Marketing Product Marketing Lead at Speckle

Product Marketing Lead develops positioning, messaging, and sales enablement content to bring a technical AEC data platform to enterprise customers.

Lead Hybrid Posted 3 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

ABOUT SPECKLE

At Speckle, we’re on a mission to shake up the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry. To do that, we’re building the data layer for AEC to operationalize how the built environment industry works with data and automation. Think of us as a cross between Github and Palantir, with an opportunity to significantly impact a $10 trillion industry. Our platform already powers workflows on billion dollar projects at leading firms like Suffolk Construction, SOM, Multiconsult, WSP, and Stantec.

Now, we’re focused on taking a paradigm-shifting product and bringing it to as many customers as possible. We’re building a generational company that will revolutionize the way one of the world’s largest industries works. We’re doing that by breaking down barriers and connecting architects, engineers, and designers across every project stage with data.

Speckle is backed by top-tier investors, working with some of the most innovative teams in AEC who are tired of outdated workflows and ready to transform how their organizations use data. Our dynamic team is spread across the U.S. and Europe, we value flexibility and hold regular in-person working sessions to keep us moving in the same direction, quickly.

THE ROLE

Speckle is looking for a Product Marketing Lead to own how we package, position, and sell a category-defining product into the enterprise.

You’ll be the connective tissue between product, sales, and the market. You’ll turn a technically deep platform, currently positioned as the design intelligence layer for AEC, into crisp packaging, sharp messaging, and the sales enablement content that helps our team win six-figure enterprise deals. When a member of our sales team walks into a room with a General Contractor or Engineering Service Provider, the narrative, the deck, the one-pager, and the ROI story they’re carrying are yours.

This is a hands-on, build-from-zero role. It’s a good fit if you’ve marketed technical or data products into complex B2B buyers, can translate product capability into buyer value without hand-holding, and are as comfortable writing the words as you are building the system that scales them.

We’re looking for a marketer who can do three things exceptionally well:

  1. Own product packaging and positioning: Define how we name, bundle, price-frame, and differentiate our products for each buyer segment.

  2. Craft messaging that resonates: Translate a complex platform into clear, compelling narratives that land with technical and executive buyers alike.

  3. Build the sales enablement engine: Create the decks, one-pagers, case studies and battlecards that make every seller more effective.

  4. Grow Speckle’s thought leadership: Build on our position as a leader in bringing real data infrastructure to AEC and position us as a trusted partner as the industry navigates the AI transformation through thought-provoking content and webinars.

This role requires 7+ years of product marketing experience (ideally in technical, data, or platform B2B), strong writing chops, and a builder mindset. We’re looking for someone who thrives in ambiguity and is equally comfortable authoring the messaging themselves as they are creating the frameworks and systems that let it scale.

This is a U.S.-based role. You must be located in and working from the Eastern (ET) time zone to stay closely aligned with our sales and product teams.

THE TEAM

You’ll be part of our Growth team. At Speckle, we’re a small, high-performing team building something ambitious. We move fast, default to action, and give talented people room to run.

We’re building a rocket ship and we move fast. We don’t have layers of management or endless meetings, we have smart people who take ownership, ship quickly, and learn from what works (and what doesn’t).

What makes our culture different

  • We default to trust and autonomy. You’ll have real ownership and impact on product/customers/growth from day one. We don’t micromanage and we hire people who don’t need it.

  • We move fast and expect you to keep pace. Startup speed isn’t for everyone. We make decisions quickly, test hypotheses, and iterate. If you thrive in structure and stability, you’ll hate it here. If you love building something from zero, you’ll love it.

  • We punch above our weight. We’re a small team working with industry giants. Our customers include some of the most innovative firms in AEC, and they expect excellence and enterprise-grade stability. We deliver.

  • We invest in curious, ambitious people who embrace a growth mindset. If you’re constantly asking “what if?” and “why not?”, see challenges as opportunities to learn, and help your teammates level up too, we’ll back you with mentorship, resources, and bigger opportunities.

YOUR PROFILE

Product Marketing & Positioning

  • 5-10 years in product marketing, ideally for technical, data, or platform products

  • Proven track record defining positioning and packaging for a product or product line

  • Ability to translate complex, technical capability into differentiated buyer value

  • Experience marketing to enterprise buyers with long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles

Messaging & Storytelling

  • Exceptional writer who can craft narratives for both technical and executive audiences

  • Track record building messaging frameworks, narratives, and value propositions from scratch

  • Comfortable translating product releases into launch narratives that drive demand

  • Can find the sharp, simple story inside a complex platform

Sales Enablement & Content

  • History of building the content that sellers actually use (i.e. decks, one-pagers, case studies, battlecards, ROI tools)

  • Experience partnering closely with sales to understand what wins deals, and building to it

  • Ability to run product launches end to end, coordinating across product, sales, and marketing

Industry & Domain (a plus)

  • Understanding of AEC, construction tech and/or infrastructure

  • Familiarity with data infrastructure, analytics, or enterprise platform products

  • Comfort with AI-driven products and the messaging nuance they require

Builder Mindset

  • Experience building marketing functions, systems, or content libraries from zero

  • Systems thinker who can balance hands-on execution with repeatable process

  • Thrives in ambiguity and gets energized by building rather than maintaining

WHY US?

  • Shape the role: You won’t be executing someone else’s playbook, you’ll help write it!

  • Work with innovators: Our customers are pushing the boundaries of what’s possible with AEC data.

  • Real impact: Your work directly influences our growth and the industry’s transformation.

  • Learn constantly: You’ll be exposed to cutting-edge workflows, automation, and how leading firms are preparing for the future.

  • Remote-first culture: Work from anywhere with a team that values autonomy and trust.

  • Competitive compensation: Base salary + generous equity.

  • Generous vacation policy: So you can disconnect and recharge.

  • In-person collaboration: We believe in the value of in-person collaboration, with frequent in-person working sessions and an annual all-company retreat.

  • We’re backed by highly accomplished venture firms that believe in us and our mission!

We celebrate our truly diverse and inclusive company culture and are committed to equal employment opportunity regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, or gender identity.

Marketing Senior Marketing Manager [GTM] (Chicago-Hybrid) at 8th Light

Senior marketer owns the full marketing function solo, driving GTM strategy through content, events, demand generation, and analytics for a tech consulting firm.

Senior Hybrid Posted 3 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Senior Marketing Manager, Go-To-Market

Location: Chicago, IL | Hybrid (1-2 days per week in office)

Reports to: Managing Director

Who We Are

At 8th Light, we bring life to the best ideas.

Founded in 2006 and headquartered in Chicago, we are a technology solutions consultancy that partners with organizations from early-stage startups to the world’s largest companies. We take on hard software challenges and turn them into durable results. We build agentic products, the platforms they run on, and the engineering and design at every layer.

Our commitment to quality means we deliver solutions we’re truly proud of, while our curiosity sparks innovation and breakthrough thinking. 8th Lights thrive in an environment that champions continuous education, fueling our growth through mentorship and hands-on work. We foster an open, collaborative culture grounded in honesty that builds trust, and believe true success is measured by the outcomes we create for our clients.

If this kind of work and our kind of people energize you, you’ve found the right place.

Who You Are

You’re a hands-on marketer who makes things happen. You’ve spent your career close to the work, turning strategy into a steady cadence of content, events, and outreach that actually ships. You’re energized by a clear market position and the discipline of carrying it anywhere a buyer might meet us.

You understand that in a market flooded with AI-generated noise, senior buyers are moved by credible expert voices, real stories, and warm relationships. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role. You’ll own the full marketing function solo, not manage a team, so you’re as comfortable in the weeds of a newsletter as you are setting the measurement strategy. You’d rather help technologists publish sharp, field-anchored points of view on a reliable rhythm than blast a generic email to a list and you have the ability to shape an expert’s thinking without being the expert yourself.

You own the system, not just the project, and you hold yourself accountable to the results. Over your 6-8 years of experience, you’ve brought:

  • Proven ownership of marketing measurement and analytics: you’ve instrumented a marketing stack, stood up always-on reporting, and led with numbers instead of waiting for someone else to produce them
  • Fluency with SEO and AEO, demand generation, and website and content analytics tooling
  • Experience marketing a professional services, consulting, or technical product business to senior B2B buyers
  • A track record building and running an editorial or content engine across owned channels: LinkedIn, newsletter, blog, and website
  • Real event execution experience, ideally intimate, executive-level formats rather than large-scale conferences
  • Comfort partnering with senior technologists to surface stories and points of view, and the editorial judgment to keep them on message
  • A relationship-driven instinct: you treat a peer referral and a warm introduction as the highest-value signals you can create
  • Plainspoken writing and editing skills, and a low tolerance for jargon
  • The organizational savvy to coordinate sales, client service, and leadership toward a shared rhythm, including people who don’t report to you

What You’ll Do At 8th Light

We sell expert-led technology solutions and our pipeline tracks with how present and invested our experts are in the market. Your job is to make that presence consistent, sharpen the message behind it, and build the system that keeps it running without depending on heroics. You’ll own execution of our go-to-market plan and report to the Managing Director.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Instrumenting and running always-on reporting on the leading indicators that show the engine is working, including content engagement from target buyer titles, newsletter growth, website journeys, and event conversion
  • Turning the numbers into decisions: where to invest, what to cut, concentrating where we can show up reliably and pruning channels we can’t sustain
  • Owning the editorial calendar across our owned channels, and keeping every surface carrying our position: agentic products, deep platform expertise
  • Building and running our content engine: capturing stories, anecdotes, and field observations (including from our executive dinners), organizing them so they’re easy to find, and pushing ready-to-use material to sales and client service leaders for meetings and events
  • Elevating a small group of named senior technologists into a consistent publishing rhythm, helping them turn field experience into strong, defensible points of view, while continuing to encourage broad participation from across the firm
  • Planning and executing a series of small, themed, invite-only executive dinners across our hub cities, plus a virtual format for those who can’t travel, and turn each one into material that feeds the next quarter’s content
  • Supporting our outreach and introduction motions by equipping client service leaders and sales directors with content, curated event schedules, and targeting recommendations

Strongly Preferred Skills

We work across many areas, and we encourage anyone with the experience above to apply. We’d particularly like to hear from applicants with experience in:

  • Experience at a small to mid-sized company where marketing stays close to hands-on execution
  • Marketing technical services such as software consulting, data, or AI and machine learning work
  • Running a thought-leadership or named-voice program with subject-matter experts
  • Fluency with the current AI and agentic landscape, and sharp judgment to gauge whether a technical point of view will land as credible with a senior buyer
  • Marketing operations and analytics tooling, including SEO and AEO
  • Building or customizing your own AI-assisted workflows for content drafting, asset generation, and performance tracking, rather than relying on existing tools

Compensation

At 8th Light, we are committed to a compensation philosophy that is transparent, fair, and helps us attract and retain top talent in alignment with our company’s strategic growth goals and clients’ needs.

Our national page range for our Senior Marketing Manager position is: $106,100 - $132,600.

Travel Expectation

You’ll travel about 15-20% of the time, mostly short trips tied to a specific purpose rather than a heavy standing schedule. The bulk of it centers on our executive dinner series, small, invite-only events across our hub cities that you’ll help plan and run.

How You’ll Be Supported

At 8th Light, we believe our people are our greatest asset. Their growth, well-being, and success shape our future.

Our wellness package is designed with the Whole YOU in mind and includes:

  • A robust L&D program featuring unlimited access to thousands of books, courses, and expert-led training on the O’Reilly learning platform
  • Annual financial stipend and time allotment for learning & development
  • Coworking support for our global team
  • Flexible PTO with Floating Holidays
  • 12 weeks of new parent leave available for eligible employees
  • Transparent semi-annual promotion panel

See our full list of Benefits (http://8thlight.com/benefits).

8th Light Hubs and Geographies

8th Light’s culture is rooted in strong connections that extend across our teams, regions, and beyond client work. We are a distributed team across the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom, with hubs in Chicago, London, Los Angeles, New York, and Seattle.

If you are hired into a hub, you will be part of a team with regular rituals around coworking and community building. For team members outside of those cities, we offer access to coworking spaces to foster continued collaboration and connection across our global team.

We hope to see you apply!

#LI-Hybrid

Who we’re looking for

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation, campaign management, or growth marketing
  • Experience executing multi-channel campaigns — you’ve run programs across email, paid, webinars, and/or events and can speak to the results
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (Marketo or HubSpot) — you’ve built or actively managed campaigns and nurture flows, not just observed them
  • Strong project management skills — you’re highly organized, deadline-driven, and able to keep multiple programs moving simultaneously
  • Comfortable working closely with Sales and partner-facing teams; you understand the handoff process
  • Exposure to paid channels (LinkedIn, Google Search) as part of integrated programs is a plus
  • Some experience with AI tools and a willingness to incorporate them into your workflows to move faster and work smarter
  • Motivated by pipeline metrics and conversion outcomes, not just campaign activity

We believe that traveling and hospitality should leave a lasting positive impact on the mind, body, and soul. Marketing Digital Communications Director at Cloudflare

Directs digital communications strategy across social media, web, and executive positioning to build Cloudflare's brand and influence enterprise and developer audiences.

Lead Hybrid Posted 6 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About Us

At Cloudflare, we are on a mission to help build a better Internet. Today the company runs one of the world’s largest networks that powers millions of websites and other Internet properties for customers ranging from individual bloggers to SMBs to Fortune 500 companies. Cloudflare protects and accelerates any Internet application online without adding hardware, installing software, or changing a line of code. Internet properties powered by Cloudflare all have web traffic routed through its intelligent global network, which gets smarter with every request. As a result, they see significant improvement in performance and a decrease in spam and other attacks. Cloudflare was named to Entrepreneur Magazine’s Top Company Cultures list and ranked among the World’s Most Innovative Companies by Fast Company.

At Cloudflare, we’re not looking for people who wait for a polished roadmap; we’re looking for the builders who see the cracks in the Internet that everyone else has simply learned to live with. We value candidates who have the instinct to spot a “normalized” problem and the AI-native curiosity to create a solution using the latest tools. Our culture is built on iteration, leveraging AI to ship faster today to make it better tomorrow, while ensuring that every improvement, no matter how small, is shared across the team to lift everyone up. If you’re the type of person who values curiosity over bureaucracy, and that AI is a partner in solving tough problems to keep the Internet moving forward, you’ll fit right in.

Available Locations: San Francisco, New York, Austin

About the role

We are looking for a Director of Digital Communications to redefine how Cloudflare shows up online. In this role, you will think like a storyteller—transforming our deep data pools, research, and corporate milestones into a sophisticated, multi-platform strategy. You will oversee global social media, executive digital positioning, web-based storytelling, and community-driven engagement to build a cohesive, influential, and authentic digital brand.

You are a visionary storyteller, a sharp strategist, and an Internet-native thinker. You understand that how we communicate on GitHub, Reddit, Hacker News, and YouTube matters just as much as a headline in The Wall Street Journal. This role isn’t just about managing a content calendar; it’s about strategically deploying Cloudflare’s voice on LinkedIn, X, and via digital assets to influence enterprise buyers, developers, tech policy leaders, and the global business community.

If you understand Internet subcultures, appreciate a great tech meme, and know how to foster genuine developer loyalty at scale, this is your sandbox.

Responsibilities

  • Architect the Digital Strategy: Define the overarching vision for Cloudflare’s corporate digital channels, ensuring our voice is distinct, authoritative, and deeply understood by tech-savvy audiences and enterprise buyers alike.
  • Elevate Executive Positioning: Partner directly with our executive leadership team to shape and scale their personal digital brands, turning complex industry trends into compelling online narratives.
  • Drive Multi-Channel Storytelling: Manage our corporate social media channels (X/Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) while expanding our strategic footprint into emerging platforms and technical communities.
  • Bridge Tech and Culture: Translate highly complex technical milestones—from network infrastructure to post-quantum cryptography—into creative, engaging, and accessible digital content.
  • Crisis & Rapid Response: Act as a critical node in our crisis management engine. When internet-scale events happen, you will ensure our digital response is swift, transparent, accurate, and aligned with our core values.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Establish robust measurement frameworks to track brand sentiment, share of voice, and engagement, continuously iterating our strategy based on hard data.

Desirable Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in corporate communications, digital strategy, or brand journalism, with at least 4+ years leading high-performing digital or social teams in the B2B tech or SaaS space.
  • Deep Tech Literacy: You don’t need to write code, but you must be able to hold your own with engineers and product managers. You understand how the Internet works and can explain the “why” behind cloud infrastructure and cybersecurity.
  • Platform Fluent: You know the algorithms, subcultures, and unwritten rules of LinkedIn, X, Reddit, YouTube, and Threads. You know what builds authentic engagement and what feels like cringe corporate noise.
  • Exceptional Judgment: You possess a flawless editorial compass. You know exactly when to jump on a viral trend, when to remain serious, and how to handle sensitive geopolitical or cybersecurity issues online.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams, from Legal and Product to Policy and Investor Relations.

Bonus Points

  • You have a background in tech journalism or have managed communications for an open-source project.
  • You are an active participant in the tech ecosystem yourself (we’d love to see your portfolio, blog, or digital projects).
  • You have a genuine obsession with making the internet a faster, safer, and more reliable place.

Compensation

Compensation may be adjusted depending on work location.

  • For Bay Area based hires: Estimated annual salary of $170,000 - $234,000
  • For New York based hires: Estimated annual salary o $163,000 - $224,000

Equity

This role is eligible to participate in Cloudflare’s equity plan.

Marketing Senior Marketing Manager, U.S. Public Sector at MongoDB

Develops and executes integrated marketing strategies and programs for MongoDB's U.S. Public Sector business, driving federal account engagement and pipeline growth through events, partnerships, and go-to-market initiatives.

Senior Hybrid Posted 12 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

A senior field and partner marketer who can translate Public Sector strategy into focused, measurable go-to-market execution across priority federal accounts, partner ecosystems, and high-impact market moments.

We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in Raleigh for our hybrid working model.

About the Role

MongoDB is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager, U.S. Public Sector to lead strategy and execution for key Public Sector marketing priorities, with a primary focus on federal growth motions. This role will translate business priorities into integrated marketing plans that strengthen account engagement, accelerate pipeline, deepen partner alignment, and build market momentum for MongoDB in highly regulated buying environments.

This is a strategic, hands-on senior individual contributor role. The right candidate can independently lead complex, cross-functional programs; create clear operating rhythms; influence senior stakeholders across Sales, Partner, Product Marketing, Developer Relations, Customer Success, Communications, and Marketing leadership; and connect marketing activity to measurable business outcomes.

The Senior Marketing Manager will play a central role in MongoDB’s Public Sector growth strategy by driving high-impact programs across priority agencies and partner-led routes to market. This includes helping activate major Public Sector growth moments, such as FedRAMP High-related go-to-market motions.

This role reports to the Regional Marketing Lead and works closely with Public Sector Sales, Partner, and Marketing leadership.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and own the annual U.S. Public Sector marketing plan, aligning investments to business priorities, target segments, priority accounts, partner ecosystems, and pipeline goals
  • Translate senior leadership direction into clear quarterly priorities, program plans, success metrics, and stakeholder operating rhythms across the Public Sector business
  • Lead the strategy, planning, execution, and measurement of MongoDB’s flagship Public Sector marketing programs, including the Public Sector Summit, executive engagements, partner activations, field events, webinars, roundtables, and developer-focused programs
  • Drive account- and agency-aware marketing activation in support of priority federal growth motions, with emphasis on high-value agencies and workloads across areas such as USPS, IRS and Treasury, DHS, CMS, SSA, and adjacent modernization opportunities
  • Build and manage market activation plans tied to MongoDB’s Public Sector growth priorities, including coordinated go-to-market motions around FedRAMP High and related trust, security, and modernization narratives, in partnership with Product Marketing, Security/GRC, Legal, Sales, Partner, and Communications stakeholders
  • Ensure external activation tied to FedRAMP High or related authorization milestones follows approved claims language and launch guardrails
  • Partner closely with Carahsoft as MongoDB’s primary Public Sector distributor, as well as cloud partners, federal systems integrators, resellers, and ecosystem partners, to develop joint programs that extend reach and accelerate pipeline
  • Orchestrate cross-functional contributions from Product Marketing, Communications, GDC, Events, Developer Relations, and partner teams. This role is not responsible for owning content creation or product messaging strategy; it is responsible for turning approved messaging and programs into effective market execution
  • Provide strategic guidance and prioritization support to adjacent Public Sector and Strategic Accounts Marketing resources so account-level activity ladders into the broader Public Sector plan
  • Establish and maintain clear performance reporting across pipeline influence, opportunity progression, executive engagement, partner contribution, attendance, follow-up, and ROI, with attention to FedRAMP-tagged and account-specific impact where applicable
  • Use data, sales input, partner feedback, and market insight to refine programs, improve execution quality, and identify repeatable plays that can scale across the Public Sector business

Who You Are

  • A strategic Public Sector marketer who can connect agency priorities, sales motions, partner routes to market, and marketing execution into one cohesive plan
  • A senior operator who can independently lead high-visibility, cross-functional programs with minimal oversight and strong attention to detail
  • A marketer who can turn broad strategy into clear goals, execution plans, and simple operating rhythms for diverse stakeholders
  • A confident communicator who can present to senior stakeholders, steer complex conversations, and drive alignment across groups with different incentives and perspectives
  • A partner-savvy marketer who understands the role of distributors, cloud partners, systems integrators, and contract vehicles in Public Sector go-to-market motions
  • A revenue-focused leader who measures success through pipeline, opportunity acceleration, executive access, partner impact, and long-term account momentum
  • A pragmatic builder who knows when to create focus, when to escalate trade-offs, and how to keep teams centered on outcomes rather than activity

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally across Public Sector, enterprise technology, cloud, data, cybersecurity, developer platforms, infrastructure software, GovTech, or other highly regulated environments
  • Experience owning strategy and execution for a major segment, region, vertical, or portfolio of strategic accounts, with clear accountability for business outcomes
  • Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional programs that require coordination across multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of Public Sector buying environments, including procurement cycles, budget timing, contract vehicles, partner influence, and multi-stakeholder decision-making
  • Experience working with Public Sector partner ecosystems, especially distributors, cloud providers, systems integrators, resellers, or channel partners
  • Experience planning and executing high-impact customer or industry programs such as flagship events, executive engagements, partner activations, summits, or multi-touch field campaigns
  • Experience supporting go-to-market efforts tied to trust, compliance, authorization, or regulated-environment milestones such as FedRAMP, StateRAMP, DoD impact levels, CJIS, HIPAA, zero trust, secure cloud, or similar frameworks
  • Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, prioritization, analytical, and project management skills
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, Salesforce, ABM, analytics, marketing automation, and reporting platforms such as 6sense, Eloqua, Tableau, Sigma, PathFactory, or similar tools is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Ability to travel to customer locations, partner meetings, events, and internal planning sessions as required

Success Measures

Within 3 Months

  • Built strong working relationships with Public Sector Sales, Partner, Product Marketing, Events, GDC, and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Established a clear view of Public Sector business priorities, priority agencies, partner landscape, and active marketing motions
  • Created a simple operating rhythm for planning, reporting, and stakeholder alignment

Within 6 Months

  • Activated a cohesive Public Sector marketing plan aligned to target accounts, partner opportunities, and pipeline goals
  • Advanced execution across major programs and partner motions, including activations tied to FedRAMP High-related go-to-market priorities
  • Demonstrated measurable impact through account engagement, executive meetings, opportunity progression, partner activity, or pipeline influence

Within 12 Months

  • Operated as a trusted senior marketing lead for U.S. Public Sector
  • Delivered successful flagship and partner-led programs with clear business impact
  • Strengthened alignment across Public Sector strategy, partner marketing, account marketing, and field execution while showing clear influence on pipeline and market momentum

Designs and manages marketing automation infrastructure, optimizes cross-functional sales/marketing/CS processes, and administers Salesforce platforms to scale revenue operations.

Mid Hybrid Posted 12 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Description

**This position is based in Bulgaria with hybrid or remote working options. Applicants must hold a valid work/residence permit for the respective location.**

Chaos is a leading global software company that provides world-class visualization and design solutions, empowering creative minds to bring ideas to life.

For over twenty years, Chaos has developed innovative technologies serving multiple industries, including architecture and design, media and entertainment, and product e-commerce. Chaos’ solutions help architects, designers, VFX artists/animators, and other creative professionals share ideas, optimize workflows, and create immersive experiences.

Headquartered in Karlsruhe, Germany, Chaos is a global company with offices in 11 cities worldwide. In 2022, Chaos and Enscape merged, bringing together two industry-leading companies into one. Since then, Chaos has continued to grow with the additions of Cylindo, AXYZ Design, and Evolve Lab, further expanding our expertise and solutions across architecture, design, e-commerce, and AI. For more information, please visit chaos.com.

The Growth Automation Manager owns the systems and architectural layer of the revenue tech stack, designing, building, and maintaining the automation infrastructure that scales Sales, Customer Success (CS), and Marketing operations. The role bridges high-level process architecture and deep technical execution, translating complex cross-functional stakeholder requirements into scalable, silo-free workflows, and proactively engineering systemic solutions to operational challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process Design & Optimisation: Map, analyse, and redesign operational processes across Sales, CS, and Marketing. Identify inefficiencies, eliminate silos, and replace manual effort with scalable automation - proactively, not just reactively.

  • Cross-functional initiative leadership: Drive and lead cross-functional automation and process improvement initiatives end-to-end - from scoping and stakeholder alignment through to implementation and handover. You are the person who connects the dots across teams and sees projects through.

  • Platform Administration: Own the configuration, architecture, and health of our core go-to-market automation platforms. Maintain a strong working knowledge of Salesforce and collaborate with the central Systems team where platform boundaries require it. This includes workflow management, data architecture, and proactive troubleshooting.

  • Integration Development: Design and maintain integrations across the revenue tech stack.

  • Data Health & Governance: Own data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across platforms. Maintain synchronisation logic, data mappings, and property frameworks. Solve upstream data problems before they create downstream failures.

  • Technical QA: Own end-to-end testing and validation of all automation workflows before they go live - logic-stressing, pre-launch checks, and post-launch monitoring.

  • Innovation: Continuously evaluate whether current processes and system architectures are the best approach. Bring forward improvements, new patterns, and smarter solutions without being asked.

Requirements

Required Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on, administrative-level experience managing enterprise CRM and marketing automation platforms, with deep functional expertise in HubSpot configuration (advanced workflows, segmentations, third-party integrations, and core data architecture).

  • Experience managing Salesforce environment dependencies, including standard/custom data objects, multi-platform data synchronization logic, and advanced native reporting capabilities.

  • Demonstrated track record of rapidly evaluating, auditing, and adopting emerging revenue technology and specialized automation platforms (e.g. Hook).

  • Prior experience utilizing data enrichment platforms (e.g. Clay) and the ability to read, write, or audit custom technical scripts (JavaScript, Python, or similar) is considered an advantage.

Required Skills

  • Advanced systems-thinking and process-mapping capabilities. Proven ability to design and optimize end-to-end macro-workflows rather than isolated steps, with an emphasis on systematically eliminating cross-functional silos and data redundancy.

  • Exceptional communication and collaborative skills, with a verified capability to bridge business needs and technical execution by translating complex, non-technical commercial requirements into precise system architecture specifications.

  • High level of autonomy, initiative, and structured execution. Proactive mindset to independently identify operational gaps, thoroughly document technical design decisions, and engineer sustainable, long-term infrastructure.

  • Professional verbal and written fluency in English is mandatory.

We welcome people who value teamwork, stick to their commitments and are curious to explore new ways for achieving mastery. If you believe that you are a good match for the job, just send us your CV in English.

Only short-listed candidates will be contacted.

Confidentiality of all applications is assured.

Marketing Senior Marketing Manager, U.S. Public Sector at MongoDB

Develops and executes U.S. Public Sector marketing strategy, leading integrated programs and campaigns to drive federal account growth and pipeline acceleration across priority agencies.
