Design Web Designer & Webflow Developer at Flex

Design and build marketing pages and web experiences in Webflow while leveraging AI tools to accelerate design and development workflows.

Mid Hybrid Posted 1 day ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Flex is a growth-stage, NYC headquartered FinTech company that is creating the best rent payment experience. It’s hard to believe that it’s 2026 and paying rent on time is expensive, inflexible, and difficult. We’re here to change that! Flex enables our users to pay rent throughout the month on a schedule that better fits their finances and budget. Our mission is to empower as many renters as possible with flexibility over their most significant recurring expense. After deliberately keeping a stealth profile as we built up unprecedented investor support and an enthusiastic user base, we are looking for motivated individuals to help us keep our mission growing. Will you be a part of the team?

We’re looking for a hybrid designer and Webflow developer to help bring a new brand to life across our website. This role is for someone who can both design page experiences and build them in Webflow—owning work end to end rather than handing it off.

You’ll partner closely with our creative director, existing Webflow developer, content team, and PM to move the rebrand forward quickly. Design and implementation will happen in parallel rather than as separate, sequential phases.

We’re also looking for someone who works in an AI-native way—using AI, LLMs, coding assistants, agents, and workflow automation to accelerate design, page creation, development, content operations, and QA while maintaining a high bar for quality and brand consistency.

What you’ll do

Design

  • Design high-fidelity, on-brand page layouts, components, and templates that bring our new brand direction to the web
  • Extend a small set of bespoke “hero” pages designed by our brand agency into a consistent, scalable system across the broader site
  • Design a range of marketing pages, from interactive and motion-rich experiences to simpler, templatized pages
  • Contribute to a reusable component and module library so design decisions propagate consistently across pages
  • Apply strong visual, responsive, accessible, and conversion-focused design principles

Build

  • Build and launch net-new pages, templates, components, and modules in Webflow
  • Create scalable Webflow systems using reusable components, variables, CMS collections, and responsive patterns
  • Translate Figma designs—your own and others’—into clean, high-fidelity Webflow builds
  • Implement interactions, animations, and custom HTML, CSS, or JavaScript when needed
  • Reskin and migrate existing pages while ensuring they remain easy for nontechnical partners to maintain

Use AI and automation

  • Use AI and coding assistants to accelerate design exploration, content structuring, page creation, component development, custom code, and debugging
  • Build or configure AI agents and workflow automations for CMS preparation, content transformation, metadata generation, page auditing, link validation, and QA
  • Identify repetitive processes that can become reliable, reusable AI-assisted workflows while critically reviewing output for accuracy, accessibility, originality, and brand quality

Ship & collaborate

  • Design, implement, test, and prepare pages for launch without unnecessary handoffs
  • Collaborate closely with the creative director, existing Webflow developer, content, marketing, and PM
  • QA across devices, browsers, and responsive breakpoints
  • Ensure strong performance, accessibility, SEO fundamentals, analytics readiness, redirects, and launch quality
  • Document key components, CMS structures, custom code, automations, and publishing workflows

What we’re looking for

  • Strong design and Webflow development capabilities in one skill set, with a portfolio showing excellent visual and brand design alongside shipped, high-quality Webflow builds
  • Speed—the ability to move quickly and ship high-quality work in a fast-moving environment with shifting inputs, priorities, and timelines
  • A strong eye for systems, with experience creating scalable page templates, reusable components, module libraries, and CMS structures (e.g. shared templates with swappable color sets and content modules)
  • Strong understanding of HTML and CSS, comfort using JavaScript or custom code when needed, and the ability to implement high-fidelity builds from Figma
  • Strong hands-on experience with Webflow CMS, responsive behavior, reusable components, variables, and Webflow Interactions (IX2), including motion and interactive page elements
  • Demonstrated professional experience using AI and LLM tools, including building or configuring AI agents and workflow automations for design, development, content, or QA workflows
  • Strong attention to detail across responsive behavior, accessibility, QA, performance, SEO fundamentals, and design consistency
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented, with the ability to communicate clearly, maintain momentum, and design and ship in parallel

Nice to have

  • Experience with GSAP, APIs, webhooks, or custom integrations
  • Experience with analytics, experimentation, or conversion optimization
  • Experience with major rebrands, content migrations, localization, or multi-product websites

Contract details

  • Hours: Full time, 40 hours a week
  • Duration: 3 month, with strong likelihood of extension or conversion with positive performance

You will turn approved design concepts into flawless, technically precise, print-ready packaging files for all primary and secondary components.

Reporting to a Creative Packaging Designer, you bring an absolute obsession with technical details (dielines, typography, and print specs) and a deep appreciation for the aesthetics of prestige beauty.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Pre-Press & Production

  • Mechanical File Creation: Build and finalize precise, print-ready mechanical files for primary components (bottles, tubes) and secondary packaging (boxes, cartons)

  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, with expert-level proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Deep understanding of printing processes, specialty finishes (hot stamping, embossing), ink limitations, and substrate textures
  • Exceptional proofreading skills and an eagle-eye focus on picking up minor alignment, copy, or structural discrepancies

We’d love to have you apply, even if you don’t feel you meet every single requirement. What’s most important to us is finding authentic and accountable people who feel connected to our mission and values, not just candidates who check off all the boxes. We are looking for someone who will bring all their expertise, learn, and grow with us.

Our Total Rewards:

The annual base pay for this position is $85,000 - $95,000 with eligibility for an annual bonus. The actual base pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, years of relevant experience, skill level, functional expertise, certificates or other professional licenses held and geographic location.

Design Arize Ai: Open Source Design Engineer

Design engineer who creates interfaces and experiences for AI observability platforms, including agent-friendly UI surfaces and interactive visualizations for AI teams.

Mid Remote Posted 3 days ago We Work Remotely — Programming
What this role involves

Headquarters: Remote (United States)

About Arize

AI is rapidly transforming the world. As generative AI reshapes industries, teams need powerful ways to monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize their AI systems. That’s where we come in. Arize AI is the leading AI & Agent Engineering observability and evaluation platform, empowering AI engineers to ship high-performing, reliable agents and applications. From first prototype to production scale, Arize AX unifies build, test, and run in a single workspace—so teams can ship faster with confidence.

We’re a Series C company backed by top-tier investors, with over $135M in funding and a rapidly growing customer base of 150+ leading enterprises and Fortune 500 companies. Customers like Booking.com, Uber, Siemens, and PepsiCo leverage Arize to deliver AI that works.

The Role

We're looking for a Design Engineer to build ambitious interfaces at the frontier of AI development, evaluation, and observability. You'll design, prototype, and ship experiences that help AI teams understand, troubleshoot, and improve the systems powering their next-generation applications.

Here's what makes this role different: Modern AI work is no longer purely human-driven. Arize Phoenix is a platform used by AI teams and AI agents such as Claude Code. You won't just craft great UX. You'll pioneer great AX (Agent Experience)—product surfaces that are delightful for people and interoperable, safe, and legible for agents.

What You’ll Work On

Product & Interface Design

  • Design and build compelling product experiences for Arize Phoenix across UI-driven and programmatic workflows

  • Create interactive visualizations for embeddings, traces, evaluation runs, and agent/tool workflows

  • Develop reusable components and templates for our design system, from concept to production

Agent Experience (AX)

  • Build Agent Experience primitives: interaction contracts, human-in-the-loop workflows, and agent-friendly UI surfaces

  • Enable agents to query, navigate, trigger evaluations

  • Shape the patterns that define how humans and AI agents collaborate within a shared workspace

Prototyping & Exploration

  • Prototype new AI features and UI patterns for visualizing performance, surfacing anomalies, and explaining AI behavior—especially for multi-step agent systems

  • Use AI-assisted UI generation to accelerate prototyping while maintaining craft, accessibility, and consistency

  • Push the boundaries of what's possible when your users include both humans and machines

You Might Be a Great Fit If You

  • Have strong frontend engineering skills (React, TypeScript) paired with design sensibility

  • Think deeply about interaction design, information architecture, and developer experience

  • Are curious about AI systems and eager to learn how agents, evaluations, and observability work

  • Enjoy prototyping quickly and iterating toward polish

  • Care about accessibility, performance, and craft

  • Thrive in open-source communities and async collaboration

Why Arize

Arize Phoenix is becoming the shared workspace where AI teams investigate issues and make decisions—while agents run evaluations, triage failures, and propose fixes alongside them. We're not just building tools for AI development. We're building the environment where humans and AI agents work together.

This is a rare opportunity to define the design language for a new category of product experience. If you're excited about designing for users that include both people and AI systems, we'd love to talk.

The estimated annual salary and variable compensation for this role is between $145,000 - $185,000, plus a competitive equity package. Actual compensation is determined based upon a variety of job related factors that may include: transferable work experience, skill sets, and qualifications. Total compensation also includes a comprehensive benefit package, including: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, unlimited paid time off, generous parental leave plan, and others for mental and wellness support.

While we are a remote-first company, we have opened offices in New York City and the San Francisco Bay Area, as an option for those in those cities who wish to work in-person. For all other employees, there is a WFH monthly stipend to pay for co-working spaces.

Design garden3d: Head of Design

Head of Design leads creative direction and maintains exceptional design standards across a worker-owned creative collective's diverse projects including brands, apps, and IoT devices.

Lead Posted 4 days ago We Work Remotely — Programming
What this role involves

Headquarters: New York City
URL: https://garden3d.net/

We are hiring a Head of Design for the garden3d creative collective, to uphold an exceedingly high bar on every single thing we make

More details if you check our original job posting link

About garden3d

We are worker owned creative collective, innovating on everything from brands and IRL communities to IoT devices and cross platform apps. We share profit, open source everything, spin out new businesses, and invest in exciting ideas through financial and/or in-kind contributions.

Our client roster includes Google, Stripe, Figma, Hinge, Black Socialists in America, ACLU, Pratt, Parsons, Mozilla, The Nobel Prize, MIT, Gnosis, Etsy & Gagosian.

We’re the software team behind innovative products like The Light Phone & Mill, and we operate a global, decentralized community space collective called Index Space.

We think of our garden3d as collective for creative people, prioritizing a happy, talented, and diverse studio culture. We work on projects that bring value to our world, and we balance deep care for the work we do with a genuine curiosity about life outside of our jobs.

Sanctuary Computer — Development

At Sanctuary Computer we’re building a different type of technology shop – one that prioritizes close collaboration between the client and the craftsperson.

Our projects range from design-forward websites, to robust web apps, to native mobile development.

XXIX — Design

When we started XXIX in 2013, we set out to create a different kind of design studio and we’ve thrived because we continually ask what a creative practice can be.

We’re building a radically different kind of organization that values autonomy, growth, transparency, and shared responsibility.

Index Space — Community

A network of physical spaces all around the world, Index provides space for the exchange of knowledge and tools.

We nurture trust within the creative community through generosity and abundance of ideas and care.

garden3d TK — Media

At garden3d, we’re in the early stages of building an experimental media company exploring emerging themes related to the evolving landscape of technology, design and culture.

We aim to monetize this outlet, publish books, produce screenplays, and release music.

The Head of Design Role

The garden3d Head of Design has one mandate: nothing we put on the internet falls below an 8 out of 10. We are a house of brands - Sanctuary Computer (development), XXIX (design), Index Space (community), USB Club (digital community), and the garden3d umbrella itself - and all of them ship work into the world under our name. Working in close partnership with our founder & president Hugh Francis, this person sets the craft standard, and builds the culture that holds it.

You can be based anywhere. A lot of our people are in New York and there's some gravity here, but we already work across timezones and we would happily hire in Europe, Singapore, Chicago, or wherever you are. If you're the right person, we want to hear from you.

This role works with studio leads, designers, developers, editors, animators, photographers and clients across every garden3d vertical.

This person can move between a brand identity, a product interface, a case study and a launch film in the same week, and raise the bar on each of them.

They span all of garden3d, but their home base is XXIX. Our design studio is where the standard gets set, and where it either holds or slips, so this person runs critique there. Regular reviews. Honest and specific feedback. A shared language for why one thing is better than another, and what practically to do about it. Then they carry that same bar everywhere: to Sanctuary Computer's product and web work, to Index, to new USB Club product launches, to garden3d TK and everything we publish.

They are also how we get better people. Our work is only as good as the designers making it, so this person hunts for exceptional talent, sells them on us, and sets them up to do the best work of their careers. The ideal candidate looks at a worker-owned collective with four studios, an open P&L and clients like Google, Figma and The Nobel Prize, and sees a design practice they can propel among the best in the world.

Responsibilities & Mandates

‍Quality never less than 8/10

We aspire for 10/10, celebrate 9/10 and never publish anything that’s not an 8/10 - visually, narratively, and in production quality. This person holds that line across every website, brand, deck, film, case study and post, on every vertical. They would rather kill a piece than let a 6 out the door. Their feedback makes work better and faster, without micromanaging the people who make it.

A critique culture at XXIX

XXIX is where our standard lives, so this is where most of their energy goes. They build and run its critique practice: reviews with teeth, feedback that is specific rather than polite, and a vocabulary the whole studio shares. A designer should leave a crit knowing exactly what to do next. Done well, the crit is what makes the studio better than any one person in it, including them.

Hiring and empowering the very best

They are a magnet for exceptional designers. They know where to find them, how to convince them, and how to give them enough room to do their best work while still holding them to the standard. People who work for this person should get visibly better, and should say so.

Client craft, at blue-chip standard

Our clients include Google, Stripe, Figma, Mozilla, The Nobel Prize and Gagosian. This person has sat across the table from companies like these, presented work, defended it, and shaped a brand narrative the client's own leadership could repeat back to their board. They can run a room, and they've done it across many industries, not just one.

New design business, and the projects that matter most

They run new business for design. Pitching, scoping and closing the work we actually want, and building the relationships that bring the next one back. When a project is our highest-profile or highest-budget, they're in it: not always as the day-to-day lead, but as the person shaping the creative direction and making sure it lands. The work we win, and the work we're known for, is the clearest measure of whether this is going well.

Type and editorial design

Typography and editorial systems are core craft here, not a specialism we farm out. This person has a real practice in both. Their type choices should be one of the first things you notice about their portfolio, and one of the first things our designers learn from them.

Case study production

Every engagement across our studios should end in a case study you'd want to read. Producing them is second nature to this person: interviewing the team, shaping the narrative, art-directing the assets, and shipping something that wins the studio its next project.

️ Websites that put our best foot forward

Our sites are usually the first place a prospective client or hire meets us. This person owns what each garden3d site says, what work it shows, and how clearly it explains what that studio can do. They keep sites, decks and collateral current as the work moves, so what people find is sharp and true.

Presence IRL

garden3d shows up in person: events, conferences, talks, Index programming, and the dinners and openings where our world gathers. This person decides which of these deserve our time, gets us there looking like ourselves, and comes back with something to publish.

Culture

They model garden3d's values of partnership, curiosity, and accountability. The designers they lead do the best work of their careers here, because the feedback is honest, the recognition is earned, and the taste rubs off.

Special Projects

In addition to day to day responsibilities, here’s an idea of some of the projects this role may spearhead or support in coming years →

  • Building XXIX's critique practice into something other studios try to copy
  • Landing the kind of flagship design engagement that changes what people think we do
  • Hiring the next generation of the design team, across every garden3d studio
  • Rebuilding our studio websites so each one sells its studio properly
  • A case study production line that feeds all four new-business pipelines
  • Bringing our type and editorial practice into garden3d TK: books, covers, records, screenplays
  • Setting the AI-assisted design pipeline the whole collective works from

Qualifications

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to make a significant impact in a growing, dynamic company. Based on the responsibilities of this role, we think the right candidate has the following experience and skills:

Must have:

  • 10+ years in design, at least three of them leading a team inside a studio, agency or founder-led company
  • A portfolio that proves exceptional taste: visual, typographic and narrative
  • Type design and editorial design as core craft, not an occasional side interest
  • Extensive client experience: presenting and defending work in front of blue-chip companies across many industries, and shaping the brand narrative their leadership repeats back
  • A track record of winning design work, not only delivering it: pitching, scoping and closing new business at the top of the market
  • A track record of hiring exceptional designers, and of people who got measurably better working for them
  • Running critique: feedback that is specific, honest and actionable, and the ability to build a studio culture around it
  • Hands-on Figma fluency. This person can make the thing, not only critique it (and will get on the tools when the need arises)
  • Case study production as second nature: interviewing the team, shaping the story, art-directing the assets

Nice-to-have:

  • Directing video and holding the quality bar on it: short-form for social, product and client shoots, launch films. They can brief a crew, sit in the edit, and say why a cut isn't working
  • Motion, photography or editing chops of their own
  • Print, publishing or book design
  • Product and interface design alongside brand work
  • Experience owning a company's web presence end to end
  • Comfort managing several distinct brand voices in a house of brands
  • Experience inside a worker-owned, open-book or otherwise unusual company
  • A network in the design community: the schools, the conferences, the people worth hiring
  • Experience designing for the design & engineering decision-makers at companies like our clients

Who you are

The person we’re looking for is happy, relaxed and easy to get along with and appreciates a commitment to a culture of transparency, non-dictatorial leadership styles, and alternative methodologies. They’re flexible on anything except conceits that will lower their usually outstanding work quality. They work “smart” by carefully managing their workflow and team.

How we interview

After you submit your application, a member of our team will reach out. Our interview process starts with an intro call to answer any questions you have about the role and to learn a bit more about your experience and interests.

From there, we’ll follow up with a panel interview call where you get to meet a few members of our team, to openly discuss some of our challenges and ensure your skills and interests align with where we’re going as a business.

For qualified candidates, the process wraps with a reference call, and an offer to follow.

Compensation

This is a permanent leadership role. If this individual exceeds expectations in their first four months, we'll shape the permanent role together, with scope and compensation that grow as the studios and their revenue do. After a period of proven success (12 - 24 months), they become eligible to join our worker ownership program.

We start with a 4-month fraction trial contract, paid hourly between $110 - $175 p/hr pending seniority & experience. In the first few weeks of the trial, this individual will propose their own goals to define success in their trial, and present them to our leadership team for approval.

At garden3d, we believe that those who shoulder the most responsibility and create the greatest impact should be paid accordingly. This role greatly favors autonomous, competent & ambitious operators.

How we work:

We believe that there’s a better balance between the poles of freelancing & full time, and for that reason we work differently to most shops:

  • Transparency & Ownership: We release out Profit & Loss statements to the community each year, open source our best ideas, and talk business & money with everyone in the company. We’re proud to run our business with integrity, and for that reason we share everything with our team & community.
  • 150% Carbon Negative: Our studio offsets 150% of the carbon we use to do business each year, dated back to our founding in 2015. We turn down work that is not in-line with our morals, and we encourage our peers to do the same. We have been certified climate neutral since 2021.
  • Strong Morals: Since our founding, we've turned down somewhere between $1mm - $2mm of work that didn't meet our moral standards. (Most of that was DTC brands that can't show a valid sustainability initiative).
  • Async & Decentralized: We use tools optimized for calm, thoughtful communication, and opt for async whenever possible. We fight hard to maintain our focus time.
  • Remote Friendly: Our company is fluent in remote work, making our workplace more decentralized, and democratized in the process.
  • Ideas & Products: In our spare studio time, we work to build our own open source or internal products to diversify & bolster our income. We create amazing technology products for our clients, so why not for the studio?

→ Read more on our Substack, over here.

Kindly submit a complete and thoughtful application, including relevant links that help verify your work experience and identity. Applications with missing or insufficient information will not move forward in the review process.

Our team carefully reviews every complete submission, and we truly appreciate the time and effort you put into applying! We’re excited to hear from you! ❤

Design Contract Senior UX/UI Designer: Website Strategy & Design (Canada - Remote) at Kanopi Studios

Senior UX/UI designer leads website strategy, discovery, and design for mission-driven clients while contributing to sales and marketing initiatives.

Senior Remote Posted 4 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

This is a contract position open exclusively to candidates who are located in and legally authorized to provide services in Canada. Applications from candidates located outside of Canada will not be considered.

About Our Company

Kanopi Studios is a Design, Development & Support Agency with a fully distributed team of experts in Drupal & WordPress.

Our clients are mission-driven - and so are we. We design, build, and support websites that help their missions thrive.

We believe the people behind the work matter just as much as the work itself. That’s why we’re deeply committed to supporting our team’s growth, well-being, and success. When our people thrive, our clients do too - and together, we build a web that works better for everyone.

As Kanopi continues to grow, we’re looking to engage a Contract Senior UX/UI Designer (Website Strategy & Design) on a contract basis.

About The Job

At Kanopi, we design, build, and support websites for clients who are doing meaningful work. We’re looking for a Contract Senior UX/UI Designer (Website Strategy & Design) who can help clients make sense of complex website challenges and turn that clarity into thoughtful, accessible, and effective digital experiences.

This is a hands-on role. You’ll lead and support discovery, shape UX and content strategy, create information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and polished visual designs, then present your work clearly to clients and internal teams. You’ll be comfortable explaining the thinking behind your recommendations and empowering clients to make confident decisions.

Your engagement will also have you serve as a creative voice in our sales process and marketing process. Design Senior Creative Producer at CompanyCam

Senior creative producer who independently delivers multi-format assets (graphic design, video, animation, web design, copywriting) using AI tools to accelerate production while maintaining creative strategy and quality.

Senior Hybrid Posted 5 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Hi, we’re CompanyCam.

We’re a simple-to-use photo documentation and productivity app for contractors of all commercial and home services industries. Packed with intuitive functionality, CompanyCam facilitates unparalleled communication and accountability across a contractor’s entire business. We’re committed to providing a consumer-grade, game-changing experience that helps our users build trust within their company and with their customers.

But don’t let that corporate description fool you—the people behind our buttoned-up product are laid-back (but hardworking), genuine, and kickass, and you could be one of them!

The Role

The Senior Creative Producer is a well-rounded creative who takes a well-formed brief and delivers a finished set of assets, independently, efficiently, and at a high standard. This role goes broad instead of deep: graphic design, video, animation, web design, and light copywriting are all in the toolkit, and most of the time that toolkit is all you need. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Design Direction and receiving briefs from an assigned Creative Director, you’ll own the journey from brief intake to final delivery with minimal supervision and minimal revision cycles. You’ll bring the human creative strategy and design judgment that no tool can replicate, and use AI to accelerate, iterate, and scale that thinking into finished work.

Location: We welcome both local and remote applicants for this role. Local ( Lincoln, NE) is preferred. Candidates must permanently live and work in the U.S. to be considered.

What You’ll Do

  • Produce complete, multi-format assets spanning graphic design, video, animation, web design, and copy, from briefs your assigned Creative Director sends over, with limited supervision and few revision cycles
  • Work autonomously from brief to final delivery, making sound creative decisions within the brief’s parameters without needing ongoing direction
  • Use AI tools to accelerate and scale production work like asset generation, format adaptation, and motion templates, freeing up your time for the creative strategy and human spark that no tool replaces
  • Direct the Multimedia Producer assigned to your projects on simpler or repeatable tasks, staying focused yourself on the highest skill creative challenges
  • Bring in dedicated specialists in video, web design, motion, or copy when a deliverable genuinely requires it, but default to self-sufficiency
  • Read and pressure-test every brief before execution begins, surfacing gaps and creative risks before they become revision loops
  • Own a substantial concurrent project portfolio, managing timelines and communicating proactively when capacity or priorities shift
  • Model high creative standards and lead AI tool adoption by building and sharing production workflows that help everyone move faster

The Impact You’ll Have

At CompanyCam, your work makes a real impact. Whether you’re writing code, supporting customers, or designing experiences, your contributions directly shape the product we deliver and the people we serve. We’re building something that helps real people solve real problems—and we believe that kind of work is best done by a team that reflects the world around us. I n this role, you’ll drive impact by:

  • Delivering finished creative work fast and independently, so your Creative Director and the broader team can focus on strategy instead of revision cycles
  • Building AI-assisted production workflows that help the whole creative team scale their output without losing the human thinking that makes the work good
  • Raising the bar on craft across the team, modeling what high-quality, on-brand creative looks like at CompanyCam
  • Keeping every project on track, so contractors and internal teams get consistent, polished assets across every channel

What You’ll Bring

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in a creative production role spanning multiple disciplines
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently across at least three of the following: graphic design, video production, motion/animation, web design, copywriting
  • A portfolio that shows breadth and quality, with a proven track record of taking briefs to finished deliverables with minimal revision cycles
  • Working experience with AI creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or RunwayML, used to accelerate real production work rather than replace creative thinking
  • Experience working within a defined brand system, applying standards consistently across formats and channels
  • Background in a brand, in-house creative team, or agency environment, preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in design, fine arts, multimedia, or communications, preferred
  • A continuous growth-mindset, with a focus on learning, embracing challenges, and continuously improving.
  • A knack for creativity and innovation, bringing fresh ideas to the table and solving complex problems.

Benefits & Compensation

This is a salaried position at CompanyCam. Our starting salary range is $80,000-$100,000 per year and is based on experience. We also offer meaningful equity and other benefits.

CompanyCam is an equal-opportunity employer committed to respect, inclusion, and growth. We work hard, take responsibility, and support each other. Great ideas come from all backgrounds, and we carefully consider every applicant without regard to personal characteristics or traits. Even if your work experience doesn’t align perfectly, we encourage you to apply. What really matters to us is your potential, your passion, and your commitment to learning, innovation, and contributing meaningfully to our team.

For any accommodations or technical issues related to the online application or interview process, please email jobs@companycam.com and we’ll respond promptly. Please do not include any medical or health information in your message.

Note: Resumes sent to this email will not be reviewed or responded to. To be considered for a position, you must apply directly through our careers page.
