Cribl just launched Cribl Detect, our SIEM built on the Cribl platform. Detection and response is the foundation. Your job is to figure out what comes next - and then build it.

As Director of Product Management for Security Products, you'll own the next wave of Cribl's security portfolio. You'll evaluate the most promising areas beyond Detect. You'll recommend which ones to pursue and in what order, with a clear case for build, partner, or buy. Then you'll lead what we fund, from the first customer conversations to launch and growth.

We'll be honest: the exact scope isn't fixed yet. That's the point. This role is for a product leader who wants to shape a portfolio, not inherit one - and who has the security depth to make the right calls.

As An Active Member Of Our Team, You Will…

• Drive the strategy for the next wave of security products - market analysis, customer discovery, competitive landscape, and a clear recommendation on what to do first, second, and not at all.
• Build the business case for each area - the customer problem, market size, why Cribl can win, build / partner / buy options, and what it takes to get there.
• Lead execution for what we fund - define the product, write the requirements, set success metrics, and drive delivery with engineering from 0 to 1 and beyond.
• Make it one platform - make sure new capabilities work natively with Cribl Detect (shared data model, detections, alerts, and workflows), not as a set of separate tools.
• Spend real time with customers - CISOs, SOC managers, detection engineers, and analysts - and work with design partners to validate direction before we commit.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, and technology partners on positioning, packaging, launch, and field enablement.
• Grow the team - as areas get funded, hire and lead product managers to own them.
• Represent Cribl security externally with customers, analysts, and at industry events.
• We are a remote-first company and work happens across many time-zones - you may be required to occasionally perform duties outside your standard working hours.

If You’ve Got It - We Want It

• 10+ years in product management or a closely related role, with 5+ years building security products.
• Deep understanding of security operations - SIEM, detection engineering, incident response, and how SOC teams actually work day to day.
• Hands-on product experience in at least one of: security automation and response (SOAR), identity security (ITDR, UEBA), AI or agentic security, or threat detection and response.
• A track record of taking a product from 0 to 1 - from problem discovery to a product customers pay for and use.
• Portfolio-level thinking - you have evaluated new markets, built business cases, and made clear recommendations with incomplete information.
• Leadership - experience leading or mentoring PMs, and leading through influence across engineering, marketing, and sales.
• Technical depth to go deep with engineers on data architectures, detection logic, and AI/LLM-based systems.
• Strong written communication - you write clear strategy docs and PRDs, and you make decisions in writing.
• Good judgment under uncertainty - you can say "we shouldn't build this" as confidently as "we should."

The salary for this role is dependent on geographic location and will be based on the individual candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

In addition to base salary, for sales and some sales-adjacent roles, employees are eligible to earn incentive compensation (commission). For all other roles, employees are eligible to participate in the Cribl Corporate Bonus Program.

Your mission

Bitpanda serves millions of investors across Europe, and we’re bringing regulated finance onchain with Vision Chain, our own OP Stack L2 blockchain. We are looking for a Lead Product Manager, DeFi to build Bitpanda’s DeFi ecosystem from the ground up, creating the world’s premier Euro-denominated DeFi ecosystem while making it safe, accessible, and intuitive for our customers.

The first use case is crypto-backed borrowing and lending in the Bitpanda app, with an eye to then build more sophisticated products and use cases leveraging tokenized commodities, securities, funds, and structured products. You’ll decide which protocols and partners come to Vision Chain, and work collaboratively to bring DeFi to Bitpanda customers in a way that feels as simple as the app they already trust. You’ll work in a small, senior team with our smart contract engineers and Bitpanda’s Legal, Compliance and Risk teams, as an individual contributor reporting to the Head of Web3 Product.

What you’ll do

• Design and run the lending markets: set loan-to-value and liquidation thresholds, interest rate curves, caps, and oracles, while also owning monitoring and incident playbooks.
• Bring liquidity and users to permissioned markets and assets: set supply targets, bring in euro liquidity from stablecoin issuers, institutional lenders, curated vaults and market makers, and work out how verified customers reach these markets, without paying for volume.
• Make sure the right DeFi infrastructure is in place, particularly for permissioned tokenized assets: DEX liquidity deep enough for swaps and liquidations, liquidators, oracles and the other building blocks the markets depend on.
• Shape what customers see, sign, and own in the Bitpanda app, including how liquidation and risk are explained, and measure real use: borrowers who come back, bad debt and revenue, not total value locked alone.
• Recommend which protocols and partners come to Vision Chain, backed by a business case, and work with Legal, Compliance and Risk from day one on EU consumer credit rules and MiCA.

Who you are

• 6+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 3+ years focused specifically on building and scaling DeFi or crypto products.
• You know lending markets in depth: collateral and liquidation mechanics, interest rate models, oracles and how they fail, curation and bad debt. You’re at home with the EVM and can read Solidity smart contract code well enough to question engineers about it.
• Demonstrated experience bringing DeFi applications into regulated consumer products and successfully bridging the gap between decentralized and centralized finance.
• Ability to lead through influence, build clear business cases, and write excellent documentation in English. This includes a strong working knowledge of EU crypto regulations (e.g., MiCA) to effectively partner with Risk, Legal, and Compliance teams.
• Nice to haves:
  • hands-on experience scaling onchain ecosystem liquidity from scratch
  • knowledge of and/or work experience in traditional financial markets

About the Team

Cloudflare is changing how it grows and how it measures growth and Revenue and Consumption is becoming a core Go-To-Market (GTM) metric that shapes our GTM motions.

The Consumption Transformation Team is the design engine for that change. Working closely with GTM leaders and the Developer leadership team, we help define the metric, draft and enforce the Rules of Engagement (ROE) for Consumption, build the analytics and field reporting, and support enablement, landing, and continuous improvement. We are a partnering team and aim to work cross functionally to support our internal functions successfully in a consumption business. This is a new team, so you will be building the way we work, and we expect successful candidates to use AI every day to take on more than a team this size normally could.

About the Role

You will lead the strategy for how Cloudflare measures, plans for, and grows Consumption across GTM, working stakeholder first with GTM leaders and the Developer leadership team. You will shape the roadmap, bring Pricing, Finance, Product, and Sales Leadership around one approach, and coordinate the program that gets the field ready for go-live and keeps it supported as the motion grows.

What you’ll do

• Define the metric and roadmap: Work with GTM leaders and Developer leadership to set the Consumption metric and multi-year roadmap, and bring hard trade-offs to executives with a recommendation.
• Target methodology: Set the central methodology for Consumption targets. Partner with Geo Ops and central territory design, who own territory carving, so opportunity, targets, and support, are distributed equitably. Help connect targets and coverage to the annual capacity plan, including hiring and ramp time for new sellers.
• Shape the Rules of Engagement: Work with RevOps and GTM leaders to draft Consumption policy on account ownership, crediting, and cross-geo allocation, set the standard for enforcing it, and help teams across geos collaborate on our most critical customers so credit and ownership are clear.
• Ready new motions: Partner with Pricing, Deal Desk, and the Developer Platform team so consumption led motions are ready for the field before they scale.
• Coordinate the program: Coordinate the integrated plan, go-live readiness, and cross-functional cadence. Help clear blockers across GTM, Product, Finance, and IT, and report plainly on program health.
• Land the metric and enable the field: Work with GTM leaders and Developer leadership on enablement and onboarding, coordinate how Consumption changes the work of sellers and support roles, and lead continuous improvement after launch.
• Lead the Specialist and use AI: Set priorities for the Data and Operations Specialist, and use AI tools and agents, to take on program reporting, analysis, and recurring updates.

Examples of desirable skills, knowledge and experience

• Experience: 12 or more years in GTM strategy, sales strategy, revenue operations, sales planning, or sales transformation, ideally at a cloud, infrastructure, SaaS, or other usage-based business
• Program leadership: A record of running complex, multi-team programs and launching new metrics, processes, or tools to a large sales organization
• Planning depth: Prior experience in territory design, quota setting, capacity planning, and forecasting, including hiring and ramp assumptions
• Policy judgment: Experience drafting and enforcing sales policy such as account ownership, crediting, or rules of engagement, including resolving cross-geo disputes
• Consumption fluency: You understand how usage ramps, commits, overages, and PAYGO differ from subscription bookings

About the role

This role is responsible for Maven’s end-to-end benefits and payments platform, including eligibility and enrollments.  Maven’s benefits products should be easy to use for members, providers and employers. You will work closely with Engineering and Design teams, as well as with Maven’s Growth and Client Success teams, and with clients. 

This is a role for someone who has scaled a benefits or complex B2B2C operational product to the point where it runs quietly, and who has the client-facing judgment to decide what gets built, when, and for whom. 

What you'll do

• Own the benefits product end to end: eligibility, enrollment, claims adjudication, payer and employer reconciliation, and provider payments
• Make it scale and just work: drive the shift from manual to programmatic reconciliation, self-serve eligibility, and automated claims so member and provider volume grows without operational headcount growing with it
• Build and enforce a triage framework for custom client requests: evaluate against platform leverage, sequence against the core roadmap, route to the right owner, and communicate decisions with clarity
• Manage and develop a team of PMs spanning benefits, payments, and eligibility/enrollments

What you'll bring

• 10+ years in product with meaningful time on benefits, eligibility, claims, or payer systems in a complex B2B2C or healthcare environment. 
• 3+ years experience managing and mentoring PMs
• A track record of scaling an operational product to reliability: you have taken something manual and error-prone and made it run quietly at volume
• Deep fluency in how benefits data flows from employer configuration through eligibility verification through member activation, and where it breaks
• Direct experience with claims infrastructure: submission, adjudication, remittance, reconciliation, and provider payments, and a clear view of the highest-risk points in that pipeline
• Strong data and instrumentation skills: funnel and reconciliation monitoring, activation analysis, and communicating outcomes to client success, growth, finance, and executive stakeholders
• Hands-on fluency with AI tools as part of how you work today, and a point of view on where AI makes the benefit more reliable at scale
• High ownership: you operate like a founder and do not wait for direction

The base salary range for this role is 260,000-285,000 per year. You will also be entitled to receive equity and benefits. Individual pay decisions are based on qualifications, experience, and skillset.

Maven embraces a flexible hybrid work model. This role is open to candidates in remote locations with a strong preference for San Francisco, CA; secondary locations include Seattle, WA and New York, NY.

Our teams primarily operate from the New York Metropolitan area, NY, San Francisco/Bay Area, CA, and Seattle, WA. For those in our New York City office, we encourage in-person collaboration by requiring team members to work onsite three days a week  (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday). For those based in San Francisco/Bay Area, CA, and Seattle, WA, we encourage in-person collaboration by requiring team members to attend quarterly Work Together Days within these cities. About the role

We are looking for an Engineering Manager to build and lead the engineering team across Agentic Commerce.

You will be responsible for the people, execution, and engineering quality behind products that power machine-to-machine payments and monetization, such as our Monetization Gateway. You will partner closely with Product Management and engineering teams across Cloudflare to deliver current priorities and shape future opportunities. This is a management role for someone who is deeply technically credible. You will not be expected to write most of the code, but you should be able to understand the systems your engineers operate, challenge architectural decisions around payment rails and cryptographic auth, ask the right questions when something is going wrong, and step into a technical problem when the situation calls for it.

At the same time, we are looking for a manager, not a tech lead with direct reports. Your success will be measured by the quality and output of the team you build, the engineers you develop, and the systems and products they deliver.

This role may require flexibility to be on-call outside of standard working hours to address technical issues as needed.

What you’ll do

• Manage, coach, and grow engineers working across high-throughput payment pipelines, agent authentication, and web-scale commerce architecture.
• Own execution by establishing clear priorities, creating predictable delivery, and giving engineers the context and autonomy to own meaningful areas of the product.
• Lead the development of agentic payment systems leveraging emerging open standards (x402, Web Bot Auth, ACP, UCP) to enable low-latency, machine-to-machine micropayments.
• Lead the engineering behind usage metering, pricing definition engines, outcome verification, and revenue attribution models tailored for agentic workflows.
• Build capabilities that give businesses granular visibility and control over their agent-generated revenue streams.
• Partner closely with Product Management to understand customer problems, shape the roadmap, and turn broad opportunities into clear engineering outcomes.
• Bridge mainstream and decentralized tech, interfacing with blockchain teams while keeping execution focused on mainstream, high-throughput web and fiat commerce rails.
• Balance near-term product delivery with thoughtful technical investments that allow promising ideas to grow.
• Own the operational health of the systems in your area, including observability, incident response, cryptographic security, and long-term reliability.
• Develop technical leaders and create space for engineers to lead architecture and implementation.

Responsibilities

• You have strong product judgment and enjoy working with Product Management to decide what is worth building, what needs improvement and what should not be built at all.
• You are comfortable with ambiguity and with finding structure in areas where the opportunity is clearer than the roadmap.
• You communicate clearly, give direct feedback, and can explain complex technical decisions to both engineers and non-engineers.

Examples of Desirable Skills, Knowledge, and Experience

• Strong technical grounding in distributed systems, low-latency transaction processing, API design, web security, or adjacent areas.
• Experience building or operating products involving traditional payment rails, digital wallets, or open authorization/authentication standards (e.g., OAuth, WebAuthn, Web Bot Auth).
• Experience operating systems where correctness, reliability, and security matter as much as feature delivery.
• A track record of hiring, developing, and retaining strong engineers.
• Experience partnering closely with Product Management to shape and execute a roadmap.
• Experience taking products or major capabilities from an ambiguous opportunity to a clear customer outcome.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
