About

Welcome to the Punta Gorda Garden Club’s website. We are proud to have been part of the beautification of the City of Punta Gorda, Charlotte County, Florida, for over seventy years. Please accept our invitation to peruse the information and photos included on this site.

Our club was founded in 1949 and federated in 1950. We are members of National Garden Clubs, Inc, Florida Federation of Garden Clubs, Inc., Deep South Garden Clubs, Inc. and District IX.

If you are interested in participating in our work, we would be delighted to have you come to one of our meetings where you can join our members and learn about what we do. Details about our meeting dates, exceptional programs, and unique events can be found on this site. Don’t miss our biggest fundraiser, the Holly Days Home Tour Friday & Saturday, December 1 & 2, 2023. This event supports several scholarships for local students in addition to donations to various projects in the community.

If you would like to join the club, kindly fill our a new member application Here.

We also gladly accept donations. Click Here if you would like to make a contribution.
