisfied grading work after the fact — you'd rather get the expectations right at the start so the job goes well in the first place, for both the customer and the Pro. This is unlikely to be a good fit if you gravitate to measuring and auditing results over shaping them before they happen.

A marketplace systems thinker. You see service delivery as a system of incentives, policies, and feedback loops — not a set of screens — and you design rules that hold up across edge cases and bad actors. This is unlikely to be a good fit if your instinct is to solve every problem with UI rather than incentives and policy.

Data-informed. You live in the numbers that matter here — CSAT, resolution rate, eval scores, churn, deflection — and you know when the data is thin enough that a judgment call is needed. This is unlikely to be a good fit if you either ignore data or refuse to move without perfect information.

Technically fluent. You partner with engineers on how AI and messaging systems work and give real feedback on design tradeoffs. You don't write production code, but you don't treat the systems as a black box either. This is unlikely to be a good fit if you need everything translated out of technical terms first.

This Role Is NOT

  • A support PM role. Support is one surface of a much broader product area. If you picture your days as managing a ticket queue or a help center, this isn't that.
  • The internal-AI role. We have a separate PM driving AI adoption in internal tooling. This role is about AI in the user-facing service-delivery experience — customers and Pros, not internal teams.
  • A greenfield 0→1 role. These systems are live and serving hundreds of thousands of people today. You'll improve and re-architect under real load, not build from a blank page.
  • A single-audience role. You serve — and arbitrate between — both customers and Pros. If you only want to think about one side of the marketplace, the tension here will be uncomfortable.

Benefits

  • Base salary: $140,000 - $185,000
  • Equity: The systems you'll work on touch every customer and Pro — quality, trust, and retention all run through service delivery. We want you invested in the long-term outcome.
  • Healthcare: Medical, dental, and vision
  • Fully remote: Work from anywhere in the US. This role requires deep focus and close partnership with engineering and ops — we trust you to manage your environment.
  • Flexible PTO: We Focus On Results

LawnStarter provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or genetics. We comply with applicable state and local laws governing nondiscrimination in employment.

Product LawnStarter: Senior Product Manager, Pricing

Own the full pricing and monetization domain, migrating three fragmented systems to a unified dynamic pricing platform while defining strategy across 24+ services.

About Pricing at LawnStarter

Upfront pricing is our competitive moat. Most home service marketplaces make you find a Pro and wait for a custom quote. LawnStarter gives customers a price immediately and assigns a Pro. That's a huge differentiator — but it means we have to get pricing right at scale for services where the industry norm is custom quotes for everything.

That tension — seamless upfront pricing vs. inherently custom work — is what makes this domain both critical and uniquely challenging. Today, pricing is split across three fragmented systems with no dedicated owner.

Requirements

The Role

You'll own the full pricing and monetization domain — from the infrastructure that powers every price we show to the strategy that determines what we charge, how we bundle, and where we expand.

This is a transformation role. We're migrating from three disconnected pricing paradigms to a unified dynamic pricing system. The roadmap has 11 priorities, a dedicated engineering team, and no full-time product owner.

What makes this role different:

  • You own the entire pricing domain: Not a slice of pricing alongside other PM work. Pricing infrastructure, dynamic pricing strategy, new revenue models, service availability — all yours.
  • Strong data team partnership: A data team owns pricing models and analytics. You define what to optimize. They figure out how. You don't build models — but you speak the language fluently.
  • Infrastructure-first sequencing: The big pricing gains require a new pricing API and data product first. You need to be the PM who gets energized by building the foundation, not frustrated by it.

What You'll Own

  • Dynamic pricing roadmap: Migrate three legacy pricing systems to a unified pricing service. Sequence the 11-priority roadmap, make tradeoff calls, and ship.
  • Pricing strategy: Define pricing for 24+ services across mowing, non-mowing, and emerging verticals. Balance conversion, margin, and Pro economics.
  • New revenue models: Unlock bundles, add-ons (e.g., "bag my clippings"), channel discounts, and frequency-based pricing — none of which exist today.
  • Service availability: Determine where and when we offer services based on supply, demand, and profitability signals.
  • Experimentation framework: Stand up A/B testing for pricing changes, measuring impact on conversion, margin, and Pro claim rates.

Problems to Solve

Three pricing systems that can't talk to each other. Pre-priced tables (1.8M+ rows of static lookups), instant quote logic (hardcoded per-service rules across APIs), and manual Pro quotes. None can combine location + frequency + brand + supply-demand into one decision. You'll architect the migration to a unified system without breaking pricing that 100K+ customers rely on today.

Mowing is 90%+ of revenue and stuck on static pricing. Our biggest service can't apply dynamic variables like supply tightness, seasonal demand, or channel discounts. A $3 price change swings conversion by ~10%. You'll partner with the data team to build pricing intelligence into mowing without destabilizing the core business.

24+ services need to migrate, each one different. Bush trimming, pool cleaning, landscaping, leaf removal — different pricing variables, ordering flows, customer expectations. You'll define the migration sequence and determine which services get dynamic pricing vs. simplified models.

No bundles or add-ons exist. Customers can't bundle services for a discount or add options to their mowing — a major untapped revenue and retention opportunity. You'll design the pricing architecture that makes bundling possible.

What Success Looks Like (Year 1)

  • Pricing API/service shipped and live — Replaces at least one legacy paradigm with a clear path to consolidating the others
  • Mowing on dynamic pricing — Core service running on the new system with measurable margin or conversion impact
  • Experimentation framework operational — Team can A/B test pricing changes and measure impact within days, not months
  • Bundle/add-on architecture defined — System design complete and engineering building, even if not yet live

Who You Are

AI-native. You use AI daily — scenario modeling, pricing analysis, data exploration, drafting specs. You push AI into parts of your workflow others haven't thought of yet. This is unlikely to be a good fit if you view AI as a novelty rather than a core productivity lever.

A systems thinker who architects platforms, not just sets prices. You see pricing as a system: inputs, rules, feedback loops, edge cases. You can design a pricing architecture that handles 24 services across 3 brands with different economics — and explain it to an engineer in a way they can build. This is unlikely to be a good fit if your pricing experience is limited to spreadsheets or optimizing a single product's price point.

Data-informed, not data-dependent. You partner with the data team to define what to optimize and interpret results. You know when the data is insufficient and a judgment call is needed. This is unlikely to be a good fit if you either ignore data or refuse to move without perfect information.

Technically fluent. You work directly with engineers on API design, discuss schema tradeoffs, and review technical design docs with real feedback. You don't write code, but you earn engineering's trust by speaking their language. This is unlikely to be a good fit if you treat engineering as a black box or need everything translated into business terms.

A patient builder. The pricing gains require infrastructure first — a pricing API, a data product, migration tooling. You're energized by building the foundation, not frustrated that the payoff isn't immediate. This is unlikely to be a good fit if you need quick wins to stay motivated or lose interest when the work is foundational.

Monetization-minded. You see bundles, add-ons, service availability, and frequency pricing as revenue levers, not just features. You naturally think about margin, willingness to pay, and Pro economics. This is unlikely to be a good fit if you think of pricing as a one-time decision rather than an ongoing optimization problem.

This Role Is NOT

  • A quick-wins role. Massive technical debt (1.8M-row pricing tables, hardcoded logic across APIs). The pricing API and data product must be built before dynamic pricing gains materialize. If you need visible impact in 90 days, this will be frustrating.
  • A solo act. Every pricing change touches engineering, data, sales, and support. If you prefer autonomous execution with minimal coordination, the dependency load here will feel heavy.
  • A data science role. You partner closely with the data team, but you're not building pricing models. If you want to spend your days in notebooks running regressions, this isn't the right fit.
  • An optimization-only role. You're building a pricing system from scratch while keeping the current ones running. If you prefer optimizing within an established framework, the ambiguity here will be uncomfortable.

Benefits

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $140,000 - $185,000
  • Equity: Pricing decisions directly impact revenue, margin, and conversion at scale. We want you invested in the long-term outcome of the system you're building.
  • Healthcare: Medical, dental, and vision
  • Fully remote: Pricing work requires deep analysis and focused thinking. We trust you to manage your environment.
  • Flexible PTO: We focus on results. Take what you need.

Product Senior Product Manager at Tango

Senior Product Manager owns the roadmap and strategy for Tango's documentation, automation, and AI agent platform features, reporting to the CEO and partnering with design and engineering.

Senior Remote Posted 1 day ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About Us

We knew there had to be a better way to automate busywork and get work done faster. So we built it.

With Tango, create and share how-to guides in minutes:

▶ Capture any process as you do it

⚡ Tango automatically builds a detailed guide and can also generate automations or in-app guidance

📌 Share, embed, or pin inside your existing tools, so your team can access it from where they work.

As a product-led fast growing startup, Tango powers hundreds of thousands of users at companies such as Cox, Salesforce, Gusto, Klaviyo, and Lockheed Martin. We’re backed by leading venture capital firms, including Slack Fund, Salesforce Ventures, Atlassian Ventures, Wing VC, General Catalyst, GSV Ventures, Tiger Global, and Hubspot. And we’re growing fast.

We’re building a future of work where Tango learns your workflows and rules and uses automation and intelligent agent features to help handle routine tasks.

That’s the future we’re building—Come build it with us.

TL;DR

As Senior Product Manager at Tango, you’ll be our one and only PM—the product counterpart to a senior design team that’s been waiting for you. Our product org is led by three senior product designers with 35 years of combined experience who have been carrying product strategy alongside their craft. They’re exceptional at it, and they’re ready for a true product partner so both disciplines can operate at a world-class level. You’ll own the roadmap for a platform spanning documentation, in-app guidance, and automation. You’ll report directly to our CEO and work closely with our co-founders, design, and engineering. Your first big swing: leading our MCP and agent-platform work, bringing AI to our customers in ways that are actually useful, not just shiny.

This is a rare shape of role: you steer where we’re going, hold the bar on what ships, own rollout planning, and measure whether it worked, with a design team that can take a strong PRD and carry it to the finish line. Senior IC scope, with real ownership. You’ll be in the weeds where it counts: customer conversations, data, PRDs, launch plans. And you’ll be setting the standards that define how product is done here.

This is a remote position based in the US, with periodic off-sites to meet your teammates in person.

What you’ll do

  • Steer the ship. Own the roadmap: decide where we invest, back every call with customer evidence and data, and keep the through-line clear across everything in flight.

  • Find the next opportunity. Look beyond today’s product for Tango’s next big swing, and earn conviction the hard way: customer conversations, evidence, and small tests before big bets.

  • Live with our customers. Run a continuous discovery cadence, own the voice of the customer internally, and turn what users ask for into what they actually need. You’ll be the person in the company who knows our customers best.

  • Hold the bar and measure the impact. Define what “up to par” means for what we ship, drive post-launch analysis, and be the honest voice on whether we accomplished what we set out to do.

  • Own rollout planning. Take launches from PRD through go-to-market: sequencing, packaging, enablement, and the post-launch loop.

  • Lead our AI and MCP platform work. Define how Tango plugs into the agentic ecosystem and ship AI features that solve real workflows, not demos.

  • Partner with a world-class design team. Write strong PRDs and watch three senior designers carry them further than you thought possible. They love discovery and product thinking, so you’ll do your best work with them, not around them, while owning prioritization, rollout, and commercial rigor.

What you’ll bring

  • 7+ years in software product roles, with a track record of helping scale products people genuinely love

  • Experience at two or more companies or products; we believe seeing the movie twice leads to a richer perspective

  • A deep customer-discovery habit: you’ve built your best work on top of real user conversations, and you can prove it

  • Systematic and data-driven: fluent in product analytics, comfortable designing experiments, able to self-serve the data you need

  • Relentless follow-through: you carry the through-line across multiple projects and close every loop

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication: you lead with clear, structured direction and can align executives, engineers, and customers around one narrative

  • Comfort being the senior product voice in the room, with the judgment to make calls under ambiguity and the humility to change course when the data says so

  • Bonus: you’ve shipped AI-powered products or built with MCP; you’re the kind of person who’s genuinely obsessed with the frontier of generative AI, not just keeping up with it; experience mentoring or coaching others; B2B SaaS serving both self-serve users and enterprise buyers; growth/monetization work (pricing, packaging, trials)

About you

  • You’re practical and allergic to BS. You’d rather ship the right small thing than present the impressive big thing.

  • You’re seriously curious about customers, about how things work, and about why that one metric moved.

  • You take AI seriously—as a practitioner, not a cheerleader. Believer or skeptic, you’ve used the tools enough to have earned opinions about what’s genuinely useful and what’s hype.

  • You’re low-ego and high-motivation. You care more about the product being great than about being right.

  • You want to build a product function, not just join one. Defining the standards, rituals, and ways of working is your idea of a good time.

  • You’re fun. We’re a down-to-earth group of goofballs who work hard, and we’re serious about not taking ourselves too seriously. You should raise our bar for rigor and fit right in at the off-site.

Compensation

Our base salary compensation is $170,000 – $190,000 for this role, and the total compensation package will also include equity and benefits. We value each employee based on their impact within the company, regardless of their location. Due to this, we set salary ranges for all roles based on function, level, and benchmark against similar-stage growth companies. We share salary ranges on all job postings to comply with local legislation and provide greater transparency to candidates. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including past candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above. Additionally, we offer annual compensation reviews and have an annual equity refresh program.

AI mindset

At Tango, we operate with an AI-first mindset. We expect all team members across every function to actively engage with AI and incorporate it into their work. This includes using AI tools to improve productivity, streamline collaboration, and deliver stronger outcomes for our customers.

We’re looking for people who are already building, learning, and finding ways AI can enhance their impact. You don’t need to have all the answers, but you should be in the habit of trying.

Why join Tango?

We believe teams that support and challenge each other are destined to win. That’s why we provide a competitive suite of benefits to support your personal and professional growth journey—and have some fun along the way.

Tango benefits

  • Full Medical/Dental/Vision coverage with 100% employer contribution, FSA, and an HSA for qualified plans

  • Competitive compensation + meaningful equity

  • 401(k) plan

  • Work from anywhere in the US, with UberEats and Deskpass stipends—on us!

  • Generous annual stipend for Learning & Development & Productivity

  • Health and Wellness stipend

  • Unlimited PTO, 10 holidays, 4 personal volunteer days, 4 mental health days, and birthdays off

  • Paid parental leave

  • Subsidized National Parks Annual Pass

  • Subsidized Roller Skates (yes, seriously)

Our core values

▶ Take Action – Avoid indecision and move past points of uncertainty. Value speed and fail forward.

🚀 Aim High – Set uncomfortably ambitious goals. Reject mediocrity and take calculated risks.

👐 Seek Diversity– Invite unique perspectives. Create a safe space to challenge the status quo.

đŸŒ± Leave It Better – Be an owner, not a renter. Cultivate a growth mindset.

Product Technical Product Manager, Applied AI at Clariti

Build and scale AI infrastructure and frameworks as platform products for engineering and non-technical teams across the organization.

Senior Posted 1 day ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Join our mission to provide governments with exceptional experiences so they can do the same for their communities!

What do we do?đŸ’„

We empower governments to deliver exceptional citizen experiences.

Check out our ‘About Us’ page for a deep dive into our product and what makes us exceptional.

How will you help us make an impact? đŸ‘©â€đŸ’»đŸ‘šâ€đŸ’»

Engineering at Clariti runs on our Agentic SDLC framework: agent specs, reusable prompts, orchestration templates, and eval harnesses that let small pods deliver at multiples of traditional velocity. Until now, that framework served engineering. Your mandate is bigger: treat AI capability as a platform product for the whole company.

Think of this as DevOps for AI. DevOps teams do not write the application code; they build the pipelines, guardrails, and golden paths that make every engineer faster. You will do the same for AI: maintain and evolve the Agentic SDLC framework for the engineering and delivery organizations, extend it into our Professional Services practice, and productize the Clariti AI harness, the set of MCP connectors, skills, agent templates, and guardrails that lets non-technical employees in Sales, CX, Finance, People, and PS use AI safely on real work without becoming prompt engineers.

You are the second owner of this system, taking over from a founding internal PM who is moving to our flagship product build and who will onboard you and stay engaged through the transition until you are ready to own it fully. The foundations exist. Your job is to scale them from one team’s tooling into company infrastructure.

As a X at Clariti, you’ll get to :

What you will do

  • Own the Agentic SDLC framework roadmap. Prioritize and ship improvements to the agentic SDLC used by product development pods: agent specs, orchestration workflows, reusable prompts, and the eval harnesses that let us trust and improve agent output. Treat evals as the PRD: if we cannot score an agent’s output automatically, we cannot scale it.
  • Extend the Agentic SDLC framework into PS delivery. Partner with the PS leadership team to embed agentic workflows into active implementation projects, from discovery through build. Instrument the before and after so margin impact is measurable, not anecdotal.
  • Productize the Clariti AI harness for non-technical teams. Ship and maintain the connector layer (MCP integrations into our core systems), a curated skill and template library per function, and the onboarding paths that take an employee from zero to producing real work with AI. Success is measured at the point of use, not in training attendance.
  • Run the enablement flywheel. Own the AI fluency program end to end: assessments, coaching content, team-level reporting, and the feedback loop from usage data back into the harness roadmap. Enablement is a distribution problem, not a training problem; your job is to put capability inside the workflow where the decision happens.
  • Own AI vendor and model strategy for internal use. Evaluate models, harnesses, and tools; manage spend; keep switching costs low by favoring open protocols (MCP) and portable assets (prompts, specs, evals) over vendor lock-in.
  • Own governance for agent output. In govtech, agent-assisted work can end up in front of a planning commission. Define the audit trail, versioning, and approval standards for agent-produced artifacts, and make the safe path the easy path.

What do you bring to the team? 🧠

  • 5+ years in technical product management, platform engineering, solutions engineering, or applied AI roles, with at least 1 to 2 years shipping LLM or agentic systems into production or into daily internal use.
  • Hands-on fluency with the current agentic stack: you have personally built with agent frameworks (Claude Code, LangGraph, or equivalents), MCP or comparable tool protocols, and eval-driven iteration. You can read and write an agent spec, not just commission one.
  • A platform mindset: you measure yourself on other teams’ throughput, and you know the difference between building a tool and driving its adoption.
  • Proven ability to make powerful technology usable by non-technical people, including the judgment for when to build, buy, or simply document.
  • Strong written communication. Most of your influence will be through specs, playbooks, and enablement content.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a small blast radius: this is a pod of few, not a department of many.

Bonus Points 🎉

  • Experience in regulated or public-sector software, where auditability and defensibility of outputs matter.
  • Experience in professional services or delivery organizations; you understand utilization, margin, and why consultants distrust tooling that slows them down.
  • Prior ownership of an internal developer platform, DevEx, or DevOps function

What’s in it for you?đŸ«”

We invest in and empower our team members with competitive compensation packages, well deserved time off and benefits to keep you and your family healthy! *

💰 The base salary range for this role is expected to be between $130-$165k CADbased on the candidate’s skills, experience, and qualifications while considering internal pay equity and our broader pay philosophy. 💰

If you have questions about compensation as we move through the process, we’re happy to discuss further.

*Benefits depend on employment type (full-time, part-time, contract, etc).

Things to Note 📝

Background checks - Because our customers trust us with sensitive information, we require all successful candidates to undergo comprehensive background checks before joining our team. We focus strictly on global sanctions and criminal offences that are directly relevant to employment at Clariti, and follow all applicable privacy and human rights legislation.

Travel- Although we operate as a remote company, all roles are expected to participate in occasional travel for in-person company-wide or departmental meetings, typically 1-2 times per year. Additional travel requirements specific to the role, if any, will be outlined in the job description.

We’re committed to building an inclusive culture where our team members take ownership over projects, tasks, and outcomes; bring a growth mindset to drive continuous learning and self-development; have the ability to communicate courageously in a direct but respectful way; and are customer-focused by keeping the customer at the heart of decision-making. It’s the diversity of our team that helps us make better decisions, by leveraging the diversity in thought & experience across to create impactful solutions as we explore new paths & challenges as we grow. We’re working to create a workplace and team that is as diverse as the communities we serve. We welcome and encourage candidates of all backgrounds to apply.

  • You’re fun. We’re a down-to-earth group of goofballs who work hard, and we’re serious about not taking ourselves too seriously. You should raise our bar for rigor and fit right in at the off-site.

Built by a shop owner and shaped by the needs of the industry, Tekmetric brings together innovation, real-world experience, and a thriving community to help shops thrive - not just survive. From running a shop, to securing payments to engaging customers, our platform simplifies operations so shop owners can focus on what really matters: delivering exceptional service, earning trust, and growing sustainably.

Officially founded in Houston in 2017, Tekmetric has grown from a single shop’s vision to the industry’s leading solution - all by staying true to our values of transparency, integrity, innovation, and a service-first mindset.

But we’re not just building software. We’re building a movement. We’re empowering repair shops to rise above the daily grind, create meaningful connections with their customers, and lead the industry forward - one interaction at a time.

Come build with us. Join the journey. Shape the future of auto repair.

Working the Tekmetric Way

At Tekmetric, we’re building a culture where winning matters - not for ego, but because when our customers win, we win together.

We’re direct but respectful, ambitious yet grounded, and collaborative at every level. Everyone leads through impact and is encouraged to speak up, share ideas, and challenge assumptions (even your manager’s). This is a place for builders, not bystanders.

Success here takes focus, follow-through, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves — but if you’re driven by meaningful work and real results, it’s deeply rewarding. You’ll join a team that cares about the work, supports one another, and takes smart risks to achieve bold goals. Be yourself, stay mission-focused, and you’ll thrive. • Deliver High-Performing Products: Ensure products meet users’ unmet needs while mitigating business risks in value, feasibility, and usability.
  • Measure Business Impac t: Build products with business outcomes in mind then measure if those outcomes showed up.
  • Develop Product Vision: Define and communicate the long-term vision of the product area you own and translate that into executable roadmaps.
  • Train Internal Teams: Educate sales, support, and consulting teams on new technology, ensuring they can sell, troubleshoot, and use it effectively.
  • Own the API Product Strategy: Define and drive the vision, roadmap, and go-to-market strategy for Tekmetric’s API as a standalone product — including developer experience, versioning, and partner enablement.
  • Drive API Adoption and Growth: Treat the API as a growth lever; identify integration opportunities with third-party platforms and partners, and work closely with sales and partnerships to expand the API ecosystem.

Product Senior Product Manager at Tango

Senior Product Manager owns the roadmap and product strategy for Tango's documentation, guidance, and automation platform, reporting to CEO and partnering with design and engineering teams.

Product Product Manager, Analytics | Bengaluru, IN at Degreed

Owns analytics strategy and product roadmap for Degreed's reporting/dashboarding platform, partnering with data, design, and product teams to translate customer needs into actionable insights.

Senior Onsite Posted 3 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Degreed is the leading enterprise learning system for workforce transformation, bringing together everything people need to learn and advance: courses, videos, articles, projects, and real-world skill insights, matched to individual roles, skills, and goals.

For businesses, Degreed builds the infrastructure for a culture of learning that attracts, develops, and retains top talent, driving performance at scale. Named to Fast Company’s World’s Most Innovative Companies of 2026 — alongside Google, Nvidia, and Adidas — Degreed is recognized for its AI-driven approach to closing the human readiness gap and turning learning ambition into measurable impact.

We believe learning is the key to unlocking opportunity, and our mission is to discover, empower, and celebrate the next generation of global expertise. Join us in shaping the future of learning and workforce development!

About the Role

We’re looking for a Product Manager to own the analytics strategy for the Degreed platform, including the reporting and dashboarding experiences our customers rely on to prove the value of learning and skill development inside their organizations.

You’ll define what “good analytics” means for Degreed’s product: what admins and learners need to see, how they need to see it, and how our in-product reporting and dashboards evolve as customer expectations for data and insight keep rising. You’ll partner closely with data engineering, data science, design, and other product teams to turn raw platform data into trusted, actionable insight that customers use to make real workforce decisions.

This is a high-visibility role. Analytics is one of the clearest ways customers see the value of Degreed, so the strategy you set and the roadmap you drive will directly shape how the market perceives our platform’s maturity and impact.

Key Skills

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focused on analytics, reporting, BI, or data products.
  • Proven ability to set and communicate a product strategy for analytics or reporting capabilities, not just ship individual features.
  • Strong grasp of data modeling concepts and comfort working directly with data engineers and data scientists on schema, metrics definitions, and data pipelines.
  • Experience with embedded analytics or BI tooling (GoodData a plus) and the tradeoffs between build, buy, and embed.
  • Ability to translate ambiguous customer and stakeholder needs (from CHROs, L&D leaders, and platform admins) into clear requirements and well-scoped roadmap bets.
  • Comfort defining and governing metrics: naming conventions, calculation logic, and data definitions that stay consistent across dashboards and reports.
  • Strong data literacy: able to read a dataset, sanity-check a query, and know when a dashboard number looks wrong before a customer does.
  • Experience partnering with design on data visualization best practices, not just feature layout.
  • Track record of prioritizing a roadmap against competing demands from sales, customer success, engineering, and executive stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain analytics tradeoffs to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to leverage AI tools and technologies relevant to the role, such as using AI-assisted analysis to explore usage data, draft requirements, or accelerate dashboard prototyping.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience in HR tech, learning tech, or another people-analytics adjacent space
  • Familiarity with SQL and the ability to write or debug queries independently

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the analytics strategy for the Degreed product, including the roadmap for in-product reporting and dashboarding capabilities.
  • Define the metrics, dashboards, and reporting experiences that help admins and learners understand skill growth, engagement, and program impact.
  • Partner with data engineering and data science to ensure the underlying data model, pipelines, and metric definitions can support current and future reporting needs.
  • Work with design to create clear, trustworthy, and actionable data visualizations rather than just charts on a page.
  • Gather and synthesize input from customers, sales, and customer success to identify the analytics gaps that matter most to the market.
  • Define and maintain a consistent set of metric definitions and governance standards so numbers mean the same thing across every dashboard and report.
  • Write clear requirements, prioritize the analytics backlog, and work with engineering to ship reporting features that are accurate, performant, and easy to use.
  • Measure the adoption and impact of analytics features you ship, and use that data to inform the next iteration of the roadmap.

Compensation

We are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.

Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, depth of experience, certifications, specific work location, and internal equity.

Product Director, Strategic Initiatives at NiCE

Senior strategic operator who tackles high-priority cross-functional initiatives across AI transformation, business processes, and cost efficiency, reporting to executive leadership without direct reports.

Senior Posted 3 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

At NiCE, we don’t limit our challenges. We challenge our limits. Always. We’re ambitious. We’re game changers. And we play to win. We set the highest standards and execute beyond them. And if you’re like us, we can offer you the ultimate career opportunity that will light a fire within you.

So, what is the role all about?

This role is part of a core team of strong, senior generalists deployed against whatever the TMO’s highest-priority work is at a given moment: AI transformation, the Quote-to-Cash transformation, execution of NiCE’s cost efficiency agenda, or the next exciting initiative connected to the Company’s strategic mandate that doesn’t yet have a natural owner. Rather than owning one fixed domain, each member of this bench moves to where the need is greatest, reporting directly to the VP of Transformation.

This is not a program coordination role, and it is not a junior support seat. It’s an individual-contributor operator role for someone who has already done substantive strategy or transformation work and wants to keep operating at that altitude — turning ambiguity into actionable strategy, engaging senior stakeholders directly, and driving initiatives to an outcome, without needing to manage people to have impact. Think of it as the TMO’s internal consulting capacity: a bench that can be pointed at the next critical problem without a new hire or a new scope definition every time the agenda shifts.

How will you make an impact?

● Get deployed by the COO / VP against the TMO’s highest-priority initiative at any given time — AI transformation, Quote-to-Cash, cost efficiency execution, or a new strategic mandate — and move again once the priority shifts

● Structure ambiguous, cross-functional problems into clear problem statements, hypotheses, and workplans without being told how

● Operate as an individual contributor who can independently run a workstream — or a diagnostic effort, such as a cost or organizational-health benchmarking exercise — end to end

● Drive accountability across functions and seniority levels without direct management authority — convening workstreams, aligning competing stakeholders, and holding the right people to the right outcomes

● Move fluidly across problem types within a single year — an AI use case business case one quarter, a Quote-to-Cash workstream the next, a cost-lever initiative after that — without losing rigor or credibility

● Write and communicate at an executive level — recommendations that land with senior functional leaders, not just get presented to them

Do you have what it takes?

● MBB (or equivalent top-tier) consulting background — non-negotiable. This is the baseline for structured problem-solving and executive presence, and what allows this role to operate independently from day one.

● Current-level Project Leader or Principal tenure (or the equivalent at another top-tier firm), or a former MBB consultant with a few years since in an operating role. Senior enough to hold their ground with senior stakeholders, but still functioning as an individual contributor rather than a people manager — this is IC capacity, not a management track.

● Pure generalist range across strategy, operations, AI, and analytics work — not deep specialization in one domain. Candidates who have only ever done one type of work, however deeply, are a weaker fit

● A track record of driving outcomes, not just running well-structured programs — knows the difference between a program that looks good in a status update and one that’s actually delivering

● Comfortable in front of senior stakeholders fast — can be in a room with a functional SVP or VP in week two of an assignment and be taken seriously

● Able to drive accountability across people they don’t manage, including people senior to them in other functions — influence over mandate

You will have an advantage if you also have:

Experience inside a company navigating rapid growth, transformation, or a significant strategic shift — the best proxy for what this role will encounter.

Exposure to AI-driven transformation, cost/organizational-health diagnostics, or a quote-to-cash / revenue systems modernization effort — any one of these is a plus, given the bench flexes across all of them.

Prior experience operating as part of a flexible, cross-functional team deployed against shifting priorities, rather than a single fixed-scope role — comfort with ambiguity in one’s own mandate, not just the work itself.

What’s in it for you?

Join an ever-growing, market disrupting, global company where the teams — comprised of the best of the best — work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and creative environment. You get to play a major part in this transformation and benefit from a diverse remit with exposure to many parts of the business. Product Product Manager, Analytics | Bengaluru, IN at Degreed

Owns analytics product strategy for enterprise learning platform, defining reporting/dashboarding experiences and partnering with data, design, and product teams to transform platform data into actionable insights.

Senior Posted 3 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Benefits

We take care of our people with a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and success.
