Build and manage AirGarage's editorial strategy including owned publications, data reports, and storytelling that drives commercial results and pipeline generation.
About AirGarage
AirGarage is on a mission to bring real estate online, starting with parking.
We replace broken parking machines, fragmented software, and manual, labor-intensive operations with a unified, data-rich operating system for parking real estate. We handle everything it takes to run and optimize a parking asset: payments, dynamic pricing, enforcement, license plate recognition, analytics, and more.
By building all of our technology in-house, we are able to deliver a magical experience for drivers while providing real-time visibility and revenue increases of 20-50% or more for real estate owners. Thatâs why national realâestate leaders like Hines and Greystar, as well as technology companies like Meta, partner with AirGarage to optimize their parking facilities.
AirGarage uses datapoints like real-time occupancy, local events, weather, driver behavior, competitor pricing, and more to bring true intelligence to real estate ownersâ assets for the first time.
Weâre investing aggressively to make the physical world legible to a digital system: cameras, sensors, and software that generate a firehose of real-time data about the world around us. That data fuels models and algorithms that allow us to optimize performance at each property while giving owners the clarity and control theyâve never had before.
Before you can optimize an asset, you need to observe it. Before you can observe it, you need to bring it online.
We are starting with the $131 billion US parking real estate market because it is one of the most offline and mismanaged commercial real estate asset types. 26% of the land area in the median American urban core is dedicated to parking.
We are backed by top tier investors including Headline Growth, Andreessen Horowitz, Floodgate, Founders Fund, Abstract Ventures, and angel investors who have founded or worked at companies like Uber, Opendoor, Flexport, and more.

Youâll be AirGarageâs first dedicated editorial hire, reporting to the Head of Marketing. Your job is to build an editorial engine that does real commercial work: an owned publication that property owners actually want to read, a quarterly data report program that earns press coverage and generates pipeline, and a steady output of stories that make AirGarage the most interesting voice in parking and commercial real estate.
This is a journalistâs job inside a company. Youâll find stories in our data, or start with a hunch and pull the data to prove it. Youâll get people on the record: portfolio owners, asset managers, city parking directors, economists, and convince them to say something worth quoting. Youâll package what you find for three audiences at once: our own readers, journalists who might cover it, and prospects who should become customers.
Youâll work with AI tools daily. Part of the mandate is building the data report program into something largely automated, where your time goes to judgment, interviews, and narrative rather than production mechanics.
Own our publication. Build and run a high-production-value owned publication on a monthly or quarterly cadence. Each edition anchors on something nobody else has: a standout interview, an original data finding, a story from inside the industry. You own the the reporting, the writing, and the production.
Run the data report program. Turn our proprietary parking data into a recurring quarterly report that earns coverage and drives leads. Design the program so AI handles the heavy lifting on analysis and production, with your editorial judgment on what the story is and why it matters.
Interview people worth listening to. Identify the most interesting people in commercial real estate, parking, mobility, and urban policy. Convince them to talk to you. Conduct interviews that produce quotes and insights people share.
Earn media coverage. Package our data findings and stories into pitches journalists actually open. Build relationships with reporters covering CRE, proptech, and cities. You donât need a PR background, but you need to know what makes something newsworthy because youâve been on the receiving end of bad pitches. Even better if you can create workflows that help automate the minutiae of outreach.
Run founder and company social. Turn interviews, data findings, and company stories into content for our CEOâs LinkedIn and company channels. Youâll have a transcript pipeline and AI tooling to work from; your job is making it sound like a person, not a brand.
Contribute to SEO and GEO content. Write content and help design systems that help us rank in search engines and gets cited by LLMs, grounded in the same original data and reporting as everything else you make. Youâll have a more technical partner here.
Youâve worked as a journalist, editor, or researcher, or youâve done editorial work that holds up next to someone who has (4-8+ Years of Experience preferred). You can share published work that proves you find stories other people miss.
Youâre comfortable in a dataset. You donât need to be an analyst, but you can look at data, notice the anomaly, and know whether itâs a story or a data entry error.
Youâre a strong interviewer. You prepare, you listen, you ask the follow-up question, and you get people to say the interesting thing instead of the safe thing.
You write clean, direct prose, and you can shift registers: longform feature, data report, LinkedIn post, media pitch.
You use AI tools and want to learn more and build workflows with them, not resist them. You think about AI as a tool, not a replacement for your judgment.
Youâre commercially minded. You understand that this content exists to generate brand awareness and demand.
Youâre scrappy. This is a build-it-yourself role at a startup.
âď¸ Nice To Have:
Coverage or beat experience in commercial real estate, proptech, mobility, cities, or business/finance
Experience pitching or working with earned media
Experience growing audiences of LinkedIn or other social platforms
Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and how AI search engines cite sources

You only want to write. This role includes pitching journalists, sourcing and convincing interview subjects, and running founder/company socialâa lot of the job is hustle, not just prose.
Youâre uncomfortable with data. Finding the story in a spreadsheet is half the job.
You want to stay behind the byline. Youâll be reaching out cold to experts and reporters and representing AirGarage publicly.

Senior copywriter crafts UX copy, marketing messaging, and web content for an AI product launch, working across product ecosystem and brand narrative.
A tech client
Start Date: 8/6/2026
Length: 3 months
Hourly Rate: $92
Location: Remote- Must live in the US and be open to working PST hours
Hours: 40 hours (PST)
THE OPPORTUNITY
This is a rare chance to put your words at the center of one of the most talked-about product launches in tech. As a Senior Copywriter embedded with a big tech AI team, youâll craft the language that defines how people understand, discover, and fall in love with this companyâs app, web experiences, and big tech products more broadly.
Youâll be writing across a fast-moving product ecosystem â UX copy, campaign messaging, web content, onboarding flows, and marketing â at a moment when AI is reshaping how people interact with technology. This isnât a support role. Youâll be a creative voice in the room, shaping product narrative and brand language in real time, alongside some of the most talented designers, strategists, and PMs in the industry.
If youâre a writer who thinks in systems, moves quickly without sacrificing craft, and is genuinely excited by the challenge of making complex AI technology feel intuitive and human, this is the role for you.
WHAT MAKES THIS ROLE DIFFERENT
This is not a traditional campaign copywriting role. Youâll be writing in a space where the product and the marketing are deeply intertwined; where a single word choice in an onboarding flow can define how millions of users understand what the clientâs AI tool is capable of. Youâll need to be comfortable moving fluidly between UX copy, long-form web content, and punchy marketing headlines, sometimes all in the same week.
The work here moves at the speed of product. Priorities shift, launches get moved up, and the creative bar stays high regardless. Weâre looking for someone who is energized by that pace, not worn down by it.

Create and produce top-of-funnel B2B content including short-form videos, ghostwriting, and PR strategy to drive pipeline for a fintech company.
finmidâs mission is to enable software companies to reimagine how their business customers access capital. By productizing the complexity of financial services, finmid empowers companies to offer financial services where FinTech isnât the mission but enables the mission.
finmid powers embedded financing across ~30 European markets â so far with almost no marketing. Whatâs proven to work for us is authentic, founder-led content: short videos and PR features that show real people and the real impact our product has on SME growth. What weâre missing is the creative engine behind it: someone who can turn what we do into a constant stream of engaging content.
Thatâs this role. Youâll own top-of-funnel content end-to-end, with our co-founderâs LinkedIn as your primary distribution channel. Youâll work directly with the founders, ship on a weekly cadence, measure what converts into pipeline, and build the content foundation the company scales on. You wonât manage anyone or anything except outcomes â this is a role for a creator-operator, not a coordinator.
Own finmidâs top-of-funnel content strategy and calendar, with founder-led LinkedIn short-form video as the core channel
Produce short videos end-to-end: ideate, script, shoot, edit, and publish â real content featuring real people, not polished corporate ads
Act as producer and ghostwriter for our founders: extract insights, sharpen points of view, and write in their voice
Turn customer and partner stories into content that shows how embedded financing drives economic growth for SMEs
Repurpose everything into website content and assets our sales team uses in cold outreach: case studies, one-pagers, and video snippets
Coordinate PR around the founders and our partnerships: own partnership announcements, pitch and book podcasts and articles, prep the appearances, and repurpose the output â and manage external agencies as we scale
Collaborate with our designer, who owns finmidâs brand, to keep everything you ship sharp and on-brand
Connect content to revenue: wire attribution into our CRM and report whatâs actually driving pipeline
4+ years creating content for B2B audiences; fintech, SaaS, or financial services experience is a bonus
A portfolio of short-form videos you personally shot and edited that performed â on LinkedIn, ideally, or TikTok/YouTube/Instagram
Experience producing or ghostwriting for a founder or executive
Sharp writing and storytelling in English: you make complex products simple without dumbing them down
Comfort behind the camera and, when needed, in front of it
A performance mindset: you track what works, form hypotheses, and iterate; CRM experience (e.g. HubSpot) is a plus
Judgment for content in a regulated industry â you know when to loop in legal
A shipping habit: you hold a cadence without being managed to it
Based in Berlin or able to be here regularly â filming with the founders is a weekly part of the job
We see ourselves as âdistributed firstâ (i.e. work from anywhere) but also have a beautiful office in Berlin where you can work
We are flexible and cover whatever you need to be as productive as possible
Home office stipend
30 days time off
Meaningful equity
Open-minded and transparent culture that includes regular get-together meetings (e.g. All Hands, Brown Bag Lunch, Offsites)
Weâre looking for people with passion, grit, and integrity. Youâre encouraged to apply even if your experience doesnât precisely match the job description. We welcome diverse perspectives and people who think out of the box and arenât afraid to challenge assumptions. Join us.
