What this role involves

Description

Who We Are

Great Minds is a high-growth, mission-driven organization founded by educators in 2007. As a for-profit, Public Benefit Corporation, we believe all students deserve access to meaningful, challenging content—and all teachers deserve tools that are intuitive, effective, and built for the realities of today’s classrooms.

We develop high-quality, knowledge-rich math, science and ELA curricula grounded in research and designed in collaboration with educators. Our materials reflect real classroom needs and are built to drive lasting student outcomes.

We are committed to usability, coherence, and practical implementation—supporting teachers not just through curriculum, but with professional learning, purposeful technology, and responsive service that enable strong adoption and impact.

What We Build

Our products— Eureka Math and Eureka Math², Wit & Wisdom, PhD Science, Geodes, and the newly launched Arts & Letters ELA—are trusted by thousands of schools and districts nationwide.

Product Engineering Manager, Maps & Search - CANADA (Remote) at Luxury Presence

Engineering Manager leads Maps & Search team, sets technical direction, manages hiring and career development, and ships high-impact features for a real estate platform handling 1B+ monthly requests.

Lead Remote Posted 1 day ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Luxury Presence is building the AI growth platform for real estate. Backed by Bessemer Venture Partners and other top investors, we’re a Series C company that has hit $100M in annual recurring revenue. More than 90,000 real estate professionals, including over 30% of the WSJ Real Trends top 100 agents in the United States, use us to run and grow their business.

The Opportunity

We don’t just use AI. We build with it, ship with it, and think with it. With a generous budget for tokens, our engineers use AI agents to write, review, and ship production code every day. We are building toward a world where humans design systems and AI builds them, and we are already far along that path.

We are hiring a hands-on Engineering Manager to lead Maps & Search. This team owns the home search experience across web and mobile. It’s one of the most visible, highest-traffic surfaces–the search service alone handles a billion requests every month.

This is a role for a manager who leads from the front: someone who still lives in their terminal with AI, has strong opinions about how AI changes the SDLC, and wants to amplify what a small, senior, AI-augmented team can accomplish. You will set technical direction, stay close to the code, and help the team produce consistent impact.

What You’ll Do

Lead and grow the Maps & Search team. Own hiring, onboarding, coaching, 1:1s, direct feedback, and career development. Treat management as a craft and build a healthy, high-performing team that ships impactful changes.

Stay hands-on. Contribute directly — code and design reviews, architecture, thorny debugging— and stay technical enough to make smart calls on trade-offs.

Own and scale a high-throughput search platform. Drive the architecture, relevance, latency, and reliability of a real estate search system handling ~1B monthly requests and hundreds of millions of listings.

Deliver a world-class home search experience. Own the core home discovery experience across web and mobile — improving engagement, lead conversion, and agent workflows while keeping interactions fast and responsive at scale.

Push forward AI-powered discovery. Partner across teams to bring LLMs and intelligent ranking into search and user workflows, improving how buyers and agents discover, filter, and engage with listings.

Shape the roadmap with product and design. Define what we build and why, not just focusing on the how. Translate user needs and business goals into a clear technical plan, and own delivery end to end — planning, quality, reliability, and incident response.

What We’re Looking For

Attributes

  • You lead from the front. You’re still close to the code and technically respected, and you treat management as a craft — growing engineers, giving clear feedback, and building a team that ships.

  • You already build with AI daily. You use AI as a core part of your workflow, not as a novelty — and you expect your team to as well.

  • You have strong opinions, loosely held, about how AI changes software architecture, team structure, and engineering culture.

  • You think in systems. You connect technical decisions to customer outcomes and business value.

  • You communicate clearly and directly. You can explain complex tradeoffs to product, design, and executive stakeholders.

  • You’re energized by ambiguity and speed. You thrive in a fast-growing company where the roadmap evolves and ownership is real.

  • You like to have fun at work. We take our craft seriously, but we don’t take ourselves too seriously. We celebrate wins, crack jokes, and genuinely enjoy building together.

Skills and Experience

  • 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with meaningful senior or staff-level time, plus 2+ years managing engineering teams.

  • Search experience — you’ve worked on search, relevance, ranking, or retrieval systems. It doesn’t have to be OpenSearch or Elasticsearch specifically, but you understand how search works and how to make it better.

  • Deep expertise in TypeScript, Node.js, and React, with the full-stack fluency to reason about the whole request path from UI to data.

  • Experience designing and operating scalable microservice architectures in cloud-native environments (AWS preferred).

  • Strong understanding of GraphQL, event-driven systems (Kafka), and databases (PostgreSQL, OpenSearch).

  • A proven track record operating high-traffic, low-latency production systems at scale — SLOs, incident response, and capacity planning are second nature.

  • Experience leading high-impact initiatives from concept through production in a SaaS environment.

Tech Stack

  • Frontend: React, Tailwind, Apollo

  • Backend: Node.js / TypeScript microservices

  • Data: PostgreSQL, OpenSearch

  • Infrastructure: AWS, Kubernetes, Lambda

  • Messaging: Kafka, Redis

From award-winning web design to agile SEO solutions to cutting-edge AI tools, we deliver tech that anticipates market shifts and keeps our clients ahead of their competition.

Luxury Presence is an Equal Opportunity Employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or national origin.

We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans. If you would like more information about how your data is processed, please contact us.

Product Director, Skills Intelligence & Learning Experiences | US at Degreed

Direct product strategy for skills intelligence and learning experiences, owning both the data model that defines skills/proficiency and the platforms that deliver learner outcomes at scale.

Lead Posted 3 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Degreed is the leading enterprise learning system for workforce transformation, bringing together everything people need to learn and advance: courses, videos, articles, projects, and real-world skill insights, matched to individual roles, skills, and goals.

For businesses, Degreed builds the infrastructure for a culture of learning that attracts, develops, and retains top talent, driving performance at scale. Named to Fast Company’s World’s Most Innovative Companies of 2026 — alongside Google, Nvidia, and Adidas — Degreed is recognized for its AI-driven approach to closing the human readiness gap and turning learning ambition into measurable impact.

We believe learning is the key to unlocking opportunity, and our mission is to discover, empower, and celebrate the next generation of global expertise. Join us in shaping the future of learning and workforce development!

About the Role

We are looking for a strategic product leader to own Skills Intelligence and Learning Experiences at Degreed: the intelligence layer that defines what a skill is and how proficiency is measured, and the learning experiences that turn that intelligence into real capability growth.

This role is built for a product manager who has shipped learning platforms at scale and knows what it takes to help people actually learn. You understand the difference between content a learner clicks through and a program that changes what someone can do. You have built the systems that recommend the next right thing, structure a path toward a goal, and demonstrate that a skill was developed rather than simply consumed. Learner outcomes are the point, and you keep them at the center of every decision.

Underneath those experiences sits Degreed’s skills data model: the foundation that defines what a skill is, how proficiency is measured, and how that information powers AI, learning experiences, and enterprise workflows across the product. You will own that foundation as well, and you will treat it as a long-lived system rather than a collection of features. Success comes from a skills model that becomes more useful over time, supports new products without constant rework, and gives customers confidence that the data behind it can be trusted.

The role owns both halves of the loop: the intelligence that makes learning relevant, and the learning experiences where learners discover, develop, and demonstrate new skills. The strongest candidate is fluent in both and insists that neither works without the other.

Key Skills

  • Learning product leadership. You have shipped learning platforms or learning products that measurably helped people build skills, and you can point to the outcomes, not just the launches. You lead with both the learner and the enterprise buyer in mind, and you translate each into product decisions.
  • Enterprise learning fluency. You understand how large organizations structure learning: academies, certifications, career paths, and cohort-based programs. You can translate those models into product decisions that hold up across very different customers.
  • Assessment design. You can define proficiency scales with clear, observable distinctions between levels, and explain those distinctions to customers when challenged. A background in psychometrics or learning assessment is a strong advantage.
  • Taxonomy design depth. You have built classification systems that stay useful as domains evolve. You are familiar with frameworks such as O*NET and ESCO, and you understand how AI-based skill matching depends on taxonomy quality.
  • Data product mindset. You have managed structured data with clear ownership, versioning, quality standards, and well-defined interfaces for downstream consumers.
  • Long-term systems thinking. You design systems that grow more accurate and useful as data accumulates, and you define the metrics that prove that improvement.
  • ML fluency. You understand enough about how ML models consume training data to work effectively with engineers and to evaluate data quality, coverage, and sources of bias.
  • Trust and fairness judgment. You are comfortable in ambiguous situations where standardized definitions and customer requirements do not fully align. You make consistent decisions and explain the reasoning behind them.
  • AI-assisted workflows. You use AI to accelerate taxonomy research, synthesize across sources, and prototype changes before implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Learning Experiences

  • Shape Degreed’s learning experiences, from self-paced pathways to structured, cohort-based programs.
  • Own Degreed Academies, enabling enterprise customers to deliver certifications, onboarding, and other structured learning programs.
  • Decide how skill data powers personalized learning recommendations, including what content gets suggested to a learner next.
  • Direct the AI feature that identifies a learner’s skill gaps and generates content to close them.
  • Design the full learner journey: how someone finds a skill gap, engages with content, and demonstrates they have closed it.

Skills Intelligence

  • Own the full data model behind Degreed’s skills product: how skills are defined, organized, and kept accurate as the system grows.
  • Run the platform enterprise clients use to adapt Degreed’s skill list to their own internal language, combining AI suggestions with human review.
  • Design the rating scale used to measure skill proficiency, including the criteria that separate one level from the next.
  • Keep Degreed’s skill data compatible with external frameworks and with enterprise HR systems.
  • Build the process by which every AI interaction across the product improves the underlying skill data over time, and measure that improvement with real numbers.
  • Evolve the skills model by making deliberate trade-offs between consistency, customer flexibility, and long-term product health.

Experience

  • Experience level: Expert (8+ years), including direct ownership of shipped learning products.

Compensation

We are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.

The total pay range for this role is 185.000 USD - 197.000 USD.

Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, depth of experience, certifications, specific work location, and internal equity.

Benefits

Beyond training, Ethena unifies core compliance tools, Hotline & Case Management, Policy Bot, and Phishing Simulator, into a single platform, with built-in audit trails and compliance controls teams can trust.

Trusted by teams at companies like Genesco, Asana, Pinterest, and Synaptics, it’s a great time to join us.

How we work

We’re a team that values diversity in all its forms and loves adding new perspectives. We ask thoughtful questions, challenge assumptions, and build with empathy, for customers and for each other. We care about craft, we love feedback, and we take ownership. We also embrace humor (yes, the puns are real), because doing serious work doesn’t have to feel so serious.

Our workforce is fully remote, and your personal working hours can be based on your own timezone. All team-wide meetings are scheduled to be inclusive of all North American time zones.

Who we’re looking for

Ethena is looking for a Lead Product Manager to join our small but mighty team. This hire will own critical features across our suite of software and learning experience products. This is a role for someone who loves to wear multiple hats and wants real ownership: you’ll set the strategy, make the calls, and be accountable for the outcomes.

Reports to

Philip London, VP of Product

What you’ll be doing

  • Owning the strategy and roadmap for Ethena’s learning experience: deciding what topics we cover, how deep we go, and which regulations and geographies we serve, all while creating compelling training that employees actually engage with

  • Contributing to our software roadmap - owning select features end to end and making sharp, well-reasoned cases for what we build and why

  • Developing a deep understanding of our customers, our competitors, and our market, and turning that understanding into decisions

  • Crafting exceptionally clear product specifications and content strategies that skillfully navigate complexity - articulating hard tradeoffs to everyone in the room

  • Using AI tools fluently across your work - customer research, data analysis, content development, prototyping - to move faster and see further. (To be clear: AI sharpens good product judgment; it doesn’t substitute for it. We’re looking for the judgment.)

  • Collaborating with our learning experience, design, and engineering teams

  • Owning go to market and enablement motions for your products, proving clarity across the organization about what we’re building, why, and when it’s launching

  • Raising the bar for the whole product function, working with our VP of product to evolve and level up our ways of working

What makes a great candidate

  • A proven track record of driving real outcomes at early stage companies - you can point to products you shipped and the impact they had, and explain why

  • Impeccable product sense that extends to content - you understand the criticality of impactful training that sits alongside our technology, and you have taste and judgment for both

  • A sharp, structured thinker who is exceptionally clear in writing and in conversation - you make complicated things simple, not the other way around

  • Genuine fluency with AI tools in your day-to-day work, paired with a clear-eyed view of what they’re good for and where they fall short

  • A “roll up your sleeves” mentality and comfort operating within ambiguity

  • Passion for what we’re building here at Ethena

  • An impeccable sense of humor

What’s going to be the hardest part

Product Director, Skills Intelligence & Learning Experiences | US at Degreed

Director leads product strategy for skills intelligence and learning experience platforms, owning the data models and learner outcome systems that drive workforce development at scale.

Benefits

We take care of our people with a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and success.

Product ServiceTitan: Staff Product Manager, Residential CRM

Staff PM owns the vision, roadmap, and execution of a new AI-first residential CRM product, guiding strategy across pricing, marketing, sales, and customer success.

Lead Remote Posted 5 days ago We Work Remotely — Programming
What this role involves

Headquarters: US CA Remote
URL: http://servicetitan.com

Ready to be a Titan?

ServiceTitan is the leading platform for residential home service - scheduling, dispatch, job booking, quoting, marketing. For years, the sales motion was simple enough that a purpose-built CRM wasn't necessary: a homeowner calls in, books a job. The gap between "interested" and "booked" was small enough to keep lightweight.

AI has changed this: voice agents, AI-powered SMS outreach, AI powered nurture sequences, and in-home opportunity capture are surfacing more leads, more follow-up opportunities, and more unconverted estimates than residential contractors have ever had to manage before. The motion is more complex now, and the tools to support it need to match. ServiceTitan needs a first class residential CRM layer.

This role owns that problem. You'll build a residential CRM that sits natively inside ServiceTitan, integrated with scheduling, dispatch, pricebook, service agreements, and marketing and is designed from the ground up for an AI-first world. AI handles the follow-up motion, surfaces the right opportunities at the right time, and reduces the manual coordination that keeps CSRs and sales teams from focusing on revenue.

What you'll do

ServiceTitan's data, integrations, and customer relationships put it in the best position to power that motion end-to-end. This role is about making sure that position is earned.

This is a general manager role as much as a product role. In other words, not just shipping a great product, but also being a leader on everything else it takes to make sure ServiceTitan delivers on this opportunity, from guiding pricing and packaging, marketing, sales, and post sales.

  • Define and execute the product roadmap for Residential CRM, from core data model and workflow architecture through AI-powered GTM features

  • Lead customer discovery with residential contractors, CSRs, and office managers - ServiceTitan PMs are in front of customers regularly, and this role is no different

  • Guide pricing and packaging strategy in partnership with product marketing and finance, including how to monetize an AI-enabled product

  • Partner with marketing on positioning, go-to-market, and launch strategy and be the subject matter expert they need to do it well

  • Build the customer enablement and onboarding model, define what successful time-to-value looks like and work with CS to get there

  • Partner with sales and customer success on the commercial motion, the pitch, the buyer, the objections, and what's getting in the way of conversion and retention

What you'll bring

  • 7+ years in product management with a track record of shipping from zero to scale

  • Deep experience with CRM, marketing automation, or customer lifecycle products - you understand how these systems need to work under the hood

  • A genuine point of view on what AI-first product design means in practice, not just AI as a feature layer

  • Background in vertical SaaS or serving mid-market/enterprise customers in high-volume transactional environments

  • Comfort working close to customers and close to leadership - ServiceTitan has an active founder culture where product decisions get scrutiny and visibility

Product Product Director EdTech Digital Learning

Product Director leads product development operations and scaling infrastructure for an EdTech company, building systems to support rapid growth while maintaining quality standards.

Lead Posted 5 days ago RemoteOK Dev
What this role involves
Intro

The organisation has reached an important inflection point. It has built a proven product, established strong market traction, and is entering its next phase of growth. The challenge is no longer proving the model. The challenge is scaling it without compromising quality.

That is what this role is for.

We are looking for a Product Director who thrives on building operational systems that enable exceptional products to scale. This is not a traditional product management role. It is a leadership opportunity for someone who thinks in systems, has exceptionally high standards, moves with pace, and sees AI as fundamental to how modern organisations should operate.

Role Overview

Reporting directly to senior leadership, the Product Director will lead the Product Development function responsible for the operational product layer supporting a rapidly growing programme portfolio.

You will transform strategic vision into scalable operating models, build the infrastructure that enables sustainable growth, and ensure products continue to improve as the organisation expands. Your work will directly influence quality, execution speed, commercial performance, and the overall customer experience.

This is a leadership role with line management responsibility for Product Development team members while working closely alongside peers responsible for learner delivery, commercial operations, technology, marketing, and partner success.

Why This Opportunity?

Few organisations reach the point where the product works, demand is growing rapidly, and the next challenge becomes building the operational engine capable of supporting the next stage of expansion.

This organisation is there now.

The ambition is significant. Growth is planned and measurable. Success will depend on creating systems that allow more products to launch, more efficiently, while continually raising quality rather than compromising it.

This role exists because operational excellence is becoming one of the organisation's greatest competitive advantages.

If you enjoy solving difficult operational problems, building for scale rather than today's requirements, and creating systems that enable people to do their best work, this is an opportunity to have genuine organisational impact.

What You'll Own

  • The operational infrastructure supporting programme development, launch and continuous improvement
  • Product quality across the customer journey, ensuring every improvement raises standards rather than simply increasing speed
  • Operational systems, tooling and AI enabled workflows that improve efficiency and scalability
  • Launch readiness by reducing friction, increasing repeatability and improving execution without sacrificing quality
  • Cross functional operating rhythms that align Product, Technology, Delivery, Commercial and Marketing teams
  • Operational reporting, KPIs and decision making frameworks that support continuous improvement
  • Prioritisation and execution across multiple initiatives, ensuring strategic objectives are translated into delivery
  • Building scalable operating models capable of supporting significant future growth
  • Developing and leading the Product Development team while coaching individuals and creating a culture of continuous improvement

What You Won't Own

  • Strategic business direction, which is established by senior leadership
  • Learner facing delivery operations, which are led by a dedicated Learner Delivery Director
  • Academic content, curriculum design or subject matter expertise
  • Instead, your role is to ensure the operational systems supporting these functions are world class, scalable and continuously improving

What Success Looks Like

Within your first 30 days

  • Develop a deep understanding of how programmes currently operate and where operational friction exists
  • Build strong working relationships across leadership and key cross functional teams
  • Identify the highest leverage opportunities to improve quality, efficiency and scalability
  • Understand how AI is currently being used and where it can create significantly greater value
  • Develop an informed perspective on what excellent operational product delivery should look like

Within your first 90 days

  • Lead operational improvements that measurably improve launch readiness and execution
  • Introduce scalable operating practices that improve consistency across programmes
  • Present a prioritised roadmap for product operations, tooling and AI integration
  • Become the trusted operational leader colleagues turn to when complex challenges arise
  • Within your first 180 days
  • Operational performance is improving across measurable KPIs
  • Launches become faster, more repeatable and more predictable
  • AI is embedded meaningfully into operational workflows rather than used as a standalone tool
  • The Product Development function is enabling the organisation to scale confidently without compromising quality
  • Senior leadership spends significantly less time resolving operational issues and more time focusing on strategic growth

Requirements

Who We're Looking For

  • You have successfully built products, operational systems or platforms within fast growing organisations
  • You naturally think several stages ahead and build for future scale rather than today's requirements
  • You combine strategic thinking with exceptional operational execution
  • You have a strong product mindset and care deeply about customer outcomes and quality
  • You are highly AI fluent and already use modern AI tools daily to improve decision making, productivity and innovation
  • You understand that operational excellence exists to accelerate commercial growth, not create unnecessary process
  • You communicate clearly, make decisions confidently and influence across functions without relying on hierarchy
  • You enjoy working in ambitious, fast moving environments where expectations are high and bureaucracy is low
  • Experience within digital learning, SaaS, technology, marketplaces or another rapidly scaling environment would be advantageous but is not essential

This Role Is Not

  • This role is unlikely to suit someone who prefers highly structured, consensus driven organisations where change happens slowly
  • It is not focused on curriculum design, academic leadership or learner delivery
  • It is not a large people management position. Success comes from influencing across functions, improving systems and enabling others to perform at their best
  • If you are excited by solving operational complexity, challenging conventional approaches, embracing AI, and continuously raising standards, this role offers an exceptional opportunity to make a lasting impact

Benefits

  • Collaborative, people centred performance culture
  • Opportunity to shape a high growth product function during a pivotal stage of organisational growth
  • Flexible remote working within UK hours with international collaboration
  • Professional development within an ambitious, fast paced environment

Our Recruitment Process

We run a fast, transparent recruitment process designed to help both you and us determine whether this is the right opportunity. We value your time and aim to keep every stage purposeful, engaging and efficient.

  • Application Review Every application is reviewed by our recruitment team and hiring stakeholders
  • Introductory Conversation A 30 minute conversation to discuss the opportunity, your experience, and mutual fit
  • Leadership Interview A 60 minute interview with senior leadership, exploring your experience, approach, and how you would contribute to the organisation's growth
  • Cross Functional Interview A 60 minute discussion with key stakeholders from across the organisation to explore collaboration, leadership style, and problem solving
  • Practical Assessment A focused take home exercise designed to reflect the challenges of the role. We ask candidates to allow approximately 2 to 3 hours to complete the assessment
  • Final Conversation and Offer A final discussion with senior leadership followed by an offer for the successful candidate

Throughout every stage, we believe in clear communication, timely feedback, and a professional candidate experience.

  • Experience working with AI/ML-powered products, or a demonstrated ability to build fluency quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence executives, customers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Comfort with data: defining metrics, interpreting experiments, and making evidence-based decisions.
