Manages and optimizes paid advertising campaigns across Amazon, Google, Meta, and TikTok to drive revenue growth and maximize ROAS.
As a Paid Ads Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Amazon Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Ads to drive profitable growth, increase brand visibility, and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS). You will oversee the end-to-end management of campaigns, including strategy development, budget allocation, audience targeting, creative testing, performance analysis, and continuous optimization. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will leverage data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities, improve campaign performance, and support the company’s expansion across Amazon, direct-to-consumer (D2C) websites, and other e-commerce sales channels.
Company Profile:
Our client is a UK-based e-commerce and consumer brand company that partners with brands to help them scale across multiple sales channels, including Amazon Seller Central, direct-to-consumer (D2C) websites, and TikTok Shop. As a fast-growing, early-stage startup, they invest in inventory, manage end-to-end sales channel operations, and build long-term distribution partnerships, enabling brands to expand their reach and accelerate growth without the operational complexity of managing these functions internally.
As the company continues to grow and expand its presence, they are now looking for a talented Paid Ads Manager to join their team. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is data-driven, results-oriented, and passionate about digital marketing.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who aims to take ownership of impactful advertising campaigns, contribute directly to business growth, and work in a dynamic environment where your expertise in paid media strategy and optimization will be highly valued.
Duties and Responsibilities:
•Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Amazon Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), and TikTok Ads to drive revenue growth and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS)
•Own the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, including strategy development, campaign setup, budget allocation, audience targeting, A/B testing, and ongoing performance optimization
•Monitor and analyze key performance metrics such as ROAS, ACoS, CAC, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates, providing actionable recommendations to improve campaign performance
•Independently manage multiple advertising accounts and priorities, ensuring campaigns are delivered efficiently with minimal supervision
•Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and product performance evaluations using tools such as Helium 10 to identify growth opportunities
•Optimize product listings and advertising strategies based on marketplace trends, customer behavior, and campaign insights
•Prepare regular performance reports and communicate campaign results, strategic recommendations, and business insights to stakeholders in clear, professional English
•Collaborate with internal teams to align paid advertising initiatives with overall marketing, e-commerce, and business objectives
•Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to improve campaign planning, creative ideation, reporting, data analysis, and workflow efficiency
•Continuously identify opportunities to improve advertising performance, streamline processes, and implement best practices across paid media channels
•Stay up to date with changes in Amazon, Google, and Meta advertising platforms, industry trends, and emerging digital marketing strategies to maintain a competitive advantage
•Take full ownership of campaign performance, proactively identifying challenges, proposing solutions, and driving initiatives that contribute to the company’s growth in a fast-paced startup environment
Must-have Skills/Qualification:
•Minimum of 5 years of experience managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Amazon Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Ads
•With genuine independent track record — has managed and scaled paid campaigns solo, not as part of a large team with heavy oversight
•Owns and can talk fluently about ROAS, ACoS, CAC
•Comfortable working across multiple platforms simultaneously
•Proficiency in e-commerce and advertising tools, including Helium 10
•Strong written and verbal English communication skills with the ability to provide feedback and business insights
•Comfortable using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) as part of daily workflow
•Proactive and self-driven, with the ability to work autonomously, take ownership of initiatives, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with minimal supervision
Advantageous Skills/Experience:
•Experience in Tiktok Ads

Manages multi-channel demand generation campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and ABM to drive qualified pipeline and revenue growth for a fintech platform.
Astra is building mission-critical infrastructure for moving money at scale. Our platform processes billions in annual transaction volume with 99.9%+ uptime, powering real-time transfers, bank debits, card disbursements, and complex financial compliance systems. We provide APIs and automation tools that enable businesses to move money programmatically while maintaining strict regulatory requirements.
As Astra’s first Demand Generation Manager, you will be at the center of how we bring our payments infrastructure to market. This is an opportunity to run integrated campaign strategy and execution in support of pipeline growth. You will own the planning, orchestration, and performance of campaigns built to generate pipeline for the business, across LinkedIn, email, ABM, and field.
You will translate our content, events, and product launches into cohesive, cross-channel campaigns that align marketing, sales, and customer goals. Drawing on an existing library of whitepapers, ebooks, and case studies, your focus will be turning what we’ve built into demand, and creating the campaign-level assets, ad copy, nurture sequences, and social posts, that carry those campaigns to market.
As the connective tissue across teams, you will make sure campaigns are tightly integrated, well-timed, and optimized for business impact. This role is perfect for someone with the marketing expertise to drive results today and the initiative to run campaigns independently, from plan to pipeline. You’ll take a goal, scope the approach, and run with it.
Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan and run multi-channel demand campaigns, including paid social, LinkedIn, organic, email, and field, that convert Astra’s content and positioning into qualified pipeline.
Account-Based Marketing: Build and manage a tier-one target account program, coordinating account-level campaigns and personalized outreach in partnership with sales.
Campaign Operations: Help evaluate, select, and build out the marketing tools and systems we need as the function scales, including automation and reporting.
Pipeline Reporting: Track and report on marketing-sourced pipeline, conversion rates, and cost per opportunity, and use that data to prioritize where to invest next.
Content Activation: Partner with Product Marketing to turn existing whitepapers, ebooks, case studies, and partner content into campaigns that drive measurable demand.
Experimentation: Test new channels, offers, and messaging angles, and scale what works while retiring what doesn’t.
Requirements
3-5 years of demand generation or growth marketing experience, ideally at a fast-growing B2B SaaS or fintech company.
Experience running account-based marketing programs, including account selection and coordinated multi-channel campaigns.
Strong campaign copywriting skills, able to write ad copy, nurture emails, and social posts that convert.
CRM proficiency, including building nurture workflows, campaign reporting, and pipeline tracking.
Comfort evaluating, selecting, and standing up new marketing tools and systems as the function scales, not just working within an existing stack.
Proven ability to build and report on a pipeline funnel, from campaign through to marketing-sourced opportunity.
Deep understanding of B2B buyer journeys, with a track record of building repeatable, scalable demand engines.
Experience working cross-functionally with sales to align campaigns to pipeline goals.
Ability and willingness to travel up to ~15% annually
Education
Technical Skills
Demand Gen Fundamentals: Funnel building, multi-channel campaign management, and conversion optimization.
ABM Strategy: Account selection methodology, buying committee mapping, and personalized campaign design.
Marketing Technology: CRM proficiency, plus the initiative to help evaluate and build out marketing automation as the function grows, covering campaign execution, reporting, and attribution.
Data-Driven Mindset: Comfort defining and tracking pipeline metrics and using data to guide where to invest next.
Payments Curiosity: Willingness to learn the payments ecosystem (ACH, RTP, card networks) well enough to identify and target the right buyers and accounts.
Preferred Experience
Fintech or Infrastructure Marketing: Previous work marketing B2B fintech products, payment APIs, or developer-focused infrastructure platforms.
Sales Partnership: Experience partnering with sales to align on target accounts and coordinate campaigns, particularly in an ABM context.
Paid Media: Hands-on experience managing paid social and LinkedIn campaigns, including budget, targeting, and optimization.
Marketing Automation: Experience building and scaling email nurture programs and lifecycle campaigns in a marketing automation platform.
Product Marketing Collaboration: Working with product marketing to turn positioning, launches, and content into campaigns that drive pipeline.
Startup Experience: Building marketing functions from the ground up in high-growth environments where you wore multiple hats.
As our Demand Generation Manager, you’ll run the campaigns that connect Astra’s story to the customers who need to hear it. Every campaign, every touchpoint, and every qualified opportunity depends on reaching the right buyers with the right message at the right time.
Your work will:
Generate the qualified pipeline that fuels Astra’s growth and gives sales a steady flow of the right opportunities.
Turn our content, launches, and events into coordinated campaigns that reach and convert high-value accounts.
Build the repeatable campaigns and programs that support Astra’s go-to-market motion.
Competitive compensation with equity in a growing fintech company.
Remote-first culture with flexible working arrangements
Small team, big impact — your work directly supports Astra’s ability to scale responsibly
Professional growth in a high-impact role, with the autonomy to run demand and ABM and sharpen your craft as the function scales.
Mission-driven — build infrastructure that powers financial innovation while meeting the highest regulatory standards
Astra is a remote-first company hiring only within the U.S. We value thoughtful collaboration, clarity, and initiative. We’re proud to be an equal opportunity employer and are committed to building a diverse and inclusive team.

Manages marketing operations, social media publishing, and content deployment across multiple channels while coordinating between creative specialists and execution timelines.
Darkroom is the leading next-generation growth marketing firm engineering the brands of tomorrow. Founded in 2017, we set out to redefine what a modern agency could be, by replacing the inertia of legacy advertising behemoths with a model built for speed, intelligence, and measurable impact.
At our core, Darkroom is a human services company powered by Shadow, a universal AI commerce layer that integrates executive-level strategy with proprietary agentic technology. This fusion enables our teams to deliver outsized returns by enhancing creative output, operational efficiency, and revenue generation across every stage of the customer journey.
Our track record speaks for itself: billions in attributable revenue driven across e-commerce marketplaces, media networks, DTC ecosystems, and social commerce platforms. Every engagement feeds into our proprietary data infrastructure, enabling a continuous feedback loop that accelerates growth, improves margins, and compounds results across our client portfolio.
What began as a boutique design studio has evolved into one of the fastest-growing private companies in America (Inc. 5000) and among the most effective performance media agencies of the 2020s (Varos). Our founders were recognized by Forbes 30 Under 30 for advancing the intersection of technology, marketing, and advertising, cementing Darkroom’s role as a defining player in the future of media innovation.
This is a fully remote role supporting a team in the EST time zone (9 AM–5 PM EST), with all business conducted 100% in English.
This role is the operating system of Darkroom’s marketing team. We produce a high volume of content across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X, video, blog, and email — and we run brand moments that most agencies never attempt: a Cannes Lions villa activation with 500 guests, a creator partnership program. What we need is the person who makes all of it ship on time, in the right order, on the right channel.
You will hold four responsibilities at once: marketing operations and project management, social media publishing and channel management, community engagement, and deployment — email newsletter, podcast production support, and PR distribution. You are the connective tissue between a small senior team of specialists (design, video, SEO, web) and the calendar that binds their output together. The right person is ruthlessly organized, fluent across social platforms, writes well enough to speak in our brand voice unsupervised, and treats a missed publish date as a personal offense.
You will report to the VP of Marketing and work alongside an AI analytics and reporting layer that handles dashboards and performance tracking — you bring the judgment, follow-through, and human coordination it can’t.
Marketing Operations & Project Management
Own the marketing content calendar end-to-end, maintained at least 4 weeks ahead across all channels — the single source of truth for what ships when.
Run the delivery motion for launches and announcements: every brand moment gets a plan, owners, dates, and assets tracked to publish. Nothing ships late or ad hoc.
Get approvals across the team and leadership, flagging bottlenecks within 1 business day.
Social Media Management & Publishing
Queue and publish all approved content on schedule across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and X.
Own X as a channel: repurpose LinkedIn and newsletter content the same week it publishes, adapted to the platform rather than copy-pasted.
QA everything before it goes live: copy, assets, links, tagging, formatting.
Keep our scheduling tools, asset libraries, and content archives organized and current.
Own community engagement across Darkroom’s social channels, responding to comments, DMs, and mentions in a voice that reflects our brand.
Monitor social sentiment and surface relevant conversations, trends, or opportunities to the broader team.
Track community health and report on what is generating real conversation versus noise.
Maintain the creator CRM and keep it current weekly — our creator partnership program is run by the VP of Marketing, and you keep its logistics tight.
Newsletter, Podcast & PR Deployment
Deploy the biweekly email newsletter: build the send in the ESP, QA, schedule, ship, and report performance. Content comes from the VP of Marketing; deployment is yours.
Own email list management: hygiene, segmentation, imports, compliance, and growth tracking.
Support podcast production: guest scheduling, recording logistics, and publish coordination for the monthly episode and its clips.
Deploy PR moments: when Darkroom lands press (trade features, announcements, awards), you run the distribution plan across channels, coordinate timing and assets, and track coverage.
2 to 4 years in marketing operations, social media management, or marketing project management, ideally at an agency or fast-moving brand where you owned a calendar with real volume.
Genuine fluency across social platforms. You understand how a brand should show up on LinkedIn versus Instagram versus X versus TikTok, and you can act on that without being briefed.
Proven project management chops: you have run multi-stakeholder content or campaign calendars, chased approvals from busy executives, and shipped launches with hard dates.
Strong writing instincts. You can answer a DM, adapt a LinkedIn post for X, and flag weak copy in QA — all in the brand’s voice.
Deep comfort with Notion (our operating layer) and modern scheduling tools.
AI-native. Our team works alongside AI for analytics, reporting, and drafting — you should be excited to build workflows with it, not threatened by it.
Highly organized with a self-starter mindset. You manage your own workload, surface problems early, and do not need to be told what to do next.
Calm under volume. Launch weeks get loud; you keep the machine running anyway.
Experience in ecommerce, DTC, or performance marketing environments.
You have hands-on ESP experience (Klaviyo, HubSpot, beehiiv, Substack) and can build and deploy an email end-to-end.
You have supported podcast or video production logistics: guests, scheduling, recording, publishing.
You have built or grown a social presence yourself, for a brand, a project, or your own account.
You have worked with creators or influencer programs on the operations side.
You are familiar with Figma.
Darkroom is not a typical agency. We are looking for A players who want to build something great. We move fast, think deeply, and expect every team member to bring insight and rigor to everything they touch. We hold a high bar for performance, creativity, and ownership — but we also support each other relentlessly. No egos, no red tape — just world-class talent building something remarkable.
We believe in autonomy with accountability, truth over comfort, and outcomes over optics.
Unlimited PTO + Local holidays (Relevant to your hub): Rebooting is part of the work. Take the time you need to stay sharp.
Remote-First Culture: Many roles are fully remote. Employees based in or near our New York or Lisbon HQs are expected to work hybrid with weekly in-office time. Hub locations include the Brazil and Spain.
Parental Leave: Flexible parental leave to support new parents during this important transition.
Growth: Our interdisciplinary model gives every Darkroomer exposure far beyond their core role. Grow your skills, expand your influence, and stay at the forefront of the industry.
Equal Opportunity Statement
Darkroom is an equal opportunity workplace—we are dedicated to equal employment opportunities regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national orientation, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity, or Veteran status. We also consider qualified applicants regardless of criminal histories, consistent with legal requirements.
