Analyzes business data and builds statistical or machine learning models to support lease-to-own products and decisions.
Analyzes and improves the company-wide revenue engine through SQL, forecasting, reporting, metric reconciliation, and cross-functional operational insights.
Parsley Health · Finance · Remote US, with a preference for Eastern or Central time zones and NYC metro · Full-time
Parsley Health is rebuilding primary care around root-cause, whole-person medicine. Our members get board-certified clinicians, health coaches, advanced testing, and a care platform that connects the dots across all of it.
We are a mostly virtual medical practice with care available across the country, and we recently expanded in-network access nationwide. As we grow, we are continuing to improve how we connect growth, care delivery, member experience, and financial performance so we can make better decisions and scale sustainably.
We are hiring a Senior Manager, Revenue Operations & Analytics to help us understand and improve the full revenue engine at Parsley Health.
Our revenue model extends well beyond a traditional sales funnel. Marketing creates demand, Sales converts prospective members, Member Experience influences engagement and retention, clinician capacity affects how much care we can deliver, and billing and collections determine how effectively that care translates into revenue.
This person will look across that entire system.
You will help us understand what is happening, why it is happening, and what we should do next. That means digging into the data, reconciling situations where different teams or metrics are telling different stories, challenging assumptions, improving forecasts and reporting, and bringing the right people together when an issue crosses functional lines.
This is a senior individual contributor role. You should be highly analytical and technically capable, including strong SQL skills and enough understanding of modern data infrastructure to investigate when the numbers do not look right. You do not need to be a data engineer. Deeper backend and infrastructure work will be supported by our Technology team and specialized partners.
The role reports to Finance, with a strong dotted-line partnership to the CTO, and works closely with nearly all department leaders.
This role is remote by default, with a preference for candidates in Eastern or Central time zones. Candidates in the New York City area will have opportunities to collaborate in person with executives, physicians, and other leaders at our Manhattan headquarters.
Within your first year:
Our current environment includes tools such as Metabase, Fivetran, SQL, Python, GCP, Airflow, and Dataform / dbt, along with BigQuery.
We care more about your ability to understand modern data systems, investigate issues, and learn our environment than whether you have used every specific tool in our stack.
Parsley Health is committed to providing an equitable, fair, and transparent compensation program for all employees.
The starting salary for this role is between $145,000 and $170,000, depending on skills and experience. We take a geo-neutral approach to compensation within the US, meaning that we pay based on job function and level, not location.
Individual compensation decisions are based on a number of factors, including experience level, skillset, scope, and internal equity relative to peers at the company.
At Parsley Health we believe in celebrating everything that makes us human and are proud to be an equal opportunity workplace. We embrace diversity and are committed to building a team that represents a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills.
The more inclusive we are, the better we can serve our members.
In light of the recent increase in hiring scams, if you’re selected to move onto the next phase of our hiring process, a member of our Talent Acquisition team will reach out to you directly from an @parsleyhealth.com email address to guide you through our interview process.
Please note:

The Business Solutions Analyst, Enterprise Platforms — a role often titled Business Systems Analyst — is a hands-on, ownership-driven position that both defines how NYPCC’s business and clinical systems should work and builds it. Analyzes complex criminal justice data, develops insights and tools, and communicates findings to support data-driven efforts to reduce incarceration.
Location: Remote, New York City, or Oakland, CA
Role Type: Full-time
Compensation: $85,000
Visa sponsorship: Not available
Hires remotely in: United States
Experience: 6+ months of professional work experience, including internships or research
Recidiviz is thrilled to be hiring a Data Analyst to join our team! We’re a small, fast-moving group that works with complex criminal justice data from our state partners and develops analyses and tools that target the drivers of incarceration. That’s where you come in. We’re looking for someone early in their data career who brings attention to detail to our analyses, curiosity to dig into unfamiliar and messy data, clarity in explaining what they find, flexibility to adjust in a rapidly evolving environment, and above all else, a collaborative, kind nature to add to our culture.
Recidiviz is creating safer, healthier communities by improving outcomes for people in the criminal justice system. We build technology to reduce the number of people in prison and to help criminal justice leaders embrace data-driven decision-making.
Using software tools and thoughtful product design, we’ve been able to safely and permanently reduce incarceration and improve outcomes. We work side-by-side with leaders of the criminal justice system, people in prison and on supervision, and ecosystem partners to build a better path forward. In addition to the revenue we earn from state partners, some of the most respected philanthropists and foundations support our work.
People who succeed at Recidiviz lead with kindness and humility, assume good intent, learn from failure, and fix problems when they see them. They are excited to work arm in arm with government leadership and staff to improve outcomes. They are great listeners. They build deep relationships with and empathy for the people we work with and the people who our mission serves, even when those two groups feel at odds.
This role works alongside experienced analysts and teammates across several teams on work that targets the drivers of incarceration. Our Data Analysts work with diverse data (criminal justice data both raw and processed from across the country, reports and policy documents from government agencies, and much more) to develop our understanding of the criminal justice system and to motivate change. In this role, you’ll carry out well-defined analyses, build clear visualizations with our existing tools, and support product launches by preparing the data each product needs in each state. You’ll share your findings with teams across Recidiviz and, alongside teammates, with our state partners.
A year from now:
Compensation is standardized based on roles and responsibilities. This ensures equitable compensation and responsible stewardship of our resources. As such, we do not negotiate compensation offers.
The annual compensation for this role is: $85,000.
Recidiviz was an all-volunteer effort until early 2019, when Clementine, Andrew, and Joshua founded the organization. Since then, we’ve built an A-team of software engineers, designers, product managers and domain experts, from companies like Google, Apple, Dropbox, Opower, and Sidewalk Labs. Recidiviz was part of Y-Combinator’s 2019 class and has received support from some of the most respected philanthropists and foundations, including Ford Foundation, Mackenzie Scott, Schmidt Futures, Arnold Ventures, Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, and the Mozilla Foundation.
Today, Recidiviz works with (and earns revenue from) over 19 state partners – big and small, red and blue – and covers more than 45% of the US incarcerated population. We have helped to get tens of thousands of people out of the criminal justice system, safely and equitably, and saved states nearly $1 billion. In the next five years, Recidiviz plans to partner with 40 states and help 250,000 people who are stuck in the system to get out and stay out. In addition to partnering with state Departments of Corrections, Recidiviz collaborates with and learns from partners – from organizations like the Correctional Leaders Association (CLA) to community based organizations and justice-impacted individuals, whose perspectives guide our work.
To learn more about how we do what we do, check out our 2024 Year in Review, read some press coverage, or watch our TED Talk. And if you’re really keen to see our work, you can dive into our Github :).
Lasting change is always built on diversity. Recidiviz recruits, employs, trains, compensates and promotes regardless of race, religion, color, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, disability, age, veteran status, ancestry, citizenship, marital status, gender identity and all protected status as required by applicable law. We consider qualified applicants regardless of criminal histories, consistent with legal requirements. If you have a special need that requires accommodation, please let us know in your application. Even if you don’t think you meet all the criteria above, drop your resume, and we’ll take a look – you might be great for another role or another time!

Builds and operates production calibration and image-processing pipelines for multispectral infrared satellite data, including testing, monitoring, and diagnostics.
Muon Space is building a family of infrared imaging missions designed for global wildfire detection and monitoring, weather and cloud characterization, and space-based environmental monitoring. Muon’s IR Data Products team builds the analytics system that processes the data from our spacecraft’s custom multispectral imaging instruments into data products and analytics for diverse end-user stakeholders from these missions. We are seeking a Data Scientist to join the team to build out the on-orbit data calibration system.
In this role, the candidate will join Muon’s calibration team to build the production software systems that deliver calibration and image processing of the unique multi-spectral infrared data from several instrument variations in Muon’s IR missions. This is a data science role with a strong software engineering focus: the successful candidate will translate calibration algorithms into hardened production pipelines, complete with monitoring and alerting, unit and integration testing, and automated diagnostic visualizations that keep calibration and image quality observable end-to-end. As the FireSat constellation scales, this role will take on an expanded mandate that spans both the FireSat Initial Operating Capability (IOC) commissioning and Muon’s Space-Based Environmental Monitoring (SBEM) program. In the near term, the candidate will build out and operate the calibration software stack for the three FireSat satellites of the IOC constellation and stand up the automated testing and monitoring tooling that keeps that stack healthy at constellation scale. In parallel, the candidate will develop the production calibration infrastructure for Muon’s SBEM instruments — a next-generation sensor suite featuring additional infrared spectral bands and significantly more stringent radiometric calibration requirements than the FireSat camera. As the SBEM program advances toward its 2027 launch, the candidate will first collaborate with the IR Instrument team on pre-launch calibration software and test harnesses, then lead the deployment and on-orbit operation of the SBEM calibration pipelines.
This position is hybrid and requires working on-site in our Denver, CO office three days per week.
The salary range for this role is $192,000 - $213,000.00, plus a competitive equity grant and comprehensive benefits package. Final compensation will be determined based on skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location as assessed during the interview process.
