What this role involves

About AirGarage

AirGarage is on a mission to bring real estate online, starting with parking.

We replace broken parking machines, fragmented software, and manual, labor-intensive operations with a unified, data-rich operating system for parking real estate. We handle everything it takes to run and optimize a parking asset: payments, dynamic pricing, enforcement, license plate recognition, analytics, and more.

By building all of our technology in-house, we are able to deliver a magical experience for drivers while providing real-time visibility and revenue increases of 20-50% or more for real estate owners. That’s why national real‑estate leaders like Hines and Greystar, as well as technology companies like Meta, partner with AirGarage to optimize their parking facilities.

AirGarage uses datapoints like real-time occupancy, local events, weather, driver behavior, competitor pricing, and more to bring true intelligence to real estate owners’ assets for the first time.

We’re investing aggressively to make the physical world legible to a digital system: cameras, sensors, and software that generate a firehose of real-time data about the world around us. That data fuels models and algorithms that allow us to optimize performance at each property while giving owners the clarity and control they’ve never had before.

Before you can optimize an asset, you need to observe it. Before you can observe it, you need to bring it online.

We are starting with the $131 billion US parking real estate market because it is one of the most offline and mismanaged commercial real estate asset types. 26% of the land area in the median American urban core is dedicated to parking.

We are backed by top tier investors including Headline Growth, Andreessen Horowitz, Floodgate, Founders Fund, Abstract Ventures, and angel investors who have founded or worked at companies like Uber, Opendoor, Flexport, and more.

The Role 💼

You’ll be AirGarage’s first dedicated editorial hire, reporting to the Head of Marketing. Your job is to build an editorial engine that does real commercial work: an owned publication that property owners actually want to read, a quarterly data report program that earns press coverage and generates pipeline, and a steady output of stories that make AirGarage the most interesting voice in parking and commercial real estate.

This is a journalist’s job inside a company. You’ll find stories in our data, or start with a hunch and pull the data to prove it. You’ll get people on the record: portfolio owners, asset managers, city parking directors, economists, and convince them to say something worth quoting. You’ll package what you find for three audiences at once: our own readers, journalists who might cover it, and prospects who should become customers.

You’ll work with AI tools daily. Part of the mandate is building the data report program into something largely automated, where your time goes to judgment, interviews, and narrative rather than production mechanics.

What You Will Do 📊

Own our publication. Build and run a high-production-value owned publication on a monthly or quarterly cadence. Each edition anchors on something nobody else has: a standout interview, an original data finding, a story from inside the industry. You own the the reporting, the writing, and the production.

Run the data report program. Turn our proprietary parking data into a recurring quarterly report that earns coverage and drives leads. Design the program so AI handles the heavy lifting on analysis and production, with your editorial judgment on what the story is and why it matters.

Interview people worth listening to. Identify the most interesting people in commercial real estate, parking, mobility, and urban policy. Convince them to talk to you. Conduct interviews that produce quotes and insights people share.

Earn media coverage. Package our data findings and stories into pitches journalists actually open. Build relationships with reporters covering CRE, proptech, and cities. You don’t need a PR background, but you need to know what makes something newsworthy because you’ve been on the receiving end of bad pitches. Even better if you can create workflows that help automate the minutiae of outreach.

Run founder and company social. Turn interviews, data findings, and company stories into content for our CEO’s LinkedIn and company channels. You’ll have a transcript pipeline and AI tooling to work from; your job is making it sound like a person, not a brand.

Contribute to SEO and GEO content. Write content and help design systems that help us rank in search engines and gets cited by LLMs, grounded in the same original data and reporting as everything else you make. You’ll have a more technical partner here.

Who You Are 🦚

  • You’ve worked as a journalist, editor, or researcher, or you’ve done editorial work that holds up next to someone who has (4-8+ Years of Experience preferred). You can share published work that proves you find stories other people miss.

  • You’re comfortable in a dataset. You don’t need to be an analyst, but you can look at data, notice the anomaly, and know whether it’s a story or a data entry error.

  • You’re a strong interviewer. You prepare, you listen, you ask the follow-up question, and you get people to say the interesting thing instead of the safe thing.

  • You write clean, direct prose, and you can shift registers: longform feature, data report, LinkedIn post, media pitch.

  • You use AI tools and want to learn more and build workflows with them, not resist them. You think about AI as a tool, not a replacement for your judgment.

  • You’re commercially minded. You understand that this content exists to generate brand awareness and demand.

  • You’re scrappy. This is a build-it-yourself role at a startup.

⭐️ Nice To Have:

  • Coverage or beat experience in commercial real estate, proptech, mobility, cities, or business/finance

  • Experience pitching or working with earned media

  • Experience growing audiences of LinkedIn or other social platforms

  • Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and how AI search engines cite sources

🚨 Why This Role May Not Be for You 🚨

Please review this section before applying. We are sharing this information up front because we don’t expect this job to be appealing to everybody and we do not want to waste your time if you are not on board with all of the following.

Below are some of the reasons you might not want this job:

  • You want a strict 9-5. We work long hours at AirGarage, including nights and occasional weekends, because we love what we do.

  • You don’t operate quickly. We work at a fast pace and value iteration and experimentation.

  • You need a fully built playbook. This is the first editorial hire, so you’ll be creating the publication, the repeatable data program, and the processes, not inheriting them.

  • You only want to write. This role includes pitching journalists, sourcing and convincing interview subjects, and running founder/company social—a lot of the job is hustle, not just prose.

  • You’re uncomfortable with data. Finding the story in a spreadsheet is half the job.

  • You want to stay behind the byline. You’ll be reaching out cold to experts and reporters and representing AirGarage publicly.

  • You want to be part of a large content team. The person in this role will be responsible for editorial and content.

IMPORTANT NOTE 🚨

AirGarage is a remote-first company, but we also value in-person collaboration to strengthen trust and teamwork. Team members should expect ~6 weeks of travel per year for:

  • 2–3 full company offsites, “Remote Weeks”

  • Lending a hand to support one new location launch

  • In-person onboarding as well as supporting other onboarding sessions for new team members

The rest of the year, team members can work remotely from wherever (US time zones) they’re most comfortable as long as they are performing well in their role. Attendance at in-person events throughout the year is expected—if you’re not open to traveling ~6 weeks per year for work, our team won’t be a good fit for you.

THE UPSIDE 📈

  • 📈 Equity: Have a stake in the business that you’re helping to build and grow.

  • 🌴 Work remotely: Live and work wherever you like! We believe in folks working where they are happiest and most productive. We currently hire teammates that are located anywhere within North America.

  • 🏥 Health insurance: We offer health insurance and currently cover 85% of the cost of medical, dental, and vision plans for the primary employee and 50% of the cost of plans for dependents.

  • 🍼 Parental Leave: We offer 12 weeks of fully paid parental leave to all parents to bond with a newly born, adopted, or fostered child. The 12 weeks can be taken as a continuous leave or intermittently over the first 18 months of the child’s life.

  • 💻 Home office setup: Get a laptop + additional equipment needed to set you up for success.

  • ⛺ Time to recharge: We have an unlimited PTO policy with a minimum requirement of 10 days per year.

  • 🤑 401k: Make financial planning right for you with a 401k retirement savings program.

  • ✈️ Team Off-sites: ~2 times per year our team comes together for a full week in places like Tahoe, Charleston, San Diego, Park City, and Austin.

  • 📚 BookGarage: Our team loves to learn and grow together, so join us for our optional recurring book club.

  • 🪴Room to grow:  Our team will be orders of magnitude larger within a few years; as a part of our foundational team, you’ll have opportunities to grow with us.

  • 🏙️ Transform our cities: The opportunity to change the way that the world thinks about real estate use in our cities.

  • 👐 Work with a diverse team: At AirGarage, we’ve always been committed to building a thriving team that represents the communities we serve. Our team is currently 40% female and 30%+ from underrepresented communities.

Note: Employment with AirGarage is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and employment verification conducted in compliance with applicable laws. Background checks are completed only after a conditional offer of employment has been made.

We understand that there’s no such thing as a ‘perfect’ candidate. We’re looking for someone passionate, with grit and determination, who is excited to face the challenges of a rapidly growing startup. AirGarage is the type of company where you can grow exponentially, and we encourage you to apply to us even if you don’t 100% match the candidate description.

AirGarage is an Equal Opportunity Employer.  We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.  Candidates and employees are always evaluated based on merit, qualifications, and performance.  We will never discriminate on the basis of race, color, gender, national origin, ethnicity, veteran status, disability status, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, mental or physical disability, or any other legally protected status.

Creates and edits UGC-style video ads for games, including gameplay commentary, reactions, and skits, while analyzing competitor strategies to drive engagement.

Junior Posted 1 day ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

We are looking for a passionate gamer with strong on-camera presence to join our creative team as the face and force behind our UGC-style advertisements. In this role, you’ll act in hook-driven concepts, gameplay commentary, reaction videos, skits, and testimonials.

You need to be comfortable on camera, skilled in fast-paced video editing, and sharp enough to analyze competitor strategies. Working closely with our marketing and post-production teams, you’ll brainstorm, film collaborative content, and deliver high-performing ads designed to drive game installs — if you know exactly what makes a gamer stop scrolling on TikTok or Reels, we want o hear from you.

Main Responsibilities

- Independently record high-quality, authentic UGC-style video ads for our portfolio of games. This includes gameplay commentary, reaction videos, skits, testimonials, and “hook-driven” direct response concepts.

- Translate this research into actionable insights and present weekly “trend reports” and new creative proposals to the broader marketing team.

- Coordinate with other team members or influencer peers to plan and execute collaborative recordings (e.g., multiplayer sessions, duets, “versus” challenges, and synchronized reactions).

- Take full ownership of editing your raw footage into a near-final product. This includes pacing cuts, adding trending audio/sound effects, basic text overlays, and subtitles within platforms like CapCut or Premiere Pro.

- Act as the primary liaison between creative ideation and our advanced post-production/localization team.

- Prepare clear, organized project files and briefs for the production team when creatives require high-end Motion Graphics, complex VFX, or localization into multiple languages.

- Review final outputs from the production team to ensure the original creative vision was maintained during the polishing phase.

Requirements

- A strong portfolio of UGC video content, preferably within the gaming or tech space (links to TikTok/Reels/Shorts handles - required).

- A genuine passion for video games (mobile, PC, or console) and a deep understanding of gaming culture, memes, and community language.

- Strong skills in mobile editing apps (CapCut) and/or desktop software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut). You can turn raw footage into an engaging video quickly.

- Ability to look at other ads not just as a viewer, but as a strategist analyzing why they work.

- Excellent ability to articulate creative concepts to the team and provide clear feedback to post-production artists.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced performance marketing environment where priorities shift based on data.

What We Offer

Beyond a vibrant and enjoyable work atmosphere, we offer:

- Competitive compensation aligned with market standards.

- Flexible benefits.

- Health and dental insurance.

- Profit sharing.

- Career development opportunities and professional growth.

If you want to share this ride with us and join a lightweight, fun and focused environment that breathes innovation and game culture, apply now!

We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans. Content Sr. Copywriter at We Are Rosie

Senior copywriter crafts UX copy, marketing messaging, and web content for an AI product launch, working across product ecosystem and brand narrative.

Senior Remote Posted 3 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Company Description

A tech client

Job Description

Start Date: 8/6/2026

Length: 3 months

Hourly Rate: $92

Location: Remote- Must live in the US and be open to working PST hours

Hours: 40 hours (PST)

THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a rare chance to put your words at the center of one of the most talked-about product launches in tech. As a Senior Copywriter embedded with a big tech AI team, you’ll craft the language that defines how people understand, discover, and fall in love with this company’s app, web experiences, and big tech products more broadly.

You’ll be writing across a fast-moving product ecosystem — UX copy, campaign messaging, web content, onboarding flows, and marketing — at a moment when AI is reshaping how people interact with technology. This isn’t a support role. You’ll be a creative voice in the room, shaping product narrative and brand language in real time, alongside some of the most talented designers, strategists, and PMs in the industry.

If you’re a writer who thinks in systems, moves quickly without sacrificing craft, and is genuinely excited by the challenge of making complex AI technology feel intuitive and human, this is the role for you.

WHAT MAKES THIS ROLE DIFFERENT

This is not a traditional campaign copywriting role. You’ll be writing in a space where the product and the marketing are deeply intertwined; where a single word choice in an onboarding flow can define how millions of users understand what the client’s AI tool is capable of. You’ll need to be comfortable moving fluidly between UX copy, long-form web content, and punchy marketing headlines, sometimes all in the same week.

The work here moves at the speed of product. Priorities shift, launches get moved up, and the creative bar stays high regardless. We’re looking for someone who is energized by that pace,  not worn down by it.

THE IDEAL MINDSET

  • You’re mission-driven. You understand that the words around AI products shape how billions of people relate to technology, and you take that seriously.
  • You thrive under pressure. Tight timelines and shifting priorities don’t derail you; they sharpen your focus.
  • You’re a collaborator first. You check your ego at the door and do your best work when you’re in a room (or a call) with other talented people pushing toward the same goal.
  • You have range. You can write copy that is playful and warm in one tab and precise and informative in the next, and you know when each is called for.
  • You’re perpetually curious. You’re genuinely interested in AI, what it can do, and how it’s evolving, and that curiosity shows up in your work.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Copy & Content Creation

  • Write clear, compelling, and on-brand copy across the client’s AI app, web, and AI product surfaces;  including UX microcopy, onboarding flows, feature naming, tooltips, and error states
  • Develop marketing and campaign copy for product launches, feature announcements, and AI-driven initiatives across digital channels
  • Craft web content, landing pages, and editorial narratives that translate complex AI capabilities into language real people connect with
  • Write video scripts, social copy, and short-form content that bring the client’s brand to life across platforms
  • Partner with design and product teams to develop copy frameworks and brand voice guidelines specific to AI product surfaces

Collaboration & Process

  • Work cross-functionally with UX designers, product managers, brand strategists, and motion teams to align on messaging across the full product experience
  • Participate in briefings, creative reviews, and ideation sessions; contributing not just copy but creative thinking and strategic perspective
  • Manage multiple concurrent workstreams with clear prioritization, proactive communication, and consistent delivery against deadlines
  • Accept, internalize, and apply feedback quickly;  iterating with speed and precision without losing the thread of the original creative intent
  • Stay sharp on product updates, AI industry developments, and competitive landscape to ensure copy is always current, accurate, and contextually informed

Qualifications

The Must-Haves

  • 6+ years of professional copywriting experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating work across both UX/product copy and marketing or campaign contexts
  • Proven experience writing for tech, AI, or consumer app products — you understand how to write copy that works within a product experience, not just around it
  • Exceptional range: you can write a single button label with the same care and craft you bring to a 500-word web narrative
  • Deep familiarity with quickly understanding clients’ brand voices, or demonstrated ability to quickly internalize and write in an established brand system
  • Strong editorial instincts — you catch inconsistencies, flag tone drift, and hold the line on quality even when the schedule gets tight
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity: you can write effectively even when a product is still evolving, a brief is incomplete, or the launch date keeps shifting
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills — you’re a writer who also knows how to be a great creative partner
  • Must have a portfolio- please do not apply without a portfolio

Strongly Preferred

  • Prior experience writing for an AI product, voice assistant, or conversational interface
  • Background in UX writing or content design, with an understanding of how copy integrates into design systems
  • Experience working within a large tech company or agency supporting a major tech brand at scale
  • Familiarity with working in a big tech or agency product ecosystem - or other consumer-facing products
  • Comfort writing for emerging formats — you’re curious about how AI tools themselves are changing the creative process

Content Content Marketing Lead at finmid

Create and produce top-of-funnel B2B content including short-form videos, ghostwriting, and PR strategy to drive pipeline for a fintech company.

Mid Posted 3 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About finmid

finmid’s mission is to enable software companies to reimagine how their business customers access capital. By productizing the complexity of financial services, finmid empowers companies to offer financial services where FinTech isn’t the mission but enables the mission.

About the opportunity

finmid powers embedded financing across ~30 European markets — so far with almost no marketing. What’s proven to work for us is authentic, founder-led content: short videos and PR features that show real people and the real impact our product has on SME growth. What we’re missing is the creative engine behind it: someone who can turn what we do into a constant stream of engaging content.

That’s this role. You’ll own top-of-funnel content end-to-end, with our co-founder’s LinkedIn as your primary distribution channel. You’ll work directly with the founders, ship on a weekly cadence, measure what converts into pipeline, and build the content foundation the company scales on. You won’t manage anyone or anything except outcomes — this is a role for a creator-operator, not a coordinator.

In this role, you will

  • Own finmid’s top-of-funnel content strategy and calendar, with founder-led LinkedIn short-form video as the core channel

  • Produce short videos end-to-end: ideate, script, shoot, edit, and publish — real content featuring real people, not polished corporate ads

  • Act as producer and ghostwriter for our founders: extract insights, sharpen points of view, and write in their voice

  • Turn customer and partner stories into content that shows how embedded financing drives economic growth for SMEs

  • Repurpose everything into website content and assets our sales team uses in cold outreach: case studies, one-pagers, and video snippets

  • Coordinate PR around the founders and our partnerships: own partnership announcements, pitch and book podcasts and articles, prep the appearances, and repurpose the output — and manage external agencies as we scale

  • Collaborate with our designer, who owns finmid’s brand, to keep everything you ship sharp and on-brand

  • Connect content to revenue: wire attribution into our CRM and report what’s actually driving pipeline

What you need to be successful

  • 4+ years creating content for B2B audiences; fintech, SaaS, or financial services experience is a bonus

  • A portfolio of short-form videos you personally shot and edited that performed — on LinkedIn, ideally, or TikTok/YouTube/Instagram

  • Experience producing or ghostwriting for a founder or executive

  • Sharp writing and storytelling in English: you make complex products simple without dumbing them down

  • Comfort behind the camera and, when needed, in front of it

  • A performance mindset: you track what works, form hypotheses, and iterate; CRM experience (e.g. HubSpot) is a plus

  • Judgment for content in a regulated industry — you know when to loop in legal

  • A shipping habit: you hold a cadence without being managed to it

  • Based in Berlin or able to be here regularly — filming with the founders is a weekly part of the job

Benefits

  • We see ourselves as “distributed first” (i.e. work from anywhere) but also have a beautiful office in Berlin where you can work

  • We are flexible and cover whatever you need to be as productive as possible

  • Home office stipend

  • 30 days time off

  • Meaningful equity

  • Open-minded and transparent culture that includes regular get-together meetings (e.g. All Hands, Brown Bag Lunch, Offsites)

We’re looking for people with passion, grit, and integrity. You’re encouraged to apply even if your experience doesn’t precisely match the job description. We welcome diverse perspectives and people who think out of the box and aren’t afraid to challenge assumptions. Join us.

We’re looking for a Managing Editor, Character IP to lead Duolingo’s manga and anime expansion in Japan. This isn’t a role for someone who manages timelines and coordinates vendors from a distance. You’ll get into the weeds — developing Duo’s Japanese character voice, writing plots when needed, identifying the right manga artists, and building the studio and TV network relationships that turn a great concept into something millions of people actually watch. Our roadmap goes manga first, then anime, with a TV morning show slot (think Chiikawa) as the target format for animation. This role reports into the Director of Design Studio Brand team, with a dotted line to the Director of Country Marketing Japan and Korea team.

🧠  You will…

  • Set and uphold Duolingo’s high quality bar across all creative projects in this pipeline
  • Partner with Design Studio Creative Directors to define Duo’s Japanese character profile — tone of voice, personality details, backstory — while staying true to his globally established character bible
  • Write your own plots and lead original story development when needed
  • Scout and brief manga artists and illustrators who match the look and feel we’re going for
  • Build and manage relationships with publishers and editors to get manga projects off the ground
  • Select and manage anime production studios — handling contracts, budgets, schedules, and quality
  • Pitch to and build relationships with TV networks, with the goal of securing a morning show slot
  • Set visual quality standards appropriate to each format and platform (TV, streaming, short-form)
  • Keep global and local stakeholders aligned and get buy-in at the right moments

✅  You have…

  • Hands-on manga editing / directing experience at a publisher, editorial production company, or IP firm
  • Proven ability to develop original stories — you’ve written plots yourself, not just managed others who do
  • Sharp editorial / directorial instincts for capturing a character’s voice and making it feel alive on the page
  • Real relationships with publishers, manga artists, and writers, and a track record of getting projects made
  • Working knowledge of anime production: studio contracts, budgets, and how to get quality work at a fair value
  • Existing connections with major TV networks and experience pitching concepts for broadcast slots
  • Exceptional collaboration skills, seeking consensus and feedback when making decisions
  • Business-level English  needed for collaborating with our global team — strong written English vs. spoken fluency

⭐  Exceptional candidates will have…

  • Experience taking a manga property all the way through to anime adaptation
  • Familiarity with social-native formats (vertical, short-form, platform-specific)
  • Background in brand licensing, merchandise, or IP business development
  • Experience with inbound or outbound IP localization (foreign IP in Japan or Japanese IP abroad)

The offered salary is dependent upon several factors, including work experience, skills, and internal peer comparisons. The posted range is subject to change in the future. Content Content Writer – SEO & AI Search at Fresh Prints

Creates SEO-optimized blog posts, website copy, and backlink strategies for a collegiate apparel brand targeting high-value search rankings.

Mid Posted 3 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Content Writer – SEO & AI Search

If you search ‘custom sorority shirts’ or ‘Greek life apparel,’ Fresh Prints doesn’t own that real estate the way we should. We’re the largest collegiate custom apparel company in America, and we are consistently losing organic traffic to competitors who are less credible but have been more intentional about content.

We’d like to fix that, but with an approach that builds our brand and creates real value for our customers. No keyword stuffing. No regurgitated AI slop.

So we are first and foremost looking for a writer, who also happens to have a deep understanding of what it takes to rank on search and within LLMs. If that sounds like you, please apply!

You’ll own our blog, our site content, and our backlink strategy. You’ll write posts that college students actually want to read, copy for the pages that drive revenue, and build the link profile that signals to Google that Fresh Prints is the authoritative source on collegiate apparel.

What You’ll Own

Blog & Content Creation

  • Plan, write, and publish a consistent cadence of blog posts targeting high-value keywords in the Greek life, collegiate, and custom apparel space
  • Develop content that serves real search intent - genuinely useful guides, listicles, comparison pieces, and how-to content that earns clicks and time on page
  • Maintain a content calendar that maps to Fresh Prints’ seasonal moments: fall recruitment, spring rush, homecoming, formals, philanthropy events, and graduation
  • Write for a college-age audience in a voice that feels like Fresh Prints - smart, warm, a little irreverent - not corporate or generic

On-Page SEO & Site Content

  • Write and optimise meta titles, meta descriptions, headers, and body copy for pages across the site
  • Identify internal linking opportunities that improve crawlability and distribute page authority across the site
  • Work with the Tech team to ensure new content launches are set up correctly from an SEO standpoint

Backlink Building

  • Develop and execute a backlink strategy focused on the sites, publications, and communities that are most relevant to Fresh Prints’ audience: Greek life media, college newspapers, campus life blogs, lifestyle publications, and higher-ed marketplaces
  • Write and pitch guest posts, data-driven stories, and resource articles that earn placements organically
  • Build relationships with bloggers, journalists, and site owners in adjacent spaces who cover collegiate life, campus fashion, and custom merchandise
  • Track the link profile using SEO tools and report on domain authority growth and referring domain acquisition over time

GEO

  • Develop Fresh Prints’ strategy for appearing in AI-generated search answers on platforms like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, and Bing Copilot
  • Identify the question formats and informational queries where Fresh Prints should be the cited source and create content specifically designed to earn those citations
  • Monitor how Fresh Prints is (and isn’t) being referenced in AI answer engines and iterate based on findings
  • Stay current on how generative search is evolving and bring back relevant insights

Performance & Reporting

  • Track organic traffic, keyword rankings, backlink acquisition, and content engagement - and use that data to shape the content roadmap
  • Run regular content audits to identify pages with ranking potential that haven’t been optimized, and deprioritize or consolidate thin content
  • Develop and refine the framework for measuring content ROI

Who You Are

  • You love writing. You can produce content that’s engaging, accurate, and optimized, without one quality coming at the expense of another
  • You understand search intent at a deep level. You know why someone is Googling ‘how to plan a sorority recruitment event’, and you know exactly what piece of content will satisfy that intent and rank for it
  • You are just as comfortable in Ahrefs or SEMrush as you are in a Google Doc. Data tells you what to write. Your instincts tell you how to write it.
  • You’ve been paying attention to how AI search is changing the game. You have opinions about GEO that go beyond ‘use structured data’
  • You are self-directed. You can own a content calendar, set your own priorities, and execute without being micromanaged
  • You’re curious about Fresh Prints’ audience. You’ll read what college students are searching for, what Greek life TikTok is talking about, and what questions chapter presidents are Googling at 11pm the week before recruitment

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in content marketing, SEO writing, or a closely related field
  • A portfolio of published work that demonstrates strong writing quality and search performance
  • Hands-on experience with SEO tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, or equivalent
  • Demonstrated understanding of on-page SEO best practices: keyword research, search intent mapping, header structure, internal linking, meta optimization
  • Familiarity with GEO / AI search optimisation is a strong plus
  • Ability to write in multiple formats: long-form guides, short blog posts, product descriptions, landing page copy
  • Comfort working as an IC in a fast-moving, scrappy environment

Location: Work from Home/Remote

Working Hours: To make sure we can coordinate across time zones, we ask that everyone in this role be available for meetings/emails/g-chats, etc at least from approximately 2 PM - 10 PM, Monday to Friday

At Fresh Prints, we deeply value the long-term contributions of our team. To recognise and celebrate that commitment, we offer a 2-month paid Sabbatical to eligible employees.

Fresh Prints is an equal employment opportunity employer and promotes diversity, actively encouraging people of all backgrounds, ages, LGBTQ+, and those with disabilities to apply.
