We’re looking for a Senior and Mid Level Frontend Engineer to join our Agents engineering pod, part of a combined Growth & Agents organization building the next generation of AI-powered customer communication.
This team is responsible for the user experiences behind configurable AI agents across voice, SMS, and email, helping personal injury law firms communicate with clients more effectively through intelligent, multi-channel workflows.
As one of the senior frontend engineers on the team, you’ll own technical decisions end-to-end, from shaping ambiguous product ideas through production. You’ll partner closely with Product and Design to define entirely new user experiences for AI-powered workflows, influence the direction of the platform, and solve open-ended problems where there isn’t always a clear right answer.
