IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
In this role you will support the customer-centric perspective of our product development cycle. With the guidance of experienced User Researchers, you will learn how to plan, conduct and analyse user research to generate insights about our users and target groups. On a day-to-day basis, you will contribute to user studies, help analyse collected data and support your team in making user-informed product decisions.
This is a 6‑month paid internship focused on practical experience, learning on the job, and close collaboration with the team.
AS A USER RESEARCH INTERN YOU WILL
Support your cross-functional product team in gaining customer insights to develop customer-centric products
Help translate business questions into research goals and study requirements
Assist in preparing and running user studies (e.g. interviews, surveys, usability tests), from setup to analysis
Contribute to analysing qualitative and quantitative data and synthesising findings into insights
Support the preparation of research outputs (presentations, summaries, documentation) for product teams
Collaborate closely with colleagues from different disciplines (design, product & project management, data analysis)
Help ensure research data is well-documented and understandable so product teams can act on customer needs
TO SUCCEED YOU NEED
Recently completed Bachelor degree in a relevant field, e.g. psychology, business psychology, design, human–computer interaction, social sciences, marketing, or statistics
Basic understanding of user research methods (qualitative and quantitative); first hands-on experience is a plus
Experience in data analysis using Excel
Good communication skills and the ability to structure and present insights clearly
Curiosity, empathy for users and a strong interest in digital products

Have basic knowledge of agile working methods (e.g. Scrum) or interest in how product teams work
Have first theoretical or practical exposure to hypotheses-driven thinking, analytics or experimentation (e.g. A/B testing)
Have gained initial experience in digital product development through projects, student jobs or internships
