Product Vice President, Product Management at SmartBear

VP of Product Management leads strategy, roadmap, and execution for test management products, defining how AI-driven quality and testing integrate into developer workflows at scale.

Exec Remote Posted about 13 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

SmartBear delivers application integrity for modern tech stacks, ensuring continuous, measurable assurance that software just works as intended with governance to operate at AI speed and scale. SmartBear offers deep test automation, API lifecycle management, and observability capabilities. With integrations across the SDLC, it sets a new quality standard for application delivery teams.

SmartBear is trusted by more than 16 million developers, testers, and software engineers across 32,000 organizations, including 75% of the largest financial institutions and industry leaders such as Adobe, JetBlue, and Microsoft. SmartBear’s best-loved brands include Swagger, TestComplete, Reflect, QMetry, Zephyr, and more. As stewards of a collaborative open source community, SmartBear meets customers where they are to make our technology-driven world a better place. Learn more at www.smartbear.com, or follow us on LinkedIn, X, and Reddit.

At SmartBear, you will be part of a dynamic team solving one of the most critical challenges facing modern businesses: ensuring the integrity of software in an AI-driven world. Whether you are working directly with customers, driving go to market strategies, supporting operations, building products, or enabling teams, your contributions help shape the future of software quality for organizations worldwide. Join us in our mission.

The Role

The way software gets tested is changing faster than at any point in the last decade. AI agents are beginning to write tests, execute them, triage results, and evaluate tooling — without a human browsing a marketplace. SmartBear’s Test Management portfolio, including Reflect and Qmetry, sits at the center of that shift.

We’re looking for a VP of Product Management to lead this business. You’ll own strategy, roadmap, growth, and execution for a group of SmartBear’s test products and you’ll define how quality and testing integrate into developer workflows at scale. This is not a role for someone who views AI as a roadmap feature. It’s a role for someone who has a credible, specific point of view on where agentic testing goes, has shipped product decisions that reflect that view, and can build the organizational and GTM muscle to get SmartBear there.

This is a senior product leadership role with direct customer and partner exposure, meaningful people leadership responsibility, and high visibility inside the company.

Location: Flexible / Remote

Reports to: SVP, Product Management

What We’re Looking For

  • AI product experience, not just fluency. You’ve made bets on where AI changes buyer behavior, shipped something, been wrong, and updated. You understand the difference between AI features and AI-native product architecture. You have a point of view on how agentic workflows are reshaping how software gets tested and how tools get discovered and selected by buyers who may not be human.
  • Executive-grade GTM partnership. You’ve been in deal conversations, not just informed about them. You’ve made product decisions that changed revenue outcomes; accelerating deals, adjusting pricing or packaging, or shaping how the product shows up in market. Sales and marketing teams have trusted you as a strategic partner, not a gatekeeper.
  • Proven people leadership at the VP level. You’ve led a team that includes PM managers, not just individual contributors. You know how to develop a management layer, make hard people calls, and calibrate performance at scale. Four to six reports, some of whom manage others, is the right level of complexity for where you are in your career.
  • Deep enough domain fluency to be credible from day one. You understand the QA ecosystem; how teams work, where the pain is, how testing tooling integrates with CI/CD pipelines and platforms like Jira and Atlassian well enough to earn respect from engineers and enterprise buyers without a ramp period.
  • Strong ecosystem and partner instincts. You’ve built or significantly shaped a product strategy in a platform-dependent context. You understand the tension between integration depth and product differentiation, and you’ve navigated partner relationships that are both strategic and competitive.
  • 10+ years of product management experience, including leading product teams in SaaS or enterprise environments. Testing, developer tools, or enterprise workflow experience is a strong plus.

What You’ll Do

Product Strategy & AI Leadership

  • Define and execute product strategy for SmartBear’s test portfolio, with a clear view of where AI and agentic workflows are changing the competitive landscape.
  • Own the roadmap for how testing and quality integrate into SDLC workflows and how SmartBear’s products get discovered, evaluated, and selected in an increasingly AI-mediated buying environment.
  • Ensure product architecture and positioning keep pace with the shift from human-driven to agent-driven tool evaluation, including API surface, integration depth, and structured metadata that make products accessible to agentic orchestration.
  • Align product strategy with SmartBear’s Application Integrity evolution and ensure coherence across Reflect and Qmetry and the broader portfolio.
  • Engage directly with customers, partners, and external stakeholders to keep strategy grounded in real-world usage and adoption dynamics.

Growth & Business Outcomes

  • Drive adoption, retention, expansion, and revenue growth for your products, with accountability to portfolio-level targets.
  • Partner closely with GTM teams on pricing, packaging, and ecosystem strategies and serve as a key voice in how Test Management shows up in market.
  • Optimize across product-led and sales-led growth motions, including AI-influenced discovery and evaluation paths.
  • Identify expansion opportunities across customers, channels, and partner ecosystems, including positioning within platforms where AI agents recommend tooling.

People & Execution Leadership

  • Lead and develop a team of Product Managers, including PMs who manage others.
  • Set clear expectations for roadmap quality, discovery rigor, and execution discipline and hold the team to them.
  • Partner with Engineering and UX to deliver high-quality, reliable releases on a consistent cadence.
  • Build operational muscle: quarterly planning, cross-team alignment, and a PM org that runs without hand-holding.

Cross-Functional & Partner Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success on GTM alignment, enablement, and external narrative.
  • Serve as a key product voice in customer, partner, and analyst conversations, owning the external story, not just informing it.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with key technology and channel partners, including Atlassian and relevant platform ecosystems.
  • Ensure feedback from outside the building consistently informs roadmap decisions.

The Environment

SmartBear is a PE-backed, financially disciplined company that operates with the rigor and business ownership mindset that comes with that context. This role is for someone who thrives when they must build a case for investment, defend a roadmap under real financial constraints, and measure success in business outcomes, not just product output.

Why This Role Matters

The testing space is being reshaped. AI is changing not just how software gets tested, but how testing tools get discovered, evaluated, and bought. SmartBear’s test products are a critical growth engine, and this VP will determine whether we lead that shift or chase it.

The right leader will bring a specific point of view on where agentic testing goes, the operational discipline to run a high-performing PM org, and the GTM credibility to be a trusted voice with sales, customers, and partners. That combination is rare. If that’s you, this is the role.

Why you should join the SmartBear crew

  • You can grow your career at every level.
  • We invest in your success as well as the spaces where our teams come together to work, collaborate, and have fun.
  • We love celebrating our SmartBears; we even encourage our crew to take their birthdays off.
  • We are guided by a People and Culture organization - an important distinction for us. We think about our team holistically – the whole person.
  • We celebrate our differences in experiences, viewpoints, and identities because we know it leads to better outcomes.

Did you know?

  • Our mission at SmartBear is to make our technology-driven world a better place. We are committed to ethical corporate practices and social responsibility across the communities we serve.
  • SmartBear is headquartered in Somerville, MA, with offices around the world, including Galway, Bath, Wroclaw, and Bangalore.
  • We’ve won major industry (product and company) awards including SD Times, DeveloperWeek’s Devies Award, the AI Breakthrough Award, and BuiltIn Best Places to Work.
  • SmartBear is an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering an inclusive workplace where all individuals are treated with respect and dignity.

At SmartBear, we believe transparency in pay is part of how we build trust—with our employees, candidates, and community. Our compensation philosophy is grounded in market competitiveness, internal equity, and rewarding impact.

We encourage candidates to view compensation as part of their total rewards experience at SmartBear. This includes performance-based bonuses for eligible roles, a generous benefits package that supports employees’ health and well-being, and promotes work-life balance through flexible time off and hybrid work options.  You can build your career at SmartBear through professional development opportunities, and an inclusive, collaborative culture where everyone can thrive.

Your SmartBear total rewards compensation package includes base salary and may also include a performance bonus plan, as well as equity (if eligible). The base salary range for this role is listed below. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, including relevant experience, skills, internal equity, and geographic location.

Annual Cash Compensation

$215,000—$250,000 USD

Product Senior Product Manager at Tango

Senior Product Manager owns the roadmap and strategy for Tango's documentation, automation, and AI agent platform features, reporting to the CEO and partnering with design and engineering.

Senior Remote Posted 1 day ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About Us

We knew there had to be a better way to automate busywork and get work done faster. So we built it.

With Tango, create and share how-to guides in minutes:

▶️ Capture any process as you do it

⚡ Tango automatically builds a detailed guide and can also generate automations or in-app guidance

📌 Share, embed, or pin inside your existing tools, so your team can access it from where they work.

As a product-led fast growing startup, Tango powers hundreds of thousands of users at companies such as Cox, Salesforce, Gusto, Klaviyo, and Lockheed Martin. We’re backed by leading venture capital firms, including Slack Fund, Salesforce Ventures, Atlassian Ventures, Wing VC, General Catalyst, GSV Ventures, Tiger Global, and Hubspot. And we’re growing fast.

We’re building a future of work where Tango learns your workflows and rules and uses automation and intelligent agent features to help handle routine tasks.

That’s the future we’re building—Come build it with us.

TL;DR

As Senior Product Manager at Tango, you’ll be our one and only PM—the product counterpart to a senior design team that’s been waiting for you. Our product org is led by three senior product designers with 35 years of combined experience who have been carrying product strategy alongside their craft. They’re exceptional at it, and they’re ready for a true product partner so both disciplines can operate at a world-class level. You’ll own the roadmap for a platform spanning documentation, in-app guidance, and automation. You’ll report directly to our CEO and work closely with our co-founders, design, and engineering. Your first big swing: leading our MCP and agent-platform work, bringing AI to our customers in ways that are actually useful, not just shiny.

This is a rare shape of role: you steer where we’re going, hold the bar on what ships, own rollout planning, and measure whether it worked, with a design team that can take a strong PRD and carry it to the finish line. Senior IC scope, with real ownership. You’ll be in the weeds where it counts: customer conversations, data, PRDs, launch plans. And you’ll be setting the standards that define how product is done here.

This is a remote position based in the US, with periodic off-sites to meet your teammates in person.

What you’ll do

  • Steer the ship. Own the roadmap: decide where we invest, back every call with customer evidence and data, and keep the through-line clear across everything in flight.

  • Find the next opportunity. Look beyond today’s product for Tango’s next big swing, and earn conviction the hard way: customer conversations, evidence, and small tests before big bets.

  • Live with our customers. Run a continuous discovery cadence, own the voice of the customer internally, and turn what users ask for into what they actually need. You’ll be the person in the company who knows our customers best.

  • Hold the bar and measure the impact. Define what “up to par” means for what we ship, drive post-launch analysis, and be the honest voice on whether we accomplished what we set out to do.

  • Own rollout planning. Take launches from PRD through go-to-market: sequencing, packaging, enablement, and the post-launch loop.

  • Lead our AI and MCP platform work. Define how Tango plugs into the agentic ecosystem and ship AI features that solve real workflows, not demos.

  • Partner with a world-class design team. Write strong PRDs and watch three senior designers carry them further than you thought possible. They love discovery and product thinking, so you’ll do your best work with them, not around them, while owning prioritization, rollout, and commercial rigor.

What you’ll bring

  • 7+ years in software product roles, with a track record of helping scale products people genuinely love

  • Experience at two or more companies or products; we believe seeing the movie twice leads to a richer perspective

  • A deep customer-discovery habit: you’ve built your best work on top of real user conversations, and you can prove it

  • Systematic and data-driven: fluent in product analytics, comfortable designing experiments, able to self-serve the data you need

  • Relentless follow-through: you carry the through-line across multiple projects and close every loop

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication: you lead with clear, structured direction and can align executives, engineers, and customers around one narrative

  • Comfort being the senior product voice in the room, with the judgment to make calls under ambiguity and the humility to change course when the data says so

  • Bonus: you’ve shipped AI-powered products or built with MCP; you’re the kind of person who’s genuinely obsessed with the frontier of generative AI, not just keeping up with it; experience mentoring or coaching others; B2B SaaS serving both self-serve users and enterprise buyers; growth/monetization work (pricing, packaging, trials)

About you

  • You’re practical and allergic to BS. You’d rather ship the right small thing than present the impressive big thing.

  • You’re seriously curious about customers, about how things work, and about why that one metric moved.

  • You take AI seriously—as a practitioner, not a cheerleader. Believer or skeptic, you’ve used the tools enough to have earned opinions about what’s genuinely useful and what’s hype.

  • You’re low-ego and high-motivation. You care more about the product being great than about being right.

  • You want to build a product function, not just join one. Defining the standards, rituals, and ways of working is your idea of a good time.

  • You’re fun. We’re a down-to-earth group of goofballs who work hard, and we’re serious about not taking ourselves too seriously. You should raise our bar for rigor and fit right in at the off-site.

Compensation

Our base salary compensation is $170,000 – $190,000 for this role, and the total compensation package will also include equity and benefits. Product Engineering Manager, Maps & Search - CANADA (Remote) at Luxury Presence

Engineering Manager leads Maps & Search team, sets technical direction, manages hiring and career development, and ships high-impact features for a real estate platform handling 1B+ monthly requests.

Lead Remote Posted 1 day ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Luxury Presence is building the AI growth platform for real estate. Backed by Bessemer Venture Partners and other top investors, we’re a Series C company that has hit $100M in annual recurring revenue. More than 90,000 real estate professionals, including over 30% of the WSJ Real Trends top 100 agents in the United States, use us to run and grow their business.

The Opportunity

We don’t just use AI. We build with it, ship with it, and think with it. With a generous budget for tokens, our engineers use AI agents to write, review, and ship production code every day. We are building toward a world where humans design systems and AI builds them, and we are already far along that path.

We are hiring a hands-on Engineering Manager to lead Maps & Search. This team owns the home search experience across web and mobile. It’s one of the most visible, highest-traffic surfaces–the search service alone handles a billion requests every month.

This is a role for a manager who leads from the front: someone who still lives in their terminal with AI, has strong opinions about how AI changes the SDLC, and wants to amplify what a small, senior, AI-augmented team can accomplish. You will set technical direction, stay close to the code, and help the team produce consistent impact.

What You’ll Do

Lead and grow the Maps & Search team. Own hiring, onboarding, coaching, 1:1s, direct feedback, and career development. Treat management as a craft and build a healthy, high-performing team that ships impactful changes.

Stay hands-on. Contribute directly — code and design reviews, architecture, thorny debugging— and stay technical enough to make smart calls on trade-offs.

Own and scale a high-throughput search platform. Drive the architecture, relevance, latency, and reliability of a real estate search system handling ~1B monthly requests and hundreds of millions of listings.

Deliver a world-class home search experience. Own the core home discovery experience across web and mobile — improving engagement, lead conversion, and agent workflows while keeping interactions fast and responsive at scale.

Push forward AI-powered discovery. Partner across teams to bring LLMs and intelligent ranking into search and user workflows, improving how buyers and agents discover, filter, and engage with listings.

Shape the roadmap with product and design. Define what we build and why, not just focusing on the how. Translate user needs and business goals into a clear technical plan, and own delivery end to end — planning, quality, reliability, and incident response.

What We’re Looking For

Attributes

  • You lead from the front. You’re still close to the code and technically respected, and you treat management as a craft — growing engineers, giving clear feedback, and building a team that ships.

  • You already build with AI daily. You use AI as a core part of your workflow, not as a novelty — and you expect your team to as well.

  • You have strong opinions, loosely held, about how AI changes software architecture, team structure, and engineering culture.

  • You think in systems. You connect technical decisions to customer outcomes and business value.

  • You communicate clearly and directly. You can explain complex tradeoffs to product, design, and executive stakeholders.

  • You’re energized by ambiguity and speed. You thrive in a fast-growing company where the roadmap evolves and ownership is real.

  • You like to have fun at work. We take our craft seriously, but we don’t take ourselves too seriously. We celebrate wins, crack jokes, and genuinely enjoy building together.

Skills and Experience

  • 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with meaningful senior or staff-level time, plus 2+ years managing engineering teams.

  • Search experience — you’ve worked on search, relevance, ranking, or retrieval systems. It doesn’t have to be OpenSearch or Elasticsearch specifically, but you understand how search works and how to make it better.

  • Deep expertise in TypeScript, Node.js, and React, with the full-stack fluency to reason about the whole request path from UI to data.

  • Experience designing and operating scalable microservice architectures in cloud-native environments (AWS preferred).

  • Strong understanding of GraphQL, event-driven systems (Kafka), and databases (PostgreSQL, OpenSearch).

  • A proven track record operating high-traffic, low-latency production systems at scale — SLOs, incident response, and capacity planning are second nature.

  • Experience leading high-impact initiatives from concept through production in a SaaS environment.

Tech Stack

  • Frontend: React, Tailwind, Apollo

  • Backend: Node.js / TypeScript microservices

  • Data: PostgreSQL, OpenSearch

  • Infrastructure: AWS, Kubernetes, Lambda

  • Messaging: Kafka, Redis

Join us in shaping the future of real estate

The real estate industry is in the midst of a seismic shift, and the future belongs to those who break new ground. As one of the fastest-growing companies in the proptech and marketing sectors, Luxury Presence challenges the status quo of what technology can do for real estate agents, leaders, and brokerages.

We’re a team of agile and tenacious innovators working collaboratively to drive the industry forward. Together, we build game-changing products that empower modern real estate entrepreneurs to dominate their markets. From award-winning web design to agile SEO solutions to cutting-edge AI tools, we deliver tech that anticipates market shifts and keeps our clients ahead of their competition.

We’re backed by world-class investors, including Bessemer Venture Partners, NextEquity Partners, Toba Capital, and Switch Ventures, and have raised $89 million to date.

More than 18,000 real estate businesses rely on our platform, including 30% of the Wall Street Journal RealTrends top agents and teams. Additionally, many of the industry’s most powerful brokerages rely on Luxury Presence as a trusted business partner.

Every year since 2020, Luxury Presence has ranked on BuiltIn’s Best Place to Work lists. HousingWire named our founder and CEO a 2024 Tech Trendsetter, we’ve received several Tech100 Awards, and we just scored an Inman Innovation Award for Best AI-Powered Platform.

Luxury Presence is an Equal Opportunity Employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or national origin.

We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans. Product Senior Product Manager at Tango

Senior Product Manager owns the product roadmap and strategy for an automation platform, partnering with design and engineering to prioritize features, validate with customers, and lead go-to-market execution.

We value each employee based on their impact within the company, regardless of their location. Due to this, we set salary ranges for all roles based on function, level, and benchmark against similar-stage growth companies. Ethena has become a go-to compliance partner for modern, global organizations.

Beyond training, Ethena unifies core compliance tools, Hotline & Case Management, Policy Bot, and Phishing Simulator, into a single platform, with built-in audit trails and compliance controls teams can trust.

Trusted by teams at companies like Genesco, Asana, Pinterest, and Synaptics, it’s a great time to join us.

How we work

We’re a team that values diversity in all its forms and loves adding new perspectives. We ask thoughtful questions, challenge assumptions, and build with empathy, for customers and for each other. We care about craft, we love feedback, and we take ownership. We also embrace humor (yes, the puns are real), because doing serious work doesn’t have to feel so serious.

Our workforce is fully remote, and your personal working hours can be based on your own timezone. All team-wide meetings are scheduled to be inclusive of all North American time zones.

Who we’re looking for

Ethena is looking for a Lead Product Manager to join our small but mighty team. This hire will own critical features across our suite of software and learning experience products. This is a role for someone who loves to wear multiple hats and wants real ownership: you’ll set the strategy, make the calls, and be accountable for the outcomes.

Reports to

Philip London, VP of Product

What you’ll be doing

  • Owning the strategy and roadmap for Ethena’s learning experience: deciding what topics we cover, how deep we go, and which regulations and geographies we serve, all while creating compelling training that employees actually engage with

  • Contributing to our software roadmap - owning select features end to end and making sharp, well-reasoned cases for what we build and why

  • Developing a deep understanding of our customers, our competitors, and our market, and turning that understanding into decisions

  • Crafting exceptionally clear product specifications and content strategies that skillfully navigate complexity - articulating hard tradeoffs to everyone in the room

  • Using AI tools fluently across your work - customer research, data analysis, content development, prototyping - to move faster and see further. (To be clear: AI sharpens good product judgment; it doesn’t substitute for it. We’re looking for the judgment.)

  • Collaborating with our learning experience, design, and engineering teams

  • Owning go to market and enablement motions for your products, proving clarity across the organization about what we’re building, why, and when it’s launching

  • Raising the bar for the whole product function, working with our VP of product to evolve and level up our ways of working

What makes a great candidate

  • A proven track record of driving real outcomes at early stage companies - you can point to products you shipped and the impact they had, and explain why

  • Impeccable product sense that extends to content - you understand the criticality of impactful training that sits alongside our technology, and you have taste and judgment for both

  • A sharp, structured thinker who is exceptionally clear in writing and in conversation - you make complicated things simple, not the other way around

  • Genuine fluency with AI tools in your day-to-day work, paired with a clear-eyed view of what they’re good for and where they fall short

  • A “roll up your sleeves” mentality and comfort operating within ambiguity

  • Passion for what we’re building here at Ethena

  • An impeccable sense of humor

What’s going to be the hardest part

  • Quickly getting up to speed, learning our product, the space, our mission, and our ways of working, and finding ways to bring your experience and unique perspective to every problem you encounter

$180,000 - $215,000 a year

At Ethena, we’re committed to fair and equitable compensation. We carefully evaluate each candidate’s skills and qualifications to provide our best possible offer upfront. Our no-negotiation policy ensures that our first offer is always our best offer, promoting pay equity throughout our organization.

Physical Demands

This is sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing in a home office environment.

Location

Ethena is a remote-first organization and is currently hiring candidates based in the United States.

We are not currently offering employer visa sponsorship for this role.

We’re big fans of AI and use it heavily in our day-to-day work. Product Technical Product Manager - Money and Risk at Yuno

Technical Product Manager leads product strategy and execution for fraud prevention and payment security infrastructure, balancing business needs with engineering ownership.

Senior Remote Posted 4 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Remote in Europe, Full Time, Senior-level experience

Who We Are

Yuno is the AI-native operating system of global commerce, powering the financial infrastructure of enterprise merchants, banks, and wallets. With a single API, Yuno connects them to pay-ins, payouts, fraud prevention, KYC/KYB, and stablecoins globally, so they can operate everywhere with a single integration.

Agnostic by design, Yuno offers connectivity to 1,000+ payment methods and 460+ integrations in 190+ countries, optimizing acceptance rates, reducing costs, and strengthening security through specialized AI agents that learn from every transaction on the network. Global brands run their payments on Yuno, including Arcos Dorados (McDonald’s), NetEase Games, GoFundMe, inDrive, and Rappi. Banks, acquirers, PSPs, and wallets use Yuno to modernize their infrastructure without replacing core systems and to prepare for the next generation of commerce, including agentic payments.

About The Role

Yuno is moving toward its 2030 Vision: becoming the autonomous, programmable operating system for global commerce.

We are looking for a highly technical, execution-focused Technical Product Manager (TPM) to serve as the Single Threaded Leader (STL) for Risk, Trust & Vault — the domain that stops fraud and secures card data across every transaction on the platform. In this role, you sit at the critical intersection of deep technology and business value, defining the foundational building blocks required to scale fraud screening, PCI-compliant vaulting, and card lifecycle management across Yuno’s 11 domains.

You are not a backlog manager; you are a “Maker-to-Governor.” You will move between defining product strategy, shaping technical direction, and ensuring reliable operation in production. You possess a sharp product sense and own the end-to-end delivery process for risk and trust infrastructure within our Agentic Integration Platform. You will lead an autonomous, cross-functional domain pod to build robust, headless capabilities in a zero-tolerance environment for failure. Crucially, you will champion a “You Build It, You Run It” (YBIYRI) engineering culture, ensuring that every platform component your team delivers — from fraud scoring to card vaulting — is bank-grade, resilient, and fully owned from code to production.

Risk, Trust & Vault: What This Domain Owns

Risk, Trust & Vault is responsible for stopping fraud and securing card data. As the STL for this domain, you will own the roadmap, architecture, and operational health of the following capabilities:

Capability

Description

Real-Time Fraud Screening

Evaluate payment transactions for fraud risk before or at authorization

Card Vaulting

Tokenize, store, and retrieve raw card data within the PCI boundary

Account Updater

Automatically update stored card tokens when card details change

Card Portfolio Migration

Migrate card portfolios between vaults and processors

Your contribution will be

  • Own single-threaded leadership (STL): Act as the ultimate driver for Risk, Trust & Vault, translating high-level business goals into precise, versioned APIs and event-driven architectures spanning fraud screening, card vaulting, account updating, and portfolio migration.

  • Drive agentic strategy: Define the “what” and “why” for platform features that move client onboarding toward low-to-no coding effort, owning the transition from manual risk review to an autonomous, AI-driven fraud screening engine.

  • Protect the stability floor: Enforce a “Stop the Line” mentality for quality, maintaining a Stability Floor of high automated quality assurance across real-time fraud screening and card vaulting, ensuring feature velocity never compromises bank-grade reliability and PCI compliance.

  • Provide cross-functional leadership: Lead a high-ownership pod of elite engineers, partnering with Staff Engineers and the CTO Office to eliminate silos.

  • Embed a YBIYRI culture: Evangelize and operationalize the YBIYRI mindset, ensuring your team designs for multi-tenancy, elastic scaling, and automated observability across the account updater and portfolio migration services, owning their microservices in production via a “follow-the-sun” model.

  • Prioritize with evidence: Use the RICE framework to turn ambiguous requirements — such as new fraud signals or vault-to-vault card portfolio migrations — into a structured, executable roadmap that balances architectural integrity against market opportunism.

Skills You Need

Minimum Qualifications

  • Deep technical foundation: Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, distributed systems, APIs, event-driven platforms, and modern software engineering practices (Cloud-native/Serverless, Kotlin/Go, gRPC/REST), with the ability to lead architectural discussions on “paved road” infrastructure as it applies to fraud detection and secure card data systems.

  • Platform-as-a-Product experience: Proven experience building foundational platform capabilities or complex distributed systems, ideally involving fraud/risk engines, tokenization, or PCI-scoped infrastructure.

  • Execution mastery: Track record of driving delivery velocity, unblocking engineering teams, managing dependencies across 11 domains, and optimizing DORA metrics.

  • The “Maker” mindset: Preference for clean, modular architecture over monolithic shortcuts.

  • Commercial sharpness: Ability to articulate technical trade-offs (e.g., tech debt vs. feature velocity) to executive stakeholders and translate growth goals into technical requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Domain familiarity: Working knowledge of fraud/risk scoring models, PCI DSS card vaulting requirements, tokenization standards, and account updater services from card networks.

What We Offer at Yuno

  • Competitive Compensation

  • Remote Work – You can work from everywhere!

  • Home Office Bonus – A one-time allowance to help you create your ideal home office.

  • Work Equipment

  • Stock Options

  • Health Plan wherever you are.

  • Flexible Days Off

We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans. Remote in Europe, Full Time, Senior-level experience

Who We Are

Yuno is the AI-native operating system of global commerce, powering the financial infrastructure of enterprise merchants, banks, and wallets.

We are looking for a highly technical, execution-focused Technical Product Manager (TPM) to serve as the Single Threaded Leader (STL) for Client Experience — how our clients consume the platform. This is a broad mandate spanning three interlocking domains: Developer Platform & API, Client Identity, Data & Access, and Checkout & Client Experiences. In this role, you sit at the critical intersection of deep technology and business value, defining the end-to-end building blocks required to scale developer experience, merchant account and access management, and every surface merchants and shoppers touch across Yuno’s 11 domains.

You are not a backlog manager; you are a “Maker-to-Governor.” You will move between defining product strategy, shaping technical direction, and ensuring reliable operation in production. You possess a sharp product sense and own the end-to-end delivery process for how clients experience and integrate with Yuno, within our Agentic Integration Platform. You will lead an autonomous, cross-functional domain pod (or a coordinated set of pods) to build robust, headless capabilities in a zero-tolerance environment for failure. Crucially, you will champion a “You Build It, You Run It” (YBIYRI) engineering culture, ensuring that every component your team delivers — from the public API gateway to the checkout SDK — is bank-grade, resilient, and fully owned from code to production.

Client Experience: What This Mandate Owns

Client Experience covers how our clients consume the platform — the full client experience layer within INTERFACE. As the STL across this mandate, you will own the roadmap, architecture, and operational health of the following three domains:

Domain

What It Owns

6 ¡ Developer Platform & API

The public API surface: gateway, versioning, SDKs, docs and sandbox. Owns developer experience and time-to-first-transaction.

7 ¡ Client Identity, Data & Access

The merchant account layer: organizations, users, roles, SSO and permissions, plus the reporting and analytics clients see.

8 ¡ Checkout & Client Experiences

Every surface merchants and shoppers touch: hosted checkout, embedded web/mobile SDKs, payment forms and the dashboard front end.

Your contribution will be

  • Own single-threaded leadership (STL): Act as the ultimate driver across the client experience layer, translating high-level business goals into precise, versioned APIs and event-driven architectures spanning the developer platform, identity and access management, and checkout experiences.

  • Think end-to-end across the client journey: Understand and optimize the handoffs between domains — how API design in the Developer Platform shapes time-to-first-transaction, how identity and permissions gate what merchants can see and do, and how Checkout & Client Experiences turns all of it into a surface shoppers actually use.

  • Drive agentic strategy: Define the “what” and “why” for platform features that move onboarding toward low-to-no coding effort — from self-serve API sandboxes to AI-assisted integration flows — owning the transition from documentation-heavy integration to an autonomous, AI-driven onboarding and checkout experience.

  • Protect the stability floor: Enforce a “Stop the Line” mentality for quality, maintaining a Stability Floor of highly automated quality assurance across the API gateway, identity/access systems, and checkout surfaces.

  • Provide cross-functional leadership: Lead a high-ownership set of pods staffed with elite engineers across the three domains, partnering with Staff Engineers and the CTO Office to eliminate silos.

  • Embed a YBIYRI culture: Evangelize and operationalize the YBIYRI mindset across all three domains, with particular attention to uptime on the public API surface and checkout paths, where any failure is directly client- and shopper-visible.

  • Prioritize with evidence: Use the RICE framework to turn ambiguous, cross-domain requirements — a new SDK, an SSO integration, a hosted checkout redesign, a merchant reporting feature — into a single, structured, executable roadmap.

Skills You Need

Minimum Qualifications

  • Deep technical foundation: Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, distributed systems, APIs, event-driven platforms, and modern software engineering practices (Cloud-native/Serverless, Kotlin/Go, gRPC/REST), with the ability to lead architectural discussions on “paved road” infrastructure as it applies to public APIs, identity systems, and client-facing UI.

  • Platform-as-a-Product experience: Proven experience building foundational platform capabilities or complex distributed systems spanning multiple interdependent domains — ideally developer-facing APIs/SDKs, identity and access management, or checkout/commerce experiences.

  • Execution mastery: Track record of driving delivery velocity across a wide surface area, unblocking engineering teams, managing dependencies across 11 domains, and optimizing DORA metrics.

  • The “Maker” mindset: Preference for clean, modular architecture over monolithic shortcuts, especially when coordinating three interlocking domains.

  • Commercial sharpness: Ability to articulate technical trade-offs (e.g., tech debt vs. feature velocity, flexibility vs. time-to-first-transaction) to executive stakeholders and translate growth goals into technical requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Domain familiarity: Working knowledge of API gateway design and versioning, SSO/permissions models, merchant reporting/analytics, and checkout/SDK patterns (hosted pages, embedded web/mobile).

We are looking for a highly technical, execution-focused Technical Product Manager (TPM) to serve as the Single Threaded Leader (STL) for RAILS — the core transaction path that carries every payment from the moment it enters our systems to the moment funds are settled and secured. This is a broad, foundational mandate spanning five interlocking domains: Connectivity, Payment Orchestration, Transaction Core, Money Operations, and Risk, Trust & Vault. In this role, you sit at the critical intersection of deep technology and business value, defining the end-to-end building blocks required to scale payment execution, money movement, and fraud/PCI protection across Yuno’s 11 domains.

You are not a backlog manager; you are a “Maker-to-Governor.” You will move between defining product strategy, shaping technical direction, and ensuring reliable operation in production. You possess a sharp product sense and own the end-to-end delivery process for the entire transaction rail within our Agentic Integration Platform. You will lead an autonomous, cross-functional domain pod (or a coordinated set of pods) to build robust, headless capabilities in an environment where resilience, reliability, and operational excellence are non-negotiable. Crucially, you will champion a “You Build It, You Run It” (YBIYRI) engineering culture, ensuring that every component your team delivers — from provider connectors to the card vault — is bank-grade, resilient, and fully owned from code to production.

RAILS: What This Mandate Owns

RAILS is the core transaction path — the value chain a payment travels end-to-end. As the STL across this mandate, you will own the roadmap, architecture, and operational health of the following five domains:

Domain

What It Owns

1 ¡ Connectivity

Every integration to external providers and payment methods: adapters, webhooks, credentials and provider certification, built on one shared framework with per-provider config.

2 ¡ Payment Orchestration

Decides how each payment is executed: smart routing across providers, retries, failover and client-configurable rules — to maximize approval rate and minimize cost.

3 ¡ Transaction Core

The state machine every payment runs through: authorize, capture, refund, void, chargeback. Owns the canonical transaction model, idempotency and event emission.

4 ¡ Money Operations

Where money actually moves after authorization: settlement, payouts, reconciliation against provider reports, fees, billing and ledger correctness.

5 ¡ Risk, Trust & Vault

Fraud screening, risk scoring and 3DS, plus the card vault: tokenization and secure card storage. The PCI-scoped domain, kept deliberately isolated.

Your contribution will be

  • Own single-threaded leadership (STL): Serve as the accountable product leader for the transaction rail, driving alignment, prioritisation, and execution across all teams involved in the payment lifecycle.

  • Think end-to-end across the value chain: Understand and optimize the handoffs between domains — how a routing decision in Payment Orchestration affects approval rates, how the Transaction Core’s state machine feeds Money Operations’ reconciliation, and how Risk, Trust & Vault gates every authorization.

  • Drive agentic strategy: Define the “what” and “why” for platform features that move client onboarding toward low-to-no coding effort, from provider certification to routing rules.

  • Protect the stability floor: Enforce a “Stop the Line” mentality for quality, maintaining a Stability Floor of highly automated quality assurance across every domain in the rail.

  • Provide cross-functional leadership: Lead a high-ownership set of pods staffed with elite engineers across the five domains, partnering with Staff Engineers and the CTO Office to eliminate silos.

  • Embed a YBIYRI culture: Evangelize and operationalize the YBIYRI mindset across all five domains, ensuring teams design for multi-tenancy, elastic scaling, and automated observability.

  • Prioritize with evidence: Use the RICE framework to turn ambiguous, cross-domain requirements into a single, structured, executable roadmap that balances architectural integrity against market opportunism.

Skills You Need

Minimum Qualifications

  • Deep technical foundation: Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, distributed systems, APIs, event-driven platforms, and modern software engineering practices (Cloud-native/Serverless, Kotlin/Go, gRPC/REST).

  • Platform-as-a-Product experience: Proven experience building foundational platform capabilities or complex distributed systems spanning multiple interdependent domains — ideally payments routing, transaction processing, settlement, or fraud/risk infrastructure.

  • Execution mastery: Track record of driving delivery velocity across a wide surface area, unblocking engineering teams, managing dependencies across many domains, and optimizing DORA metrics.

  • The “Maker” mindset: Preference for clean, modular architecture over monolithic shortcuts, especially when coordinating multiple interlocking domains.

  • Commercial sharpness: Ability to articulate technical trade-offs (e.g., tech debt vs. feature velocity, approval rate vs. cost) to executive stakeholders and translate growth goals into technical requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Domain familiarity: Working knowledge of payment provider integration patterns, smart routing/retry logic, transaction state machines, settlement/reconciliation, and PCI-scoped fraud and vaulting systems.

What We Offer at Yuno

  • Remote Work – You can work from everywhere!

  • Home Office Bonus – A one-time allowance to help you create your ideal home office.

  • Work Equipment

  • Stock Options

  • Health Plan wherever you are.
